I was definitely in line before 1:30pm. I watched how they did not help the person in front of me until 1:30. I don’t even blame the employees, bad customer service in the pharmacy has to be part of company culture.There is a privacy screen on the window now so customers can’t see inside. I’ve called this store prior to leaving the house and let my phone ring while I waited at the pharmacy drive thru window. I was the only one in line. After 10 mins I went in the store bc I thought the drive thru was closed. There were no customers in line at the pharmacy and the phone continued to ring. I’m thinking maybe customers at the counter have priority. Staff helped the person who had just pulled up to the drive thru and told me they would be with me shortly after I had already been standing at the counter for a while. I totally forgot about calling by the time I left the store and no one had picked up yet.I’ve also had times when I’ve been told that medication was out of stock, nothing we can do about that but I do get annoyed by the number of times I’m told medication is ready for pick up and nothing is ready or only part of the order. Maybe fix the system and you’d have less disgruntled employees and customers.

Walgreens on Village Dr. and Owen Dr., Fayetteville NCI usually do not leave any reviews but I must say I had the best service today. Salima is absolutely the best pharmacy technician. She is very courteous and helpful. Without hesitation she helped me to save money for my prescription today. Thank you so much.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I've complained several times about receiving calls and texts about my prescription being ready for pickup and when I get there they have no record of the order being placed. Then they have to see if they have it in stock or I have to wait around in town for 30-45 mins for them to fill it. The store claims there must be some sort of glitch in the system. This glitch has been going on for over a year or more.

I worked here in 2007 and it was a toxic work environment filled with selfish and incompetent leadership. I look back on this place and realize this was the worst place I have ever worked. The people were just awful, especially the head manager. I am not surprised at all to see such low reviews and bad experiences.

Horrible customer service and they are supposed to fill a 30 day supply at 28 days but they wait till 31 days or longer therfore you run out of medication. Don't use Walgreens unless you're able to go without medicine

Awful customer service. Doesn't answer phone calls. I tried calling several times and finally went up to the location. I was able to hear the phone ringing nonstop and no one even glanced at it. I tried for 3 days to get them to transfer my prescription, and they never got it done. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude to me, continuously interrupting me. When I started getting frustrated at her not listening to me, the "manager" came to the conversation and proceeded to interrupt me 3x and then YELL at me. Once she started yelling I stated I would video her if she didn't stop yelling at me. She then yelled that she was calling the cops for videoing her yelling. 100% not against the law in this state. Wow. What an experience.And come to find out, they actually did have my prescription. And they themselves actually cancelled it when I left so now my son doesn't have important meds he needs. I will never go back here again at all costs. Rude employees. Awful service. And a hot headed sorry excuse of a manager. Overall just a poorly ran pharmacy. I can see why there's all the bad reviews now.

Awful customer service, terribly rude staff and extremely long wait times in the Pharmacy. Constantly “not receiving” Rx’s even though providers have multiple confirmations of delivery. The pharmacy area is always crowded with staff seeming to be cutting up and playing while customers are waiting 30+ minutes for service or their medication. Ridiculous. Was literally just told my sons medication had been “waiting at the filler to be filled” for over 4 hours … THERE IS NO FILLER. 😳

My doc called in a zpack for me. When I called the store about having it delivered, the most courteous lady, I believe her name was Lauren, assisted me and said they would text me when it ready for pickup since it was a quicker option than delivery that day.Within 20 minutes I received a text that it was ready for pick up.Thank you so much, Lauren. Your attitude and great customer service was absolutely appreciated.

This pharmacy is terrible with communicating what the customer needs to do in order to fill prescriptions that require Dr. Authorization through insurance. I was told I could pay for the prescription in full without Dr. authorization three times in person on 3 separate days and once over the phone. I decided to contact my Dr. office and have them let the provider know that I needed authorization. When I found out my provider was sick, and wasn't able to send the authorization yet, I decided to pick up the medication today and pay full price as I was told I could by the pharmacy tech earlier today. When I got there the tech was dismissive and told me I could not pick up the prescription without authorization from the Dr. I had to go inside to talk to the pharmacist to get an emergency 5 day supply of the medication my provider prescribed a week prior. If someone would've communicated that to me the first time I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to pick up the medication 4 different times. Also, I had to ask the pharmacy tech to let me finish communicating with her because she kept telling me that there was nothing they could do, but obviously, there was something they could do because I got the medication filled partially today after speaking with the pharmacist. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 12 years and after my experience today I am switching pharmacies.

Rarely do I write poor reviews but this Walgreen Pharmacy tops the charts for poor service. Left 4 scripts with them Tuesday and now Sunday & only 2 were filled. Phone calls each day, Saturday some still not called in. When picked up the tech who took the bottles and wrote down the info on Tuesday remembered the order but apparently the tech filling the script said they didn't have a phone #. So they proceed to disagree on what was given to them. I finally had to call them back, just give us what you have so we can leave. This is just sad.

This has been my pharmacy for a few years. Had good and bad experiences. But the good ones outweigh the bad ones going through the drive through. Staff are okay. The pharmacist named Laura was always helpful since she spoke Spanish and was attentive. But she’s not there anymore. Still a good pharmacy and in a convenient location.

In an attempt to pick up photos at location #07805 address 3296 village Dr. Fayetteville NC 28304. Store attendant Helen asked for a digital photo release. I am informed Helen I purchased the photos digitally from Thompson photography and there was no digital photo release in the digital link. I showed her the receipt for the photos and the email from Thompson photography telling her I had unlimited access and copyright release to the photos. Helen stated the photographer owns the photos for 100 years if I do not have a paper I can provide her to put in her hand then I was stealing from the photographer. I attempted to call ,email and text the photographer unsuccessfully. I also had unprofessional photos in my order that Helen would not let me pay for separately. I requested to speak to a manager and the manager stated I could fill out a form assuming responsibility if the photographer chose to take legal action against the store for allowing the photos to be printed. I stated that was fine because I purchased the photo digitally with a release to be able to print them. Helen stated I don't think that's an option because if that happens you'll be fine $10,000 and I don't think that's something that you want to try to pay so I don't even give that option. The point is if that is an option that option should have been given it is not up to a CSR to decide what information to offer different customers by what they think someone can afford to pay or what they think someone should do. Helen was utterly difficult, frustrating and negligent in her position as a customer service representative. One of the other store associates apologized for the interaction with Helen. I received an email from Walgreens corporate however they so did a poor job of following up. Poor management starts from the top.

Never have any issues with this store, majority of the staff are always helpful, the shelves stay stocked, pharmacy usually has the meds I need. For sure my preferred Walgreens in the area

If I could give a lesser rating, I would. This individuals who work here seem untrained and absolutely unconcerned about customer service. I waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't fill a prescription that I was already told by another walgreens could be filled when I brought in Medicare and Medicaid cards which I had in hand at this particular time. The only reason I come here is because it is so close to my house. I will absolutely start driving the distance to get quality service.

This is the Crackhead palace. Just to enter the store, one has to navigate the sea of drug-addicts in the parking lot, harassing you for spare change. They have sweet store workers. But the pharmacy is out of order. No home training, at all. Especially miss Victoria (with the purple hair). She told me to get the heck out of the store when I told her she gave me the wrong prescription. The pharmacist Rashanda is like a female hulk hogan. She has no manners, etiquette, or principles. Rude, rude, rude.

Living within walking distance of this store, we began shopping with them from their beginning. Their first 2 yrs were great, then they began to get overwhelmed in the pharmacy and couldn't seem to recover. Customer service went downhill, as well. We rarely went inside, as their prices are generally higher than other stores and we mainly just used the pharmacy. And since we have fixed co-pays, it doesn't matter what pharmacy we use. It's sad to read so many 1 and 2 star reviews basically saying the same thing, yet Corporate hasn't shown any interest in them or the problems the store is experiencing.

Needed a prescription filled for my child. The doctor called it in herself to expedite the process. I went there 30 minutes later at 12:30. Lady was very short and told me to come back at 1:30. I tried to entertain my three kids for an hour as we live too far away to go home. Came back at 1:30, a different lady said to come back at 3:00. I mentioned that we were told to come back at 1:30 and she said "Well, it's 1:38." Then she wanted me to wait 20 minutes in my car. Anyone with little kids will tell you this is no easy task. My kids are hungry and wanted to go home. I just said never mind. After coming home I called back to let the manager know what happened. Instead someone looked up the prescription yet again and said I could come and get it in 20 min. I said I would not be coming in. So she put me on some website where I can go to another Walgreens. Absolutely horrible. I am going to find a way to issue a formal complaint.

I scheduled my COVID-19 vaccine at this location. Scheduling an appointment is a joke. No social distancing when waiting unless they want the line to wrap around the store and out the door. They state to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. I arrive at 2:00 and have all of my paperwork completed but still have to complete additional paperwork AND told to come back at 2:30 due to the vaccine has to defrost. Ok. No problem. I come back and of course I have to stand in line again to submit my paperwork AGAIN because vaccinations and the regular pharmacy is still going on. If you can avoid this location. I'm not sure how the other locations or any other pharmacy is handling giving the vaccine as far as organization is concerned. But avoid this one!! This process took an hour and a half WITH an appointment. It's so unorganized and total chaos behind the counter. They either need to find some organization and consistency or not offer giving the vaccine if they can't handle the demand. It's not fair to the people getting the vaccine or fair to the ladies behind the counter who are trying their best. I'll be glad when this over and unfortunately I have to go back and get the second. I may check another Walgreens for the second dose.

I had two of the most helpful, understanding and very informative employee help me. I believe they were both management too! The makeup they helped me pick out was gorgeous and it's really nice in these days to have employees go above and beyond just to show a customer that they are valuable. Thanks ladies and I hope management knows what value you add to your company come raise time. Thanks for a great experience.

I dropped off 3 prescriptions Thursday at 5pm. I was told they would be ready in about 2 hours. The following day, Friday, at 2pm, I tried to pick up my prescriptions. The tech asked if it was for 2 prescription. I stated no, 3. She then went on to tell me my insurance was kicking it back. I asked how since I gave her my card to be verified on Thursday. She had no excuse for why it wasn't done. She also couldn't tell me why I wasn't called or informed about it. She verified my phone number was correct in the computer, which it was. I then had to wait another 30 mins for insurance to be verified and my insurance card had to be scanned in because the tech did not do it the first time. I'm am very unhappy with her personality and customer service. She could have at least owned up to her mistake and apologized for the inconvenience.

The worst! How do you give zero stars?! Waited 30 mins for flu shot and they didn't even have the paperwork ready, even though it was filled out online ahead of time, them blamed us for not telling them it was already filled out. Terrible communication and customer service.

Well I will say that even though my first review was unflattering for Walgreen's, I've had several positive experiences in the past two years. They seem to have what I'm looking for more consistently, and the staff is pleasant. They don't keep you waiting at the photo department, and if you need something that requires a special keyholder, they are promp in assisting. I like their rewards program, and their location is just so convenient, we had to give them another chance. We're glad we did. Matter of fact, they move their drive thru pharmacy a bit quicker than competitors as well.

Pharmacy techs are untrained leading to multiple calls. Was in hold for 32 minutes only to be hung up on...will not patronize againUpdate: my doctor accidently called in one of my refills here.After finding out that it was not sent to my regular pharmacy I called Walgreens to see if it had been sent there. On hold for 44 minutes only to be disconnected again. Called back but pushed button for another department. Got manager online and she went and checked for me. It was there.Got my pharmacy to call them and they were on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up. Called Walgreens again and manager stated that she would personally stand there while her pharmarcist called mine. Liar. My pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes.Called Walgreens back again except this time the manager wasn't available. Yeah, right!Called again, read her the riot act and still have no prescription.My doctor will also get the riot act as I had told them previously not to ever call anything in to this store. Absolute worst customer service in Fayetteville NC.Walgreens if you're listening: if this store is that busy then should should budget more payroll hours. I honestly don't know what to think about a company that markets so aggressively that they can't hire enough people to service their customers.

After seeing the number of dissatisfied customers for this pharmacy, I am surprised the corporate office has not hired competent people.I only came to this pharmacy because my normal pharmacy (Cape Fear Drugs on Raeford Road) did not have my prescription in stock and could not order any from their warehouse.The wait for Walgreens to order the medicine took a week, when I finally called to check on it, I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes, and when I went to pick it up because I was told it was ready, i was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes while they got it ready...wait, months phone, you said it was ready and I could just come pick it up???The staff is incompetent and they have no respect for anyone's time frames but their own. I am so happy to normally use Cape Fear Drugs! They are friendly, they fill prescriptions in under 15 minutes 95% of the time, and they greet you by name after you have been there after just a couple of visits. I guess you have to deal with a really lousy pharmacy to realize what a precious commodity your home pharmacy really is! I think I will stop by Cape Fear Drugs today and let them know just how appreciative I am.

Used to be very customer centered and gave timely service - they continue to give me the wrong script even with a notation in the notes, a notation in comments when online orders, etc. Medications that usually only take 24-48 hours to order go for almost a week or more. Confusing text messages of completed refills followed by a text saying theres a delay. Long wait times. Just gone down hill since I first started using them.

HORRIBLE!!!! I was waiting on a nerve pain medication to be filled, quantity on the script was for 90. Thank God when she handed me my medicine I decided to check it. The bottle said 90 yet I counted and there was only 60 in the bottle. I immediately notified the pharmacist. I received no apology whatsoever. All she said was "it's a good thing you counted them here and not at home, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to fix it."...anytime I am here its a 45 min wait. But having 30 missing pills was by far the worst experience ive had here. Ive switched to 6330 Raeford Rd and have had zero problems.

This was our pharmacy for years due to the location near multiple doctors offices. We changed for various reasons. Today a doctor did a electronic prescription and it was filed here. After the doctors appointment we went to Mcdonalds and to the IGA. Got to Walgreens and waited 20 minutes in line to be told the prescription wasn't covered by our insurance asked for an out of pocket cost and the clerk fumbled around on the computer for a while. I got tired of waiting and asked for it to be transferred to our normal pharmacy.This place is slow and not customer centered.
