Well, it was a short trip there . I did an online order and gave the staff time to get the stuff , then they would let me know when it was ready for pickup . The employees are good at what they do. And I don't know if they know it , but I appreciate and love what they do

I love the wax melts and candles here! They smell amazing, and they let me keep the plastic organizers instead of throwing them away!Good prices on necessities of course. Store and Grocery is clean and large self checkout.

It was a productive visit. I went to buy a airbed and I found the one in the picture. Very good quality. I got help from a staff as I wasn't sure where to find it. The store was clean and the self check out process went smoothly. It was a good buy and I'm very happy with my purchase and I love the bed. Very sturdy with a self inflated pump. I also purchased the sheet set from Walmart a while back

If I could give this 0 stars I would. No one answers the phone. I waited for over 40 minutes for a pickup order to come out. Where they claimed “it didn’t say you were there” even though I had a notification saying had checked in. I also put in a photo order before I ended up getting sick. My husband tried to go pick the order up but they said it had to be me. I am bed ridden and unable to pick the photos up but I need them for a friend to who is leaving the state. I tried calling and it rang and rang for 5 minutes before someone answered and put me BACK on hold. Customer service here is a joke.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I scheduled an oil change and they told me that they didn’t have the oil filter for the job and they said I could get it at auto zone. So I bought it at auto zone for 7 dollars. I took it back to them and they did the oil change. Then they charged me full price. I told them that I payed for the oil filter and they said “so”. I had to pay full price. This is a scam. They are thief's.

Walmart is completely overpriced at all times. They are constantly looking for people that are stealing so they will walk behind you and pretty well harass you while you're walking around the store. This is why I do not shop at Walmart very often anymore they're way overpriced and you get very little. Guys if you can avoid Walmart go to Aldi's, food Lion, Carlie C's!

Just left this location, I was looking for a skin care product called "The Ordinary" I decided to search on my own but after an employee named Zach came over to the skin care aisle to stock inventory I proceeded to ask him if they had the product he gave me a mean look and said "he doesn't know" I asked if he could look it up because normally that's what other employees do if they aren't sure, his response was "yeah just like you can look it up" how do I politely ask for assistance and get attitude in return from an employee and constant snickering as if he doesnt care?? Now we are going back and forth and I told him I'm not going to argue with him and I walked off to ask another employee whose badge title said "Coach" for assistance who was operating in a different area, they simply searched the product and let me know they only have the product online. I am already weary of going to Walmart and this just made it even more uncomfortable. For reference I went to the store between 3:30-4:40pm to the walmart on Ramsey street.

The new self checkouts are horrid! There's no room in the bagging area for my groceries. I love using self checkout but when I have a huge order I can't fit all my groceries in the bagging area with my cart still being full.

Didn't take long this time to get my pick up order but they really need to train staff when picking stuff for someone's order. One of the things I ordered was a 4 pack of cottage cheese singles and they replaced it with 1 thing of cottage cheese with blueberries. They should have replaced it with a regular tub with the same weight as the 4 pack smh.

I have been going to this Walmart for about 9 years, and I like it a lot. It's usually organized and clean, which makes it easier to find what you are looking for. They have a good variety of products, the staff is nice, and it's a safe place. I've never had any safety issues here, which in Fayetteville is important because some areas are not the best. I've been there at nighttime many times, and I've never felt unsafe. I would recommend this Walmart to anyone.

I’ve been visiting the Walmart on Ramsey in Fayetteville for over 15yrs and in the last 7 yrs the customer service has been terrible. I went to the photo area and needed help with printing out pictures and the worker there was acting like I was bothering her. She would give one word responses and walk away. I asked her a couple more questions and she continued like she didn’t want to help. This was early in the morning. When I had a final question she was no where to be found. I did speak to a manager and left drove to the Walmart in Spring Lake were I received great service! The woman that helped me there was on her lunch break. Bottom line I avoid the Walmart on Ramsey most of the time now since I have a vehicle.😡😡

Every year how are stockers that don’t want to work They just shove the stuff on the shelves instead of looking at the tags Meaning paying attention to the numbers where it goes then as always and Customer Service teller Say it’s the stockers we will look into it but don’t honor the price let’s get real the Price gouging Stella money But don’t fix there problems.

Only one or two lanes open during peak times, while multiple people walk around with yellow vests and say they just work there they don't manage how many Lanes are open. All the while all the self checkouts only accept card, I mean it helps sometimes but those lines are crazy as well. Please do better Walmart I know you don't pay the GM to hide in the office all day. He should get out there and observe these things take it as a coaching opportunity and fix it.I am adding to this review, as of 4/30/24 Shania at car pickup (Shay) was the best thing this company could have done. Polite, assertive and went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Wasn't too busy, but was able to get a checkout as soon as I got to the front. Be careful of the parking lot though as people will cut you off driving through parking spots while you're driving down the lane. Drive safe.

Called 13 times to get a simple question answered. Whomever is supposed to answer the phones picked it up then immediately hung up. I never spoke to anyone. Finally called the one on Skipbo and someone picked up after the 3rd ring answered my question and I was off the phone in under 3 mins. Thank you Skipbo and poor customer service Ramsey.

They were very helpful on the phone in the pharmacy department and then when I went and picked up my medication, one of the workers led me into a fitting room and was so polite. She even told me about some things that were on sale for just one dollar that I ended up buying. I definitely will be back.

Praise the Holy Ghost the people working here are hard workers probably one of the best Walmarts I’ve been two I’ve been to over several hundred across the 50 great states and the Holy Ghost was definitely using his magic in this place. I didn’t see not one worker goof off or stare at there phone I was absolutely blown away this is one of the better Walmarts the staff was real kind very kind human beings my experience here was absolutely fantastic

The pharmacy here has had my prescription for 4 days and still can't tell me when it will be filled as they are out of my medication, and don't know when the truck will come. At first I was told by a woman in the pharmacy that they "always send refills off somewhere else to be filled, and it would be ready the next day". I knew that to be a lie as it wasn't a "refill" and in 5 months of using this pharmacy they had always filled it the same day. Why lie? Very unprofessional!!

Some of the staff that bring out curbside pick ups and delivery orders are so rude and the wait time is ridiculous I waited almost 2 hours just for my items and picking up a delivery for spark I have waited up to 2 hours to come to find out on my end I checked in but on their end it is showing that I am still arriving and this is consistent the long wait times at this place is crazy doesn’t help when you try to find out about your order you are told to cancel the order with a disrespectful attitude when we cancel a order we only get paid $2.50 why would I cancel after a longer then a hour wait for a order that will pay out $20 or better staff needs to step their game up on politeness and punctuality. We are the ones who get penalized when we deliver late or cancel they still gonna get paid their set amount we won’t!!!!!!!!!!
