Most pleasant staff ever seen. I just bought 10 food safe 5 gallons buckets. The employee drilled holes into my bucket free of charge. I never expected this but I did ask if they would do so. I am very happy of the help I recceived and the courtesy of the staff. And the bucket were on sale for $ 4.00 each. 4/14/2024Thank you Tractor Supplies.

The best customer service ever! It was like having a personal shopper! I needed help looking for some galvanized containers and the employee who I believe could’ve been the manager ended up helping us move items so we could see the full size. They were very helpful. I always love getting dog treats and balls from tractor supply because they were always reasonably priced. I did get charged for a bandanna on my receipt. I was only checking the price and had put it back. That is OK. I will call them about it tomorrow. I’m sure they will take care of it the next time I come in to visit. What a wonderful visit and excellent assistance. They even carried our items to the vehicle. I will for sure return.

If I could give this place zero stars I would because I recently took my Chihuahua, Chica, for a nail trimming, and the service here is HORRIBLE with how things were handled. The person who held her was not gentle AT ALL and should be FIRED because Chica was left with bruises!!! Since the visit, she's been in extreme discomfort, unable to jump and barely wagging her tail, which is not like her at all!!! I'm extremely DISGUSTED AND UPSET by this experience and WILL NOT recommend this place. 0/10 TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I was hoping to have a good experience shopping online for a home curbside delivery but my expectations were not met. I expected to have products brought to my home from the local store not the wearhouse. I cancelled my order through customer service and they refused to cancel the one product I was aware had to ship from the wearhouse. I was hoping to become a fan of Tractor Supply but nope I'll stick with the other guys! Ps why no Dog vaccines in stock for my order? Funny how fast stock depletes when I place an order

In my seemingly endless journey to fit horse stall mats for my home gym, I finally found a store that has plenty in stock. The staff was super friendly and helped me load the mats in the back of the store after I made purchase.They also had baby chicks for sale in the middle of the store. I lasso learned that they have a variety of potting soil available for my garden.

Came here to satisfy my 14-year old daughter's curiosity with chickens. My wife and I were very impressed with the customer service and we ended up buying a beginner's setup for 4 chicks.

Been to some locations that didn't really impress me but there is nothing wrong with this one. Store was really busy but clerks still found time to greet each customer. Online pick up order went surprising smooth thanks to Tara. Will definitely keep shopping at this location.

Once again I've had a horrible experience with Tractor Supply and their dog wash. 1 towel per dog is apparently the rule. The cashiers fight you to give you any towels at all, when you speak with the manager he will side with his company policy and state "well, you should have asked for more." I did, I did ask for more towels and I was told I could not have them. Don't waste your time, just bathe your dog at home or bring your own towels. It's silly to pay for a service you don't receive in my opinion but I'm only a loyal customer, nothing more right? Don't deal with the headache of driving home sopping wet dogs.

Tried to purchase a gun safe online 3 days ago, was confirmed then canceled 5 minutes later. Called customer support and was informed was a payment issue. Called my bank everything was good to go and shouldn’t be having problems. I waited couple days and tried again, still having same result. Called support again and was informed due to us moving they put a freeze on my TSC account. Marlena was super helpful was going to check into it but I received email today that my account will continue to be declined for ordering. It’s ridiculous that this is happening and won’t be shopping there anymore. My spouse is military and we move a lot but I guess that doesn’t mean anything to get an account unfrozen.

Gregory is great. Bought a large piece of equipment from them and noticed it was damaged about a month later. I went in and he retroactively discounted the price and refunded me. I will trust tractor supply with other large equipment purchases in the future thanks to his professionalism and understanding.

They're always professional friendly and quick to assist the customers. It's always clean they are pet friendly and I never have to wait long at check out. I recommend this location for shopping.

Pet wash station is disgusting at this location. We arrived right as they opened and it looked as if they had a busy day. No towels and a box that was falling apart because it was too wet. I would have taken pictures but I just wanted to get out. Will not use again until fixed. Daily cleaning would help tremendously.

We actually called ahead and spoke with Brian, the manager. He was exceptionally helpful throughout our experience with him. It was a very busy day; he helped many other customers, but made sure we got the tire we needed. He even called ahead to another Tractor Supply and located a second tire for us (we'd had two blowouts on our camper). This young man has a good understanding of, and good attitude towards customer service!

Spoiled food inside the food bag moldy rotten food blocks.After spoke with the manager I was very disappointed because he did not believe me said I probably left the food outside for months i just got it for a month and a half He offer me a 10% discount. My concern was not for the money I just want for him to believe me.Sunflower are dry and birds do not like it.Going back to get Lowe's Sunflower birds love then and going to get Walmart chicken food.

I came here to get my cat his vaccines and I would honestly recommend anyone to come here for their animal. Very friendly and professional staff. They listened to my concerns and questions and were incredibly efficient. One of the vet assistants let me look in the microscope to see my cats ear mites and it was gross but SO cool! 10/10 vet experience

Bought a wireless fence for my dog. I told the employee it looked like it had been returned. He told me I may want to buy the extended warranty. Not a good answer. All 3 in stock had damaged boxes. When I took it home the collar wouldn't program. The fence was locked in a case in this store. The clerk was friendly and promptly opened the locked case. I'm a big fan of TSC just not this location ever again. This store was very messy I'll stick with the Sanford location where I returned the product.

The pet wash at this location is not worth the money any more. Where to start:1. The employees are polite but customers using the baths destroy the room.2. The bathes are clogged and don't work or drain so slow that your pup is sitting in water.3. Dryer cuts in and out sometimes and just last weekend wasn't attached to the wall. Seems a bit of a hazard if its on the floor with the possibility of water getting sucked it.The rest of the store is great. I settled on a 3 star simply because this review is intended for just the dog wash (1 star). I also understand that employees have other duties and responsibilities. Corporate should probably update the tech for the dog wash bins and that way they can still earn easy money. However it currently isnt worth paying 10 dollars and cleaning the bath longer than it takes to wash your dog.**a year ago** I love taking my dog here for a bath at the pet wash center. Easy access to the tubs with towels and dryers. I always recommend it to people I know with pets that dont have the available space at home.

I like to take my dogs to the grooming area of Tractor supply. This was my first time going to this particular location and I was horrified. This grooming room was gross. There was puddles of water on the floor, the walls were brown (wall panels are white plastic back splash), the center station for soaps was rusty and filthy, pet hair everywhere, the door window had soap scum all over it, the few cleaning tools they had were soaking wet and looked like they had sat in the same spot for at least 6 months. The grooming tables were awfully broken and had certain parts filled with bacteria filled water, and the small head leash was not long enough so it would choke all 3 of my large dogs. There was only shampoo to be offered, no conditioner to be had anywhere, we had to ask for towels because no one stocked them, one of the velocity dryers was pretty much inoperable and just plain jacked up. It's safe to say that this location does not care about the cleanliness of the grooming station which is sad, because it's an awesome idea. What's even more sad is that it's literally right beside the vet clinic. No body could be bothered to clean that room and it clearly shows. Would not suggest bathing your pets here.

I have been shopping at the Fayetteville store since I moved to NC 3 years ago. Yesterday I went to the Spring Lake Store and WOW what a difference, Spring Lake store is clean, well-lighted and very organized. We unfortunately left a dog toy in our shopping cart. So, we called the store and they had our item in the store and we told them we were on our way to the Fayetteville store to get pellets for our stove. The manager at Spring Lake said we can get the Dog toy at the Fay. store that we left, we said great. We explained this to the cashier and she called the Spring Lake store and the manager confirmed this. Then she told us she had to let her manager know. Well Greg the manager told her no, we need to go back to the spring lake store to pick it up. Long story short we left the store and I will never buy there again. It’s further to drive to Spring Lake but the store is much better. The dog wash area was filthy at the fay store and it was beautiful at the Spring Lake store. It looks like I will be shopping more at the Home Depot and occasionally go to Spring Lake for things I need from TSC. Thank you, Greg, for the lousy customer service, a $10 dollar item just cost you a frequent customer.

They have merchandise that you might not find at other big places. Every body is usually nice and knowledgeable. We buy our dog food here, good prices for dog food. But, not everything has a good price. We still recommend it, for the diversity of their stocks, and the home town feel.

Went and used the dog wash today and it was a great experience, much easier than washing in the bath at home.Well stocked and had a great selection of shampoos.Towels available for use and a blow dryer.Although it could've been cleaner as there was dog hair all over the floor.But I will continue to return.

I love the staff, and there’s such a wide variety of items here I can get for my dog. I have 3 extra large breed dogs, and the tough toys they have here are amazing. They are durable and hold up for a lot longer than most toys at Petsmart. My dogs have had this and the bigger sized rabbit for several months, and they’re both still around and in good condition.

I can't find a place to do a review so I'll do it here. I had the best day with Rob! He was so happy and when asked why he was cause ya know I wanted some of that affection, lol he like can't I be this happy? Absolutely! I'm sure I came off shrewed.. wasn't my thought again I felt bad l, he tells me a personal story and I told him mine and we both eneded up smiling. This reason one I go there they have employees thar take time for customers to help them. Thanks Rob please show him this
