I’m so over this chain. I purchased 2 sprinklers. One didn’t work correctly. It would get stuck and not move. I took it back and got another. Noticed after a few days my yard was browning. Like it hadn’t been getting adequate water. (I set it to water at 4am). I decided to do a test on it. Come to find out it’s doing the exact same thing the other one was doing. I took it back to the store. They said they couldn’t find it in the system that I had purchased it. So I wouldn’t be able to swap it. Meanwhile the yard needs water. Decided to just purchase another. I went over to the section. These folks had put the preciously broken one back on the shelf for sale. Then I looked at the other 3 and noticed all 3 were broken. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a broken sprinkler head someone else probably returned 😒☹️. Assistant Manager couldn’t help. It was out of his hands. The store manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to me after I asked for him. So a bad review had to be left. They got one star because I couldn’t leave less. Horrible. Pure horrible.

This is the 2nd time I have went to this store and there were barely any boots on the shelf. Nowhere near the hundreds of options on their website. Not only that they didn’t have my size either. So I asked if they could check the back for any other boots in size 11 because the only ones I liked they didn’t have in an 11. JUST like last time the cashier told me “There’s probably none back there. We just keep feed and stuff back there”. I said well can you look and he wouldn’t even check for me. I’m so tired of sorry customer service everywhere nowadays. Including Tractor Supply. From now on I will by all my boots and farm supplies from somewhere else. Never shopping here again.

Everybody at the store is super friendly and helpful in finding what you need. Also give you great advice on things you're not quite sure of. The manager Dylan is an exceptional worker and tries to please the customer to his utmost ability.

Terrible return service for our generator. Took over a week for them to come and pick it up. Still haven’t gotten a refund. When they did, the delivery/return pickup driver in the red truck hovered so close to my hubby that he could probably smell what he ate for breakfast that morning. Yuck!

Moved to the area at the start of covid so originally was getting my dogs food from Chewy. Once things started returning to normal I started patronizing this location it is truly hit or miss if they will have my dogs food in stock and if it is stock what condition the bag will be in. Sometimes the bags are ripped open and on the shelf and in some cases they have attempted to tape the bag back shut instead of just pulling it off the shelf. The last two instances of getting my dogs food their which I have two dogs on the same brand of dog food just different versions as one is a puppy and the other is 5 years old neither one of them would eat the food. The 5 year old would pick at it then puke the food back up. So I went back thinking maybe it was just that bag for some odd reason and same result. So I go to WalMart and get the same exact food and they go back to eating normal as if nothing is wrong. Try to feed them food from the bags from tractor supply and they both refuse to eat it. So needless to say I won't be buying anymore dog food from this location because something is definitely off.

How did I order my dogs food FROM THIS LOCATION to be shipped to my home, online order stating there was “several in stock” yet my dogs food had to go through Kentucky & Tennessee? 2 days later when I was told via browser I’d get my dogs food in 2 days, ordered May 14th it’s the 16th & won’t be here until the 18th? Ok so everybody note NOT TO GET THINGS SHIPPED, just go pick it up because clearly their shipping has no idea what they are doing.Sincerely,HUNGRY DOGS & A HUNGRY 13 WEEK OLD PUPPY!

This one of the best tractor supplies in our area because if your a vet you get a discount and with today's prices any discount is great. The people are friendly and they have everything I was looking for(except) fish food. What I like the most is as you walk in to your left they have set up some discount tools and I always seem to pick up one ( dont tell the wife) give it 5 stars

A wonderful family oriented environment!! I bought my first riding mower at this location and was very happy with my purchase and the care and concern of the staff members and associates who helped me pick out the best mower to suit my needs as a disabled combat veteran with a severe disabling condition from in line of duty injuries in service to this great nation!! I sincerely thank everyone at Tractor supply for a great buying experience and motivating satisfaction with new Cub Cadet mower!! I can't wait to go back and use this location for my next home project source even overalls!! Best Tractor Supply location in the surrounding area and worth a trip if you are not from the area!! 2nd to none service and hospitality over the phone and as soon as you walk in the door. Friendly neighborhood southern hospitality!! My experience at this location brings great credit upon the Tractor Supply business and our community!! The place is ok. Prices are decent. Rude customer service. I asked a staff to clean it and they said it will take 30-45mins. Pet Wash Station is not clean and clogged up, not once but 3 times already since I've been going there. They don't clean them after every wash. Hopefully they do something about this.

Store is nice and clean, but when I asked for help loading 600 lbs of horse feed, nobody could leave the store. I'm going back to my normal location in Clinton. They always find time to help me load, especially when it's so many bags to lift and I'm a middle aged female.

I shop here often and also place online orders. In house, this store can't be beat, in my opinion. Online isn't always as smooth but that isn't what is important. The important thing is how it's handled if, (and not often does it happen), an incorrect item is pulled. Jess and her team are ALWAYS prepared to correct it an ALWAYS with good attitudes. Most know me yes, but even the employees that don't are ALWAYS kind and respectful. Yes, I think Gray's Creek got a good thing when Tractor Supply came and Jess' experience is icing on the cake.

Ok so, this is my family's go to for ALL of our animals needs.The pricers for feeds and bedding are great, their are many varieties for different needs.The staff are PHENOMENAL!!!! I have always been helped when asked for advanced ce, ,items were always located and ordered for me if they didn't have it done n stock.... knowing I could have done it myself, they're just so eager to help.I have 2 children, one of which LOVES the employees at the store, it never fails that they scoop jet up and show her things in the store she asks about. Most stores don't give little kids that much attention in such a busy environment.The management definitely deserves a pay raise or something, they're always on shift and seem to appreciate their employees.Our family will forever return to this store. We have been to other TSC stores and NONE equal this store.Thanks a bunch to the employees.....ooo and also, I have a bad back and they always offer to help me out on days Iam unable to leave ad my car and truck. Outstanding!!

Excellent new location for this great store. And, maybe because of this location, this one is not as crowded as the one on Raeford Rd. Here, they have a very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Tractor Supply Co., is probably the best place in town to get dog food, as they have large bags of grain free dog food for about half the price of the pet stores. We bought some baby chicks for a backyard flock, and the folks there set us up for success. I highly recommend this store.

Honestly I’ve been shopping at this Tractor Supply for a few years and have never had a problem, except for the few last months. I find that the store is astray and could be managed more sufficiently. I had a horrible run in with the store manager, he was short with me and rude. I think I’ll be shopping at the Raeford Rd store from now on.

Busy day at this neighborhood TSC. First days of Spring and everyone was out and about. I was there to conduct a "chick day" seminar for Purina Animal Nutrition. Lots of chicks sold and Information exchanged with fellow chicken farmers. Trivia with the kids was a big hit! Management and staff here are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. This is one of My favorite locations.

I don’t know who did the training at this location, but man are they awesome! I came in the store looking specifically for something that would rid my house of fire ants. After asking Jess for help, she walked me right to exactly what I needed, answered all of my questions, talked more about the product (how much it treats/how to apply it/ accessories I needed to spread it/etc). She totally relieved my anxiety as well. After that, I asked her if they carried a different product unrelated to the first and she also walked me right to it and proceeds to give me all the details of the product and also read more off the back label so she could help me understand it better (I was shopping for something for my husband needless to say, haha). As soon as I walked away she jumped right in to helping another customer without him having even asked. She’s awesome and you can tell she is there to help people and not just to do her job. Way to go Jess!!

This store fails to live up to its name. Maybe it's just this location, but this store is more like a Pet Smart crossed with Walmart's gardening center (except Walmart has way more stuff). Not really sure what this store's gimmick is exactly. But I do know that they never have the stuff I need, and that the products are way over priced. Probably why it's never busy.

This was my 1st. Visit to this store. I travel by this store on my way to Fayetteville NC every 2 months. I've been wanting to stop and this was my 1st. Chance. I have to say, I think I've been in almost every Tractor Supply store in North and South Carolina. And if Tractor Supply wants a Flagship Store, this should be the one! Most Fully stocked, most stuff I've ever seen in one of their store's and the Employees we're a Bonus! Very nice and helpful. They even have a "State of the Art" Dog Washing and Grooming Room With ALL the Bells and Whistles! I'll be taking my Trailer next trip!

Went to the Grays Creek Tractor Supply twice this week and both times Noah provided excellent customer service. We returned to purchase the XL dog kennel and in less than 5 minutes Noah had recommended them to two other customers and all three on the shelf were sold.Noah sets a high customer service standard and is a wonderful Ambassador for the Tractor Supply brand and effortlessly builds customer loyalty in the community.

This has become the place to run into friends, whether you know them or not. They are my mini Lowe's plus a whole lot more. They have non-hardware items like country decor, my favorite shirts, animal food, horses to hamsters, and yes, baby chicks 🐤 in the spring. They call me by name when I enter the store and most know what I might be coming to get. Not gonna find all that in a large hardware store. Some prices might be slightly higher but what I get in exchange, makes up for it. Did I mention, it's right here in my little community.
