Clean, typically well stocked throughout the day with fresh produce, only noticed once when going to get fresh broccoli that they didn’t have enough for my particular dish. They have a good clearance section that’s always changing. Have not noticed it ever overcrowded or even waiting in line to use a register. The place is fully self checkout for general products. All registers are typically functional

Pickup spots shouldn’t be in the middle of the parking lot. Also, way too many pickup spots for a neighborhood market. I have never seen more than 2 spots used at the same time. Put the pickup spots on the side of the store so we don’t have to unnecessarily walk from the end of the parking lot.

1️⃣ Customer service counter no one is available majority of the time. MUST call the store - call pharmacy or deli department so a manager can actually be at the counter.2️⃣ Discrimination from self checkout employees to deaf and blind customers. I witnessed employee Lana following deaf customers around the store and shouting at them when they leave.3️⃣ If customer wears face mask in store, security will follow them in store the entire time. I witnessed seeing 5 employees stalking customers with face masks on.4️⃣ Self checkout employees will talk to customers. However, it's 3-5 employees talking to that same customer being extremely nosy. I notice they only do this to poc customers - assuming poc customer shoplifts.

This is a great store that has a pharmacy with a drive through and gas station. Has everything that you can find in the super center grocery.I was able and grateful to get a flu shot and a shingles shot at the pharmacy.The staff are very friendly and helpful.Restrooms were very clean.

What’s wrong with the slow ladies who stand around the self check out gossiping and watching me? No longer shop there because then. Walmart needs to make them actually work by ringing orders again. That will give them something productive to do.

Why can’t Walmart get it together? They know people get off from work at around 4 or so. It never fail that every time I go there to buy the roasted chix and they tell you that they’re out or still have 30 mins left to roast the chicken. I asked a guy that works at dairy section if someone is at the deli and his a.. told me that he doesn’t work at the deli. He could have checked to see if someone can help me? That’s why I hardly go to any Walmart and I refused to go there.

Love the convenience and easy in and out. Prefer lower prices since we have to do self checkout...and no employee discount. But this particular store is great. Love the crew they have here too.

What’s up with the phone? I’ve tried calling all day. Multiple times. Not once did anyone answer. I know that no one wants to actually work, but paying for a Walmart monthly subscription is pointless. Orders are constantly delayed or simply not delivered. Items are said to be out of stock but you go in person and it’s on the shelf clear as day. I tipped $10 for my small order. Why? It never got delivered and the actual Walmart location doesn’t answer the phone. 8660 cliffdale Walmart grocery should be better than Skibo. Unfortunately, they are becoming another Walmart location I don’t want to use anymore. Do better.

Worst Customer Service Department ever!! No reason why every freaking time you go to this Walmart there’s No one hardly at the customer service department it’s always a darn excuse why they can’t help you or you have to wait forever!! On top of that have the nerve to have a sign that say 8am-8pm but you can’t even get no darn service half of that time!! Pay ppl the proper amount change management or something obviously something isn’t working!! If I could give y’all a -0 I would!!! It’s not the employees fault just bad management!!!

Well stocked shelves. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store was clean. The only downside is not enough cashiers working. Murphy Gas is in the parking lot so that is convenient. They have competitive gas prices.I really dislike scanning and bagging my own groceries.

I always enjoy going into this little Walmart if I don’t have energy to go into the supercenter. I can typically find my regular cuts of meat here, makeup, frozen items, and beverages. The bakery is usually stocked up on sweet potato pie too, unlike the supercenter that always runs out LOL. While you’re at it, take a stroll through the clearance section. You can find some real gems tucked away.

It's always great shopping here. The items are well laid out, and I never have a problem with items out of stock, expired, etc. When it comes to the check out, I've never had an issue, but be warned, the lanes are self-checkout only, so it is expected that you will be performing that yourself. They do have handicapped-accessible spots, so don't worry about that.Enjoy!

Smells nice but when I walked in someone hit me against my head with a 2×4 piece of wood for absolutely no reason he then said that he was feeling a little silly and threw a tomato at my shoes I came home that night and cried. Other than that it's good😀

I have been shopping at this Walmart for years, never had a issue until today! As I’m ringing up my items a young lady who had been watching me the entire time, at the front approaches me saying the oranges I had didn’t ring up, and as she’s looking I’m showing her that they did. So I politely ask her the entire time she’s been watching me was she checking everything I scanned, her response was “ Yes, we do it to everyone you’d be surprised how many people steal at the self checkout “ there are multiple people at the self checkouts, so how could you( one person ) be checking what everyone is ringing up with one small hand held device? And you stop directly behind me and I can clearly see you watching me… I have never in my life felt so disrespected, and you accuse me of stealing in front of my children. It’s disappointing that my 12 yr old child had to experience or witness this and to assume it’s because of our skin color that you would even make that assumption or that comment when we did absolutely nothing to make you think we were stealing and you clearly saw I scanned every single item because you even approached me with those accusations

Great merchandise selections and friendly staff. Each associate that passed greeted me and wished me well. This is my new weekly shopping store! The crowds were low, easy to find a parking spot, carts were sanitized upon return...gas is open 24/7 and was $1.80 the day I visited. All-around great experience 🙂

Why does the gas station lock the doors before 10 p.m.? Why is it not open until 11 p.m. like the grocery store? Are the workers you see standing inside talking only being paid to talk? It doesn't make any sense!

It always appears clean and the employees o encounter are nice. Only thing it appears they don’t have a counter to check out folks for example maybe an elderly person that needs help. It’s all self check out. I could be wrong

Very nice store. Kept neat and organized. A lot are not. Only problem I've had is with the pharmacy. I went and dropped off my Rx slip and was told it would be ready in 1 hr. I was also told I was added to the text app where they said I'd get a text when it was ready for pickup. 1 hr and a 1/2 went by and still no message. So I just went to pick it up. When I got there three cars were ahead of me as soon as I pulled up they said I'm sorry you're going to have to come back in 2 hours we're closing for lunch and no one was behind me

All checkout is now self-checkout. Tried to get some tobacco products, waited 10 minutes and was ignored by all employees, left. Will only return if I'm getting one or two specific items. Customer care not their concern.

Ordered 3 items and the items were never delivered which has happened on several occasions with this Walmart and would not answer the phone when customer service called. This store manager needs to do better or needs a new store manager if the store cannot fulfill orders or update the status of the orders appropriately and in a timely manner
