Just picked up my 2 Golden Doodles from groomers. They get a 5 out of 5 from me today. The groomers did an outstanding job. My girls we beautiful and groomed exactly as requested. WELL DONE. Sorry I didn't get the groomers names.

I can't speak on the grooming side of things but staff have been nice to us everyone my husband and I have gone in. Recent visit we brought a new baby home and they were super nice and helpful through the whole process! If anytning changes I'll edit my review but at the moment we've had no issues here!And thank you for our new baby boy! His name is now Osiris and he's been the snuggliest little bug! His sisters and brother have been very welcoming and we're so happy to have him!

I’ve been taking my dog to be groomed at petsmart for years. I dropped off my dog with Michelle, who normally grooms her. I told her “shaved body and face, trim 1/4-1/2inch off of her ears and tail.” When I picked her up 3 hours later, her body and face were shaved and choppy, her ears had been completely cut and shaved, and her tail was 2-3 inches shorter. I didn’t complain when I originally picked her up because I wanted to look at her a little better. When I got to the car, my dog’s hair was dusty and when I smelled her, it smelled like she hadn’t been bathed but instead they put a deodorizer powder on her. This is ridiculous as I’ve been taking my dog for years, she’s comfortable there, and I’ve never had an issue before. Find somewhere else to groom your dogs to avoid paying $50 for no bath and a bad haircut.

It was late and I ordered online, I went to my usual PetSmart and realized I ordered from PetSmart on Ramsey Street. I called to make sure my order was ready because I didn't receive an email. The girl was nice that answered the phone. She stated my order will be ready when I get there. The same lady that I spoke with brought my dog's food to the car. My first experience with this PetSmart so for being courteous and helpful I must give 5 stars. Thanks!

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service at this location. We have been thinking about Parakeets for a good 6 months as new addition to our family. Last Wednesday we visited and got a wealth of information that helped make our decision. This evening’s group of associates were fantastic.

Let me just say how disgusted and disappointed I am in the treatment I got towards my dogs at PetSmart (Fayetteville, NC) . You guys need to find better groomers with customer service. My puppy only 4 months sweetest little shih Poo who has a disability was refused service because the groomer was uncomfortable. Like never in my life have I ever heard something like that. At first she told me she’s going to talk to the manager to find out if it’s ok to accept and then she came back and lied to my face stating that unfortunately we can’t accept her because of “Your Policy” so I asked to speak to the manager, the manager then came and stated the groomer is uncomfortable. Instead of asking to see if another groomer would be ok grooming her they blatantly refused service to my disabled dog whose disability does not stop her functionality. She was born with her back legs straight so when she stands her back legs don’t bend.Now this is not the first occurrence with this store, we have another dog a German shepherd that we tried to take here as well to get groomed and was also refused service. We dropped him off and was called back to pick him up because they couldn’t handle him. You guys need to hire more professional experienced people to work in your store. How can you be a pet store refusing pets that makes absolutely no sense at all. Now I would understand if my dogs have aggressive behavior but they don’t.I am a frequent shopper here as well for my dogs food but I will not be going back to any PetSmart. You guys don’t deserve my service at all and I will take it where me and my dogs are accepted and treated in a fair and respectable manner.

Terrible skills and an even worse attitude. My dog had an area of her leg shaved due to a vet visit and the groomer, Heami K, decided to have a snarky response saying "looks like someone tried an at home haircut" which i found incredibly rude and inappropriate and just factually incorrect. I asked for a round face and no mustache/beard. she left my poodle choppy and with a beard like a schnauzer that I specifically did not ask for. Her face was cut choppily, with no rounding nor blending done. overall disappointed with my visit and wont be going here again.

Always happy to visit Petsmart on Ramsey. Grooming staff is professional, friendly and oh so sweet to my two boys. Store staff is wonderful too. Thank you for caring about my fur babies.

$75 plus $5 tip!!! Never AGAIN!!! I had a grooming appointment for my Shihtuz & didn't like the bath/haircut at all. Not to mention Roberto was short & rude when I arrived. Her face look like they didn't even try to clean it. Didn't brush or trim the tail. Nails left rough & chip. The haircut is uneven. He said Top Dog was chosen online but my email confirmation doesn't show that I chose that. The young guy that cashed me out was very polite & helpful. The store is clean & stocked but their prices have really gotten ridiculous. I will NOT be using their grooming services again!!!!

usually not the one to make complaints but when it comes to my money and my dog, it’s different. I had an appointment yesterday at 1730, to which they called me at 1430 asking me to bring him in early that they had no other dogs there and could knock him out earlier. I dropped him off at 1450 and was told by the lady at the desk 1- 1 1/2 hours he would be ready. I came back 2 hours later and politely asked how long till he would be ready and was told anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and received rude sarcastic snide comments when i just asked then why was i told to bring him in earlier that nobody was here and told an hour to and hour and a half. The 2 ladies sitting at the back table on their phones told me my dog was sitting in the back WET waiting to be dried (even though he’d been here for 2 hours at this point) that his groomer was working on another dog then i was told to go walk around the store that she “supposes” she could go dry him. 5 minutes later i get him back, his nails looked like whomever did them just didn’t care enough but i let it slide because i was already frustrated enough that I paid 60.00$ for this. When I got him he was still wet (and smelled like water that has sat for awhile), and was shedding worse then before I dropped him off which means the service of a 15 minute brushing was not done. The next morning, I realized that his pads were also not shaved which is included in the package that I paid for as well as wax i cleaned out of his ears myself. This is so disappointing to me because I trust my baby will be taken care of when dropping him off and paying money I work hard for. After quite awhile of bringing my baby here, I think this is where our time with petsmart ends. SUPER SUPER disappointed. Please do better for everyone’s babies!’n💙

The grooming salon has terrible customer service and doesn’t know how to handle dogs!Michelle the groomer instantly denied my dog, she didn’t carefully give my dog anytime to get acquainted with the groomer. Groomers are “well trained” and should be know how to properly handle first time pets! COMPANY POLICY REQUIRES GROOMERS TO GIVE DOGS 15 MINS FIX ANY BEHAVIORS. I called and talked with the customer service manager John, he wanted to find ways to justify her actions instead of handling the situation properly after relaying the company policy to him. John said he was going to have the store manager contact and they never called back! I have two other Dogs who have been going to pets smart for years! IM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! And the GROOMERS ATTITUDE WAS TERRIBLE!

Customer service was great. We also brought our Rottweiler to get groomed and they were amazing with her. It did take longer than expected because they took their time with her. She was a rescue and was very nervous. Everyone was understanding and did things on her time.

Update July 2022: I am never disappointed when I go shopping here. Friendly atmosphere, pleasant employees and they are always there to help you. Cat, dog, fish, birds, reptiles, hamsters/guinea pigs store products well stocked. Store is always clean. And now TARA Dog Rescue has a permanent location in the back area for adoptions every weekend!p.s. Last fall/winter when I had a broken right arm/shoulder, the employees helped me so much on loading the items from the shelves into my shopping cart, at checkout and loading my items into my vehicle.First posting: Friendly atmosphere. Good selection on kitty treats & can kitty food for my furbabies. Great prices on Fresh Step Febreze kitty litter.

By far the best Banfield hospital I've been to! Petmart is great too, but the hospital set it apart. Make sure to get on a petsmart card rewards account. Just by buying the food each month, I get enough points to buy toys and other items.
