Priscilla took amazing care of our Golden Remi and his brother Cooper in September during a much needed break and again a month later for Remi. Priscilla was great! She graciously came by our house 2x daily to feed and check on our 2 cats when we had a last minute opportunity to go out of town for the weekend. We literally asked her to cat sit only 2d prior to the time we needed her, and it was over a holiday weekend, which was so unexpected, but wonderful. The cats were happy to see her, she sent photos daily, alerted us as to when she entered the house, and gave updates on every visit. And you could tell by the videos she sent that she adores animals in general and was happy to spend time with ours! Thank you, Priscilla!

Priscilla Has deep experience with dogs and also has that touch where dogs respond to her automatically. My little girl just loves her and totally is in the moment that Priscilla arrives. We share ideas about pet care, like nutrition, harnesses and behavioral approaches. In a personal emergency Priscilla was right at my home within a half hour and I was free to deal with my issue and not worry about my dog.

Priscilla is *so* wonderful with my 10 year old bulldog mix! She is extremely reliable, and always does sweet things likes sends a picture or video of him doing fun things on their outings. Last time when I was still home and she came over - he literally ran to her!! After our previous pet sitter retired, we were concerned about finding someone who we (and our cats) felt comfortable with. So lucky to have found Priscilla and Flat Rock Pets! We were able to have a "meet and greet" with Priscilla and introduce her to the cats and their routines before we scheduled any trips. While we were away, Priscilla sent videos of our cats and text updates. She brought the mail in and did quick checks of the house to assure that all was well. Priscilla made it easy to leave and allowed us to feel reassured that our cats and house would be in very capable hands!

This is the first time we used Flat Rock Pets for overnight stays with day time visits, while were away on vacation. Priscilla first met with us in our home to meet our dogs and to understand our routines; and our dogs warmed up to her right away. Priscilla sent us updates with pictures and videos every day and night, letting us know when she was with them and when she was leaving; so we could see our pups were happy, well-cared for and loved. She watered our plants, collected mail and helped with yard cleanup.Would we hire Flat Rock Pets again? Yes, will we recommend Priscilla to friends? Absolutely.

There is not enough that I can say about Priscilla and her company. I had used the same cat sitter for many years and when she moved out of town, I was at a loss to find anyone who could match up. Thankfully, I found Flat Rock Pets. They not only match up, but exceeded my expectations. When we left for an extended vacation, I had no concerns that Priscilla would do all she said she would. Within 2 or 3 days of our leaving, I could see from the videos that she sent us (2x a day at least!) that our cat, Sammy Joe felt right at home with Priscilla. Sammy Joe purred on every video and Priscilla clearly put a lot of love into every visit with her. Priscilla also brought in our mail and newspapers and kept the house looking great. She even vacuumed the whole house before we came home which was a great treat. I wouldn't use anyone else from this point on. We feel so blessed and lucky!

You could not ask for a more professional, reliable, sweeter or more caring pet sitter than Priscilla. Priscilla is amazing. Rusty waits by the door for her every day and is so excited to go on his walks. She brightens his day and make sure he gets some good exercise while we are working.
