Smelled so good in here. I had no clue what it was. Someone said it was a step up from the dollar tree. It had the coolest stuff and it was so clean in here. Military discount too. They have kitchen and pet supplies and outdoor stuff. Party and baking and personal items. I loved the purple carts! The self checkouts are really nice and cute and the bags are paper with handles. It was fun to explore in here!

Almost impossible to get help with all the employees talking minus one lady actually working. Then they complain about how you bag your own items. It’s self checkout. You’re not checking me out, I’m doing it myself. You can’t complain about how I bag my own items because it disturbed you talking to your coworkers about other customers. Lady wanted to jam all my items in a tiny bag and crush half the items. I said no. I wanted a bigger bag and my cat likes to play with the bags. She told me I couldn’t have the bag. That’s ridiculous. I left without a bag and I won’t be back, they won’t care because they were too busy conversing amongst themselves. At least at five below the employees are nice and they let you use whatever bag you want when you are doing self checkout and bagging your own stuff.Only positive is the store is clean.

This is quickly becoming my new favorite store! I love the pricing and it is so clean. I always find something I need and want when I go in here and I don’t over spend because the pricing is great. The customer service is also exceptional!

The items here are ok. Just like 5 below but more esthetic... but these the smell of the store is so overpowering from all the candles and francances that in less than 5 minutes, i have a raging headache.

I was excited about visiting this store because I've always stopped by the one in Myrtle Beach before I leave but NOPE❗❗ It turned sour quickly when the worker with the braids became accusatory and loud for no reason about it. I walked into the store and walked passed an aisle where something was on the floor. It was one of the fake plants they sold there. I guess that it fell. I NEVER went down that aisle to make it fall but I did see it on the floor. The worker with the braids says out loud the following things. (Oh, at this time they only had 4 customer total in the store. All by themselves except my daughter and I) but immediately when she saw it on the floor she started saying out loud, this is why I am ready to go home, I don't like people, I am going to go pull the camera, and the icing on the cake is I know "they" did it. Who are they❗❗😡.Very unprofessional and rude. I wish she would have pulled the camera. I called corporate as well.This store will not last long with workers like that!!

Called and BOTH times 2 separate people that answered the phones were SO nasty to me all because I asked if they had something in stock. I'm not for bashing a business over the associates but this is absolutely RIDICULOUS I was very kind and was treated Like I was doing something wrong. I'm not even going to set myself up for failure by coming in either. Sad because I LOVE going to new business in Fayetteville.

My first time shopping here and am extremely impressed! First off, the store smells amazing, which is a huge bonus! The staff is friendly and customer service os excellent! The prices and selection is superb. We will definitely be returning for all of our decor needs for our party venue!

It was very clean, organized, and smelled great. There are tons of good deals to choose from. They have a small but nice selection of seasonal items, and they have some different types of candy you won't find in most stores.

Be warned the store uses those huge perfume air conditioners systems so if you have a sensitive nose be prepared to get punched in the face with the smell

I have shopped here at this locations twice… and both my experiences were the same. I hated how I was treated the first time, but gave it another chance (but the second time was no better).First I felt I was being watched the entire shopping experience, which was extremely uncomfortable and made me feel rushed. During “self check-out” I was also being heavily watched by the clerk that stands in the center. She watched me put in my credit card pin, and watched me swiped every single item in my cart. She even begin touching my things and rushing me off.I get the store wants to ensure you’re not stealing anything; however her behavior was extremely accusatory beyond simple observation. I serve in the us army and make more than enough to buy what’s in the store. Last week was my last time shopping there. I would much rather shop at the other competitor stores, which has bigger selections, same great prices, and better customer service. Hopefully no one else have the same experience as myself.

Didn't feel like going in at first, but when I walked in and checked everything, I literally felt like buying everything from this store! Great variety and is much better than your average dollar store! Kaleb was so nice and energetic during my experience and was a great help! And I was shocked to know that they had pokemon cards! Please go to pOpshelf! They have great prices!

This store was amazing and smelled so wonderful. As soon we walked in we were greeted by Rhonda and she was so friendly and helpful. Found a store thats gonna take my money. Great variety and great prices. Good craft supplies for school projects. Also great party supplies for good deals. They have cleaning, housewares, some snacks, and kid toys. This will be a new fav!
