Not to good! They processed my two deer orders wrong. Had no choice but to take what they did. If I wanted my deer back. Years ago I used them and on return would be short sometimes and have more than I dropped off other times.Very unorganized!!!!

I brought my deer in. They called in a couple weeks and I came to pick it up in a timely manner. Upon arrival I was informed that they lost my deer and they simply misplaced it. I was told they would give me a different deer out of their personal stash. I never received a call. Great way to experience my first deer....

Always Friendly people there, and will take the time to talk with you. Never had any problem getting my order cut the way I asked. I used them years.

Usually in the past we have had a pretty good experience with Henderson's but this last year when we took two deer to them at two separate times during hunting season they never called to let us know our deer was ready to be picked up and we had a very hard time getting them on the phone. And to make matters worse they didn't mark our hamburger and sausage correctly so imagine my surprise when I'm trying to cook hamburger meat and it's sausage. This hasn't been a good experience at all.
