This is an absolutely amazing grocery shopping experience. They have such a fabulous assortment of products not in just a few departments but in every department. They have great sales as well as very reasonable prices. The store is very well organized, extremely clean and I can't say enough about the staff.They were all top notch! I can't wait to go back!

I had a most unplesant experience when i saw a girl harassed multiple times about her service dog and employees of this store speak to her multiple times asking whether or not the dog was certified. I saw the vest on the dog and heard the girl say yes the dog was federally certified. It seemed very rude and innappropriate, after which the girl who was being very cooperative offered valid identification for her dog the manager continued to follow her in multiple locations around the store and she seemed to be chased out. Although none of none of my businesses, I did step outside and noticed no notification for identification for federally certified service dogs. Her needs for the dog seemed to be sincere it seemed to be very cruel to accost her in a very private moment. I would like to be contacted by corporate.

Nice store but my review is for the deli. I moved to the area little over 2yrs ago and then the deli was good. Now no matter what time you go the food is nasty looking like it's been in that hot box all day. And they don't switch it up before every day was a different meal now it's always just chicken. Yall need to step it up ingles!

They took away the little hand shopping carts “because they messed with the anti theft devices at the doors” (paraphrased quote for comprehension and understanding as the manger didn’t quite know what to call the devices). Also feels dirtier than it used to. Harris teeter will be my grocery store of choice from here on, passing a few Ingles on the way.

Clean. Visit often. Love the salad & wing & olive bar with fair prices and yes EBT can be used on this! (management didn't know) Just not hot food. They do have a soup bar. Fresh donuts 3 for .99. Only 2 stars now. Customer service downhill. My cashier, Ricky was extremely inpatient & irritated/rude because I had questions about WIC. Held up the line a few minutes. Other open registers were available, so what. Why should I feel rushed & as if I'm doing something wrong...?(review edited) management always seems confused and agitated when I was inquiring about a new ingles card and another time about western union. They sell WU money orders but apparently won't cash one. Online it says they do. I was told I could redeem fuel points at the pump by entering my phone number but in fact, not true. You must have your hard copy card to scan. Bummer. It asks you for alternative number to use but doesn't allow points to be used thst way. Have tried 3x. Rep didn't know either.

Appears to be the poorest managed, poorest staffed of the 3 in the area. Employees act like customers are a nuisance rather than the purpose of them being there. Deli is the worst and appears uncleanly more often than not.

Don't buy a Boston Cream cake from the bakery. Evidently they don't know the difference between Boston Cream and whipped Cream, as the later was what was the filling in our cake. Pure junk.

Ingles sets a nice, high bar for grocery stores in their local markets. Therefore they're fairly consistent across their many locations. I did discover that this location doesn't carry something I normally pick up from Ingles, but other than that slight inconvenience, they remain the easily discernible best option.

This place had good food and great service. Our food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. I recommend the Trout Dip and the Pizza.

Easy and convenient since this is the closest store for us take the dog for a walk at Flat Rock Park, stop by ingles and go home.

This is a very nice market with a wide selection of grocery items. Its a rather large store so you will find anything you may need. Funny thing though. We speak Spanish and thought the name was the Spanish word for English. Turns out it is pronounced Ingulls.

Ingles seems to have added a wider variety of different choices in a few categories. I couldn't shop long but I found frozen, bacon wrapped chicken sticks in different flavors, like Teriyaki and honey barbecue. I bought a couple but haven't tried them yet. I had complained to a night manager about the lack of wheat free breads and snack items, as my son is highly allergic to wheat, corn and rice flour. I told him that I switched to Publix because they do carry items made from almond flour, potato starch, even egg tortilla shells -- and they're all delicious, in addition to pasta made from edamame, lentils and chick peas, for example. Ingles is still very limited on those types of pasta items but they did expand their frozen bread choices made without wheat flour. Very expensive, unfortunately, no matter where you shop. But I was glad to see more variety and different brands of all kinds of things have been added. I still have to shop at Publix mostly, which I really like as well, and only they started carrying my favorite peanut butter again after the pandemic changed everything, Peter Pan CRUNCHY honey roasted, which is our go-to snack. Nuts in the bulk section in Ingles, such as pecans, walnuts, almonds and cashews, which I must buy for my parrot, are much less at Ingles by $1 or more per pound than Publix, though, which I especially like. And I have even lost 25 pounds over the summer on my "parrot diet" of snacking on nuts instead of anything else, so I do buy a lot of nuts each month!

The Big White Pharmacist. Has NEVER ran out Insurance. As they stated They can't do anything about past transactions. So UNPROFESSIONAL! Moved all our prescriptions from Ingles period!

The store seems to have gone down a bit recently. It doesn't look as clean anymore; fewer employees working; shelves are not fully stocked; the meat department was very sparse. The overall feel of the store seems off...not as friendly. But their prices are sky high. You'd think that a store that expensive to shop at would be of a higher caliber.

My fiancé had an issue with her card. The manager at this location was a condescending jerk to her and embarrassed her in front of many other customers. If I had been with her at the time things would have gone differently and I would have had words for him. This manager needs retraining or fired if he’s going to treat customers this way. It's Ingles so things are a little pricier than Walmart, but bring an Ingles card and you'll find the difference is made up when you get gas. They are already cheaper than most gas stations, but with fuel points you'll save at least a couple dollars on every fill-up.I've never known an Ingles to be less than clean and well stocked. This is the only place I buy fresh. (Looking at you, Walmart)

3 years in a row, birthday cake not made to order. This year they called, and it still wasn't right. Not a hard order, white qtr sheet, 2 layers, buttercream white icing, nothing but pink flowers. They scraped off the other color put on before the order was read and ALL the buttercream and covered up in whipped icing. Disappointed again. Maybe Publix has staff who read the order.
