Another great vaccine experience thanks to Pharmacy Tech Ms. Diane. She works hard and administers vaccines properly. She even corrected the misinformation I received from another pharmacy staff member on a prior visit, it worked out that I was eligible for the vaccine. Unfortunately at least half of pharmacy registers are nonfunctional which hampers staff.

so i walked in store at 956 and the cashier was like were closing at 10 so i got my items which took two mins and when at register she said were closed but i was in store finished fast i get ppl.wanna go home but ur open till ten so i should have got my stuff.and we all could have beem.happy outnstore at 10

The staff is really nice. I never have a long wait time, which is a plus for me because I'm always on lunch or in a hurry. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The people in the pharmacy are very friendly and helpful.

High prices. Very little sales help. Flyers not available in store. Coupons only available on app & after downloading it, it did not work well. I have never had to use online shopping to shop at the store I was in at that specific time. Very inconvenient.

Probably the worst Walgreens ever. I’ve had multiple negative experiences. The first time I spoke with someone on the phone who told me my script would be ready in an hour. Ok perfect. I got there a little later…they said 20 more minutes…okay no problem. Things happen. Places are short staffed. I go back through only to be told the pharmacist is in a meeting. Ok…so why was I told multiple times my medicine would be ready by a certain time. Next time…my mother gets there to pick up my prescription…it was 5:59, they close at 6…but they still had a customer at the register but the lady REFUSED to check my mother out. It would’ve taken less than one minute to complete the transaction. In my past experience if you have a customer in your face a minute before closing you wait on that customer. I will never have prescriptions filled there again.

As one of the comments already mentions, it took forever to get the shot I came there for. I showed up for my booster and it took well over half an hour past my appointment time (I showed up 10 minutes early by the way) to actually get it. The only reason I got it that soon was because an older lady waiting with me had to scold the staff for how slowly the process was going. It was only me and her there and they weren’t that busy, so it shouldn’t have taken that long in my opinion.Jump to a few months later and my boyfriend goes to get his booster. Not only did they take forever administering it to him, they also thought he was there for a flu shot and charged him for it initially before realizing it was the wrong shot. He got his money back, but it seems like somebody there is either incompetent, overworked or just absent minded. I hope they get the rest they need soon because that makes no sense. The staff was honestly very nice and I hate to leave a negative review because of that, but they have to get things in order at this location.

Repeatedly they have got my medicines filled late and I suffer due to this. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens in Hope Mills and yet they still filled them at the Grove Street store and I have no way to go that far to get my medicine. To get a ride from Medicaid you have to give them a two-day notice so I will be suffering for days.

Walgreens is a good stop and go store. Items maybe a little pricey than your normal stores. The pharmacy seems to be slow paced. They do not fill prescriptions timely and will not give you a direct answer when inquiring about a prescription. Most answers are 'it will be ready in about 15 minutes'. This is the typical answer, although they may have told you this the day before. Also, they don't honor online prices in comparison to store prices. I had to purchase the item online, while in the store, in order to get the cheaper cost. Then was told I had to wait until they sent me the notification saying it was ready for pickup. Walgreens can do better.

Grove St. Store Fayetteville NCToday I visited the Grove St. store in Fayetteville NC. Charles, a young gentleman checked out my purchases. It is Christmas and no one should have to work; however, Charles was. He had the best attitude, was welcoming, kind and pleasant. It was a pleasure to encounter such a hard working young man even during this time. Way to go Charles!!

Pulled up and there was a crack head walking around begging for money. So I went to the drive thru and they were doing a Covid test in the drive thru had to wait a long time just to get my sons medicine. Had to wait for the test to be done which took 15 minutes and also for them to clean up after.

If I could give Zeroooooo stars I would because I just had a dumb experience. My kids had to use the restroom really bad and they closed the restroom more than 30mins of closing time and didn’t want to open the restroom for my kids to use it. My husband talked to the lady and she had an attitude with opening the door. Once my kids went in, there was a person in their using it.😒 They said they close the restrooms early for the homeless people but I’m a paying customer and my kids can’t hold it and I went in there for a couple of things and I was in and out of there. It’s sad when people treat you a certain way when they don’t even have to.

Worse service, every time you come to pick up your prescriptions you are guaranteed to be on line for 20 to 45 minutes. Drive thru should be a convenience. Drop off and pick up quickly.

Lydia is awesome! What a great representative of this company. I explained my customer service issue and she offered an explanation and a solution that took care of the problem I was having. The manager there should look out because I might hire her away if I run into her again!

Been in here a bunch of times, for numerous things, I do not mess with the pharmacy, very slow and two of the clerks back there are very rude, not going to disclose their names, but as for the front, they have been always very friendly. Management needs to work on the pharmacy staff, because the wait times are extreme, and the staff are rude. Try the CVS across the street, they will make you feel like your at home, and after one time coming in they will remember you and treat you like a human being.

Made an appointment for a vaccine, showed up, then waited 40+ minutes past my scheduled time. Only one other person in line that was not moving. Understaffed or inefficient or both.

Yes, it took me a while to get my COVID booster (45ish min), but hey, I got it. The pharmacist Misha and the staff Sarah were friendly and professional despite being pretty busy. Glad I came here!

We have been customers for the last 10 years. We found the service excellent and especially appreciated Mr. Patel's good advice and personal assistance. He has gone out of his way to answer health and insurance questions. We are very sorry to lose his assistance, since we are moving to Florida. Thank you!

Went to the location had scheduled a covid booster shot a 5:20 pm . the line backed into the store with ppl waiting. They hardly had any staff and it's been two hrs and still waiting.Totally unacceptable.

This Walgreens Is Convenient For People That Need To Make A Quick Fast Stop To Pay A Bill It Have Western Union Service To Make It Easy To Make Payments On Your PWC Untilty Bills And Other Bills, For Just A $10 Fee To Send Off For Bill Payments. Also this store reload and upload Chime debt cards for free..

Terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Walgreens. I really don’t know what’s going on here but somebody needs to figure out why the employees are rude and dismissive to customers.

An entire store of unprofessional people. I have had to c_u_r_s_e out several of the g_h_e_t_t_o b_i_t_c_h_e_s at this store at the cash register and in the pharmacy. Filing complaints are useless and a waste of time. This location is trash and I've been subjected to incivility on more than one occasion. Trash.

I am prescribed a rare form of nasal spray for my seizures this Walgreens was unable to get my medicine for over 10 days other Walgreens in town run laps around them very short and rude when they speak to you

I have never encountered a more unprofessional down right rude employee such as John. Poor customer service from John with a terrible attitude. Visited this store 12-14-2020, will drive the distance to the other location.
