Excellent customer service. They never hesitate to help you out. The staff is very knowledgeable, and will let you know if a product isn't something that will work for your needs, suggesting instead something that will, even if it means less $ in sales. I love that they care to take their time with customers and give honest feedback. I've been coming to this location for years, and haven't had a bad experience despite staff changes and renovations. Their baseline customer service is gold standard and their product variety is vast.

Place order online & received confirmation that they had received my order & took my money out of my account . June 8th & confirm that I would received within 3/5 days. Today June 23 rd no order & each call I was told that it was lost in shipping & they would re order for 2 business days delivery days . . several phone calls later nothing ?? they took money out of my account the day of order & now they say that it would take up to 14 more days to get my money. What & how can't you treat your customer this bad. I have called customer service 6 times and have been promised my order would be sent to me and today is June 27 th 2022 and still have not receive anything ? I was told that I would be compensated for all my problems and all I get is return order confirm to Vitamins Shoppe after they sent confirmation that the order was re ship ?

Some of their products are well overpriced by at least $10 but that’s not why they are only getting 2 stars. Customer service goes a long way and during a time where everything is shut down and you see someone standing in line about to almost pee on themselves the very least you could do is be a decent human being and allow them to use the restroom. Instead, the gentleman was extremely rude and went on to say that he won’t lose his job because of corporate policy. Any other time, I’d fully understand but like I said a little human decency would have been nice.

I was pleased with this Vitamin Shoppe location.The store was, first, logical and easy-to-find. Likewise, the staff I interacted with were friendly, and helped me find what I needed. Also, selection at this particular store was somewhat larger than others I've been to, such that I was able to get some relatively hard-to-find supplements, unavailable at other Vitamin Shoppes in the eastern NC/SC area (yet prices were wholly reasonable). I had no problems with my visit, and will probably return. Good stuff all around.My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up, guys and gals!

Picked up a few items for the bogo 1/2 off everything in the store the other day. Grabbed a new energy drink to try. Cherry Lime. They have an okay selection of protein bars, powders, drinks, and other nutrition items

Nice array of vitamins. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. Of course this store is a little pricey, but I was there with my mother. We really enjoyed looking around at all the merchandise with out feeling, watched or hounded by sale staff.

Talk about hateful. When to pick up a pickup in store order 10 hours after I placed it, for a single, in stock item. Both employees leaning on the counter. Walk around looking for a bit then walk up with my invoice on my phone and ask to pick it up. “Did you get an email, if not I don’t know why you here..” I love being talked to like that. They then told me it was in fact or do stock regardless of what the website said. And that it might be tomorrow, and went back to leaning on the counter. I called customer service. Had a refund in 5 minutes and didn’t have to deal with Trevor anymore. Bought it online somewhere else for almost 20$ cheaper.

Looooove vitamin shoppe! I will go in the store because I know employees will point me exactly where I need to go. Unfortunately, they have recently been out of stock of the things I have needed. Usually at least one thing I need when I go. So since ole Rona, I have been ordering online more, super fast and convenient. I love their rewards program. This store is always neat, and again staff is always on point.

I am a regular customer at this store. However, on this particular day I went in looking for a good detox due to an upcoming medical procedure. As I was speaking to an associate I asked her what a good detox would be in liquid form due to my medical condition I did not want to add anymore pills to my medication regiment. She needed to ask another associate to ensure she was giving me the correct product and information. Justin who had no clue I was the customer stated " He only needs the detox because he needed to clean his system out because of drugs." I was very embarrassed that he would even make this statement assuming that I used drugs. I reported this incident to the corporate office and I was suppose to hear from a DM or GM within 24-48hrs, needless to say I haven't heard from anyone and this occurred on Friday, June 4, 2021.

prices are a little on the higher end. which is to be expected. however the smell of the calming oils (etc.) by the front door are a little over bearing. little confusing find the checkouts, the store set up is a little different than the norm. not a bad store though.

The Vitamin Shoppe on Morganton road has a lot of items other than vitamins. They have natural hair products like hair dye and beauty products, they have a good clearance section. The staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable of the products. They are not pushy at all. The prices are fair for the product.

This store beats GNC hands down. The staff are friendly and actually have knowledge on how different protein combinations will affect the body. I've been going here for a over a year when I found out they carried the Buked pre-workout series. If your looking to improve your overall health come check it out

So your clerk gets upset with the customer because I didn’t want $3 in change!!!!😖 intentionally went out to my car to get $0.06 so that I wouldn’t have $.94 change.. then you gonna put my money on the counter, excuse me I put money in your hand. Put my money back in my hand I don’t care, you needed change for your drawer anyway!!!! It’s small but how you gonna get mad, then talk trash to the other employee in the store... !!! 😠 I always get great service when coming here.. go home, if you don’t want to work!! (The guy with the Mili Vanilli dreds flipped over to one side) ... your customer service sucks!!!

I ordered online and only received 2 of the 3 products I ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them. The vitamin shoppe had charged me for all 3 products and original claimed they had all been shipped. I was advised that it was labeled as shipped but had not made its way to UPS. I thought it was very inconvenient and a similar situation happened to a friend.
