Made an online appointment for vaccines. Confirmed by email and text, 3 days before scheduled appointment. Other than reminders, no additional communications from Walgreens. Drive 25 mins to appointment, wait in two different lines to check in (lack of signage for where to go, Consultation or Drop-off, to check-in for appointment). After ~15 mins in line, we were told they were out of one vaccine, but could get the other. So much for having an appointment. They could have at least sent a text or email, or hey, how about a phone call prior to our appointment? We will avoid Walgreens in the future. Wasted my time, 50 mins of fuel, wear, and tear of vehicle. What sad service.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but time was wasted here. I called to see what was available as far as the booster as I was requesting the Bivalent. No one was available at the designated area to check in. So after waiting until they opened it, I went to the pharmacy counter. She(burgundy curly hair lady with glasses)asked if I had an appointment, she asked what I was getting. She stated that she needed to ask what was available. But never did, she only proceeded with other work and then more customers came. I eventually stated "it's ok thanks anyways". She responded " ok", instead responding with sympathy or giving me some type of update as if it did not matter. I understand if things get busy but I'm sure you were trained how to manage when it is more than one customer. It was only two to be exact! Thanks!

I pulled up to the pharmacy's drive thru window and I was the only person in line at 9:38am. I didn't check out until 9:52am. My prescriptions were ready but the lady wasn't. She stood at the computer by the window the entire time and didn't even say as much as I'll be with you in a moment. She finally picked up the phone at 9:50 and asked what I needed. I'm so glad that was my last trip to this location.

Clean and friendly staff. Most people come to the drive-thru to get only medication. So when I give you mine birthday it's going to have my name attached to it for you to wait for a specific answer of I came to get medication and then you asked me what my last name is. Well you got my birthday so therefore guess what? My name is attached to that I can see why the drive-thru takes so long. I might be wrong. This is my perspective and my point of view

Was helped out by an excellent staff member at the pharmacy here. Did not catch her name. Blonde woman (sorry, all i could remember) working on Friday 3/24/23 around 12:30 PM. She went above and beyond. Pharmacy staff as a whole is always great.

I called in my refilled for several prescriptions on 6/2/2022. One refilled was not ready. I informed the pharmacy Tech that I would come back tomorrow which was today. The refilled was not filled, so I had to wait. While I was waiting, I was looking at some other items to purchase. This woman came in my direction, I notice from the back of het she had on a Walgreens uniform. I politely asked her about the price of an item. Her tone was short and rude. She looked me up and down as though I was trash. I felt like I was being watched for some reason. If my medication was ready like I was told that it would be. I wouldn't have to wait. I ask for her name. The Manger, Syliva needs some training in customer service. If you don't like dealing with the public, you should seek another job. I am seriously thinking about having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

On 05/27/2022 at 5:05 PM Transaction ID: 6811I purchased the product for my daughter. The store clerk advised me the respite was sent to m digitally. I verified the receipt was indeed sent digitally before leaving the parking lot.My daughter then expressed to me that the perfume causes her migraines and I advised her to take it back to the store for a full refund. The store manager "Chris" at the Fayetteville, NC Walgreens store #6547 had to verify the purchase by looking at the store camera as the so-called product scanned and the digital receipt did not match. I told my daughter to bring the perfume back to me and I would go to the store to return it. "Chris" laughed and smirked as I spoke to him claiming he was "trying to get something out of his tooth." He did indeed verify my purchase but stated he could not give me my money back only store credit. I did not purchase the item with store credit and I want my money back. I don't know if this location is racially profiling African American customers, stealing the hard-earned money of customers, or is purely incompetent but what I do know is purchased a product paid for it, and cannot be reimbursed for what I paid. I want my money back and will go to the better business bureau if need be to get back. I do not want the product purchased and I will never be a patron of Walgreens again. When did customers become responsible to make sure the UPC match the receipt and the product when I literally watched the clerk ring up the product in front of me?

They have you stand in line for 20 minutes and don't tell you until you get to the counter you have to make an appointment to get a flu shot.

This pharmacy has really gone downhill over the last few years. Drive thru takes forever. Inside the store takes forever and the express pickup is non existent.

No reason someone should have to wait WEEKS for a prescription. First they blame the doctor, then the insurance, then it’s on “back order” and “will be here tomorrow evening” the past 3 times I’ve called. Any other pharmacy I’ve worked with has no problem finding a prescription at another pharmacy and sending me there. But no, that’s just too difficult for them to do. POOR service by people who just DONT CARE.

Worst service ever! They put you on hold forever and do not tell correct information about prices of medications. I switched to CVS and have mail order and absolutely love it! ❤️

Pharmacy Technician Michelle told me to “calm down” and that “LHI doesn’t run Walgreens” when I walked in with a “Walk-In Flu Shot Voucher” from the U.S. Army. I explained to her that the LHI cite doesn’t indicate that an appointment is required in order to get the flu shot. Michelle lacks common customer service skills and respect for service members. She should not be working as a pharmacist.

Normally, I get a really nice lady at the pharmacy window. However, this time I was not as lucky. This lady was the exact opposite. I normally go later in the day, so I guess I went too early this time. I will definitely just not be going back to this particular Walgreens!

Set up an appointment for a COVID 19 vaccination. Government says it’s readily available. Show to the appointment and they didn’t have any vaccinations. That’s one way to show how important the vaccine is to get. How we should all waste our time.

I have had problems with the pharmacy at this Walgreens in the past but then it was straightened out and things were very good for a while!! That is until today, why on earth would it take 3 hours to fill a prescription!! My doctor called one in at 11:06 am this morning and when I stopped 3 hours later I was told it would still be another 30 minutes!! Oh and once the line died down she could get to it, there was only one other person waiting!! I don't live close this Walgreens but I am a little closer to CVS!!!! So just out of curiosity I called last night only to hear that my prescription had still NOT been filled!! Jennifer is the only person there that seems to be happy with her job and does a great at it!!

I would rate 0 stars if possible. The pharmacy takes hours with no one moving in line both inside and in the drive through. It's ridiculous. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere because they can't get their stuff together.

The management at this location does not take her job seriously. I waited at the drive thru window for nearly 25 minutes. I was the only car at the window. The staff was walking bt as if they didn't see me, even the manager (Paige). The whole time I was explaining to her about how unprofessional it was to be treated this way, she had a smirk on her face like she thought it was funny! Wow!!! Will be transferring to another pharmacy!!!

I would like to thank the Walgreen's staff, especially Briana, at the Ramsey Street location for all of their help Tuesday (7/26/2016) and Wednesday (7/27/2016). Please understand that as a parent, I REALLY appreciated their help. From the moment we walked in to the moment they called us, the next day, they displayed excellent customer service.On Tuesday, I was at their location with my college bound daughter picking up last minute supplies and checking out the area. The moment we walked in the cashier, Briana (I am pretty sure that is her name) was very personable and helpful. You could also hear her greeting every customer and employee that walked through the door.While in the store, my daughter lost her ATM card. We looked everywhere and could not find it, but she was certain she lost it in the store. While I was in the back asking the pharmacy department my daughter was speaking with Briana. She took her information down and alerted the other staff to keep an eye out for the card. She even left a note at the register, being that it was almost time for her to get off work. The ladies in the pharmacy checked their drop off bins for any returned cards, not once complaining about being interrupted.No one could locate the card. We left disheartened. Anyone that has ever lost their card while on vacation understands. My daughter decided to run back in the store for one last look-around. She came out the store with such a big smile. The entire front staff and management were pulling items off shelves to find her card.The next morning my daughter receives a phone call from Briana. They had her card. When she arrived at work, it was wrapped in the note she left. We asked no questions, just graciously returned to the store to pick it up.THANK YOU WALGREENS ON RAMSEY STREET (FAYETTEVILLE, NC)!!!

Long story short. This particular Walgreens has signs posted stating,"face covers required ". I encounter 2 customers walking in and out of the location with no mask at all. I informed a manager and she stated "WE CANT ASK CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE". Ok, understood. So what are you required to do????????🤦🏿♂️

I have been getting photos printed here for years. Suddenly there is a "policy" that they will not print photos unless you prove you own a copyright. Holding my photos hostage when this has never been a rule before. I have a newborn and don't have time to make multiple trips depending on if they want to decide if today is the day they are following policies or not. Will not be coming back.

I travel a total of 12 miles (round trip) to use this pharmacy. Most of the girls (I apologize I do not know there names), they do know mine. They are so willing to help. At the end of last month, I picked up my stroke medication; which would have been for this month. During the hustle and bustle, I discarded it somehow. I went back to the store, I was told it would be over $4 hundred bucks. The tech. told me she might could get my insurance to do a one replacement for this type of medication. It took a little, but, they got it done. I am blessed by God and by the hard work of the Pharmacist and P'Techs. I've been at 3 other WG locations and I can tell you this is the best Pharmacy location you will find in Fayetteville, if you are not close to here, then give Spring Lake a try!

So if it wasn’t bad enough that I have been unable to get my RX for the past three days because of this storm; today I drop it off and rather than ANYONE letting me know that they’d be closing at 4pm today, they just told me they’d see me when I came back to get it. No signs on the doors, no verbal reminders, nothing. Sure there’s an electrical sign up on the street corner that I DID notice rotating a few advertisements and THEN I saw that they closed at 4:00.... but that’s it. Just ....”sorry about your bad luck” if you happened to not sit there and stare at their rotating electric billboard. Angry beyond belief. Thanks for nothing Walgreens on Ramsey Street.

No matter what time it is in the day . There can literally be no one in the store and the pharmacy is still slow . They never know anything your asking them . Customer service skills are very bad . The only one that’s worth going inside is the older lady at the front register . She’s the only one that speaks and ask if you need help .

Best pharmacy I have found. Always willing to help with any insurance or doctor prescription delays. I have watched them clear a line (6-8 people) in the store, and the drive thru in less than 15 min. Very knowledgable staff.

The worst educated employees I have ever seen in the pharmacy area. after more than 20 years of using this pharmacy I moved to fayetteville NC I tried to use this pharmacy why is it near my new home and it was my worst experience. I prefer to use Walmart. cvs or any other pharmacy

Incompent staff. Either cancle the prescription and tell you the system did it or if you are there to pick the med either cannot find or it is not filled. Or the pharmacist knew how to get the job done.Asked for store manager but useless.
