Came in on today (Saturday) around 8AM. Was disrespected by the tall African American man with glasses that was working at the self checkout (subway side). I needed assistance, the man did not acknowledge me after i simply said excuse me sir. He didn't look at me or say a word...i said excuse me sir a second time...no acknowledgement. He stood there looking down at his phone. I said it a third time...he finally looks up and takes a step in my direction, but then tells a customer next to him that he's not running for nobody. Only reason i said excuse me sir three times was because the first two times he never looked up from his phone or said a word. All he had to say was I'll be right with you. But he was just looking down at his phone, ye was not dealing with anyone. Then when i asked him what he meant, he told me i called him 3 times. All he had to do was say he'd be right with me, but it seemed like his phone was more important.

I don't much care for working for Walmart for free. It's also difficult to catch incorrect pricing when scanning and bagging for yourself. The only reason they get three stars is because of people like Yazmin in Garden Department, Ramon in Produce, and Ericka who's all over the place. All three of these have been willing to leave their tasks and help me. They load, reach for and lift things that I can't. They answer questions. They escort me to areas outside where they're working to be sure I find things. Then they hurry back to whatever task I interrupted them from, all while greeting people along the way. Because of these three and others, does Walmart receive those three stars. Otherwise it would be only one.

Welcome to the Walmart Comedy Show. Vitamins are under lock and key and no one has the key. Manager is hiding in Customer Service, if indeed it is the Manager. There is no one who can cut the bread. No Aquafina for two weeks in a row. Two cashiers for 20 people. Lesson learned: spend a few extra dollars and go to Target.

If I could give it a 0 I would just based on the delivery portion of Walmart. Scheduled a delivery for 8-9pm and when my order was picked up the driver never delivered my order and ended up taking the items back to Walmart. Complete waste of time, if that’s the case I would of just scheduled a pick up order!

This Walmart location is getting less enjoyable. The produce was in really poor condition, more than half of the salad items were wilted and starting to rot. Sad to see it degrading this way.

I tried to call the auto center around 9AM on a Sunday, when it isn't very busy at the store. No answer. I tried calling the main phone number and attempted to make contact with: customer service, HR, and four other departments. No answer. I tried using the handy dandy messaging chat on the Google business profile: it told me to call the store to speak with someone there. I called the store again: no answer. That was my experience. There seems to be no signs of life there.

This Walmart has frequently delivered rotting and expired produce to me on multiple occasions. This time, 3 out of 4 butternut squash bags expired yesterday, on 8/17, and there was mold growing inside the carrots they sold me. Then, when reaching out to customer service for a refund on the spoiled items, they demand you return it to the store, wasting gas to return an item that should have already been checked for quality prior to its delivery to a customer. Horrendous quality and even more horrendous customer service.

I do not recommend anyone to get their tires replaced at this place. Poor customer service, they skip customers (specially if they know them), and I have never seen workers take so many smoking/bathroom brakes in a 4 hour period. I’ve waited over 4 hours for my service to begin.

The young person that helped me at this particular store in technology department was also professional, knowledgeable about his inventory and polite. The only issue I had was I could order it for one price forWalmart and pay 50.00 shipping or get it there in store and did not honor the sale price. I elected to get it in store and not take a chance on ordering. Yes I a Walmart member.

I was shopping in the Walmart and saw these items that were priced as 8.88 . When I requested a manager Sharonda she was very rude and dismissive and advised I could not have a price difference. While waiting to speak to her several Associates stated that this had just happened and she was told to give the customer the price sited. When I asked her why I wasn’t given the same courtesy she literally walked away as I was speaking . The associates were instructed to remove the incorrect pricing however 30 mins later I went back to the area and they still had not corrected nor put the correct price. It is shameful to be disregarded and dismissed and very rude to walk off while someone is speaking to you. Than as a manager you still didn’t even correct the price. I requested the information for the General manager and was instructed by another associate that Jamie Flex is the the GM and her number is posted but now one could tell me when she would be in and the phone number posted is for the store . I would like to be in contact with the GM because this type of behavior is unacceptable when the expectation is for customers to spend their money.

After my purchase I had returned to the store due to I had left my personal phone . I was told by the cashier that served me that it had been turned in to customer svc nd that's when all the problems started. I was waiting for next available associate when I was asked by Walmart employee Victor (customer svc) what I needed I told him described my phone to him nd he tells me it's there but I gotta get in line just for him to give me my AT&T phone back. Now to make a long story short I was threatened nd furious. I got my phone after these idiots played there look for the phone game . Nd no store manager available by

I don't know who that lazy, fat guy that works in the deli in the morning. He see you standing there for 5 to 10 minutes, and won't ask you if you need anything. If the hot bar is not your area, find somebody.

Gillis Hill Walmart is always organized stocked and clean. I never have to wait in line and it’s the easiest Walmart to get assistance from their staff. Basically they are the exact opposite of Walmart off of 301 and Gillespie. Where they’re either always on break or it’s not their department.

Waited 1:45 minutes due to just 1 flat tire can be check after the mechanic look at it he said he couldn’t take out the tire because it was to tight and couldn’t find out the reason why just said he could not take the lug nuts out and couldn’t do anything to come back tomorrow and he would change the tire. I got under the car and checked and found what it was, he asked me to show him the problem something that was supposed to be his job to do. After I got my keys he went straight on break. Once I got home I took out the lug nuts with no problem.

The bakery cannot decorate. They should let people know that they do not have the ability to do the things that are advertised on the web page. The cake was supposed to say my daughter's name is 13; instead, it said happy birthday Sophia! I was looking to buy a lost cost printer so I could print out some letters. I also needed a USB to type A cable for my midi controller. The associate didn't know what I was talking about and even after showing the associate a picture the associate was still not able to find a match. We both looked for about 15 minutes and we were not successful although the Wal Mart app was saying that it was in stock. The associate then remembered that the store also has some "printer cords" over in the printer aisle. A perfect match.

I visit this Walmart every time I'm in the area to do Walmart pickup. It's been about 3 times now in the last couple years. They are usually pretty quick about dispensing the pickup orders and I've never had a problem with them giving me the wrong thing.

It's a Walmart, so...Right now they are redoing it so good luck finding anything. If you are there during odd hours you will never be able to find an open register so plan on suiting up and checking yourself out. You can usually get good customer service though and the greeters always have a smile and a sticker for my kids.

I had a problem ordering online from them last year and decided to give it another try I ordered on September 3 2023 and it's October 3 2023, still don't have my item. So now I'm going to have to figure out how to get my money back. Regret giving them another try.

Customer service was terrible managers are lazy and won’t even come to the front to address customers concerns. They didn’t even want to give my money back after their cheap equipment broke first day of use on a routine job. Never buy lawn equipment from here they use cheap brands that won’t last with no warranty. I wish I could give negative stars for this review. 🚮🚮🚮

02/2024 Update: Still horrible service at this location with numerous employee's standing around and someone announcing the closing every few minutes but not 1 register open, it a wonder this location can even stay open. Stockers look at you as if you're in the way and they still refuse to honor discounted prices even when the yellow tags they put on the products clearly show a different price! With several walmarts in the area you would do good to just go elsewhere for your shopping than this abysmal walmart location. 0 stars!From the lack of service to the blatant disregard of its customers I don't for the life of me understand how these big box stores feel its ok to disrespect individuals by the way they serve and treat anyone willing to patron them? Upon visiting this and most of the walmarts in my local area you will often find many items in questionable condition and even more so those they decide to "clearance" out, but the most difficult of them all is the garden center. Year after year you can go into their garden center and see numerous plants for sale and depending upon the season have a decent selection of local flora.When you visit the garden center shortly into and after a particular season, namely at the end of spring and especially summer you will find a grave yard of once thriving plants left for dead and not once have they ever been willing to part with said plants at a discount for the benefit of plant survival. This is the embodiment of if I can't have it no one can as in they would rather let a 20.00 crepe myrtle die than lose a profit. So many plants I could have easily saved or any other garden/plant lover could have given a chance over being left to shrivel up and die from lack of care/ watering.It's baffling to see an employee stand outside and play on their phone when it's so easy to take a hose and water the plants. From roses, to tomatoes and countless perennials and annuals all left to crumble away while still bearing and exorbitant price tag almost as an insult. Do better walmart!
