We stopped in here after breakfast at Honey and Salt (highly recommend)! They helped us pick out a wedding gift for a wedding that evening. I also got an adorable wool friend I named George (with a French accent). They have beautiful local arts and crafts. Beautiful pottery, wood work, stained glass windows, and creative birdhouses among other things!

This is one of my two favorite art/gift shops in the area, and I come every summer when we're in town. The selection is unique and the price points reasonable. There are things in the shop that will make you think of a friend, laugh out loud, picture it in your home - go take a look!

Such a wonderful boutique home store and gift shop!! Beautiful and unique selections you will proudly want to take home to enjoy or gift your loved ones. My daughter and I selected some wonderful (paper-look) cut-out solar lanterns for her home. We shopped for quite a while and the shop owners were so friendly and helpful. Never pushy at all. We made several purchases and we are so pleased with everything. My daughter needed to exchange one lantern. But it was not an issue at all. She discovered a new design that had not been in previously. I highly recommend Dogwood.

What an adorable shop!! There are so many home accessories, cute kitchen gadgets, and many many local items that are extraordinary and completely unique!! The felt flowers and felted animals, local artwork & photos, handmade soap, local honey, the list goes on!! We even got to meet the resident kitty, Squirt. Definitely coming back to see what's new the next time I'm in town.

What a pleasant surprise! This new little shop has some of the best handmade, local gift items I've ever seen in one store. Local owners were very nice and full of information about each of the products they (obviously) carefully chose to sell... and the vibe was so comfy, cozy, inviting. I'll definitely go back to see what's new in the months to come, but for this trip, I couldn't resist the local sourwood honey!

I am so excited to discover this new little store. So many one of a kind original pieces of art as well as hand crafted items made by local people known to Kelli, the owner. I understand that new items arrive almost daily so frequent visits are a must. The store itself is so inviting and once inside you will be amazed at all there is to see. I love supporting the small business owner and this one is worth everyones's support. Happy shopping!

An unbelievable gem tucked away in Flat Rock. The uniqueness and breadth of selection that Dogwood contains allowed me to stock up on gifts that are consistently met such love. In addition, the staff is so warm and hospitable with no sense of pressure or 'hovering'; this is hard to find in most small boutiques. My favorite shop ever!

Stopped in twice, now, so impressed with the way things are displayed, so easy to see and touch. Wonderful home and gift items here that don't break the bank and quality stuff. Great ladies here are so nice and helpful. Though it is a smaller space, they pack so much in, so nicely. One of my favorite stores already. a great find!

What a fantastic store in Flat Rock. My husband and I stopped in and loved their wide selection of gifts and handmade crafts. They have wonderful seasonal items and the store is packed with great finds! Can't wait until our next visit!
