I love visiting there and looking at the animals, and I always get my dog and cat food from there. A couple of days ago, it was my dogs birthday, so I got him a new bed, shirt, and some treats. He loved them.

I found everything I was looking for in this store for my fish aquarium. They have a great variety of fish and at great prices. The store is big, it is clean and organized, and the associates were friendly.

The employees (especially Michelle!!!) are the sweetest and most caring. They love the pets they sell and the pets that visit. They give tips and information about my pet. They really care and take the time to talk to the customers to find the needs. It’s a quick in and out because of its location. This past week I needed fish. They carefully prepared my fish then helped me find treats for my cat. Amazing people. They also helped me decide on the best hat for my dog 😂.

I went to the store on Saturday looking to purchase fish for my aquarium. I picked out several fish total of 10. The salesperson took a while to catch some of the fish in my opinion stressed them out. The salesperson told me that if something happened to any of them within a seven day period. I could return them for a replacement fish. I bought 2 fish each of my selection and 3 black barbs. 1 barb died the next day the other 2 are doing fine. 1 other fish of 2 died the next day. I went to take them back on Monday and was told I could not get them replaced that they gave to test the water. The fish avg cost was $5. I did not have the time to wait for them to test the water. The salesperson should go into more details about the return policy and not have a customer walk out thinking all she had to do was return the fish. Explain full policy in the future or set the right expectations for a return. It’s not worth the hassle for $10 worth of fish. As a company knowing all the other fish did well except these 2 I would have replaced the fish and kept it moving. Unsatisfied customer will not purchase from your company anymore. Thank you

Best place to buy fish and other pets. Their guarantee is exactly what they say. The employees are knowledgeable in every area of pet care. I go out of my way to shop here for all my pet needs. I'm done with all the other stores.

I am a new customer to Pet Supermarket. I have been twice, yesterday and today. They are now my go-to pet shop whenI need anything or advice. All the staff I have interacted with are very friendly and knowledgable and helpful. Zania (forgive me if I mispelled your name) is awesome. She helped me pick out some fish that are doing great in my aquarium. I highly recommend this store. I have fish now. I am thinking of getting another aquarium and possibly a guinea pig. :)

I didn't go to the pet supermarket. It is next to an ace hardware that had a Grand opening. My dog however shops here all the time. I had to put a limit on her debit card because she bought too much.

I've been here several times. Mainly for convenience, as it's super close to work. They have a good variety of dog food and supplies. I have 4 dogs, and they always have something they'll enjoy.

I had no idea that this store was located in this area. I gave it 4 stars because the staff was very sweet but the prices are high! I went for crickets, and they were 3 to 4 dollars higher than Pet Smart, and they died very quickly, so it was definitely a waste of money.

The staff is very friendly. I feel like they were not as knowledgeable as they should be since they sale pets. It seemed like they were pushing the more expensive cage sets. It is a lot cheaper to buy the pieces! We did buy a cage from them since it was on sale but we purchased our pet from a different store.

my husband and i visited here only 3 times. the first time we went we just were there to browse to see what small pets they had since we’ve never been there before. soon as we came in we saw the cute little bunnies i instantly fell in love with. at first we were just looking from far away because we weren’t too sure if we were going to get one. and after a little bit we decided to see if we could pet / hold one. i thought they wouldn’t allow that for some reason. but the young white lady with the black hair (didn’t get her name) just opened the case and walked away. i thought she would stay and help or something. anyways that’s not the issue. we fell in love with a pure bred puff ball that was grey and black. we were there for about an hour just looking at his and petting him. he was super sweet and was the only bunny that would let us pet him/her. although unfortunately my husband and i left without the bunny because we decided that we need to talk about it and see if we could get him/her. we decided to come back the next day to get him just to see that he was no longer there and had already been bought. that day it was another employee there and she asked if we wanted to look at the bunnies. we said sure and she opened it and left. we were kinda sad and didn’t really like any of the other bunnies after trying to pet them. so we asked when they usually get more bunnies and they told us that every thursday they get more in. so we went back today (friday). we came in and were looking at them from far away just watching them. and i liked one that looked exactly like the last bunny we liked but in a beige color. we asked the same lady from the first day if we could look at the bunnies. while looking away from me asked if we are going to buy one and looked upset or bothered that we were there .. i told her .. we were looking to buy one if we liked them. she didn’t say anything for a bit and then said she’ll be right there. when she came and opened the case she stood there and watched us. which felt weird considering they didn’t do that the other times. i felt uncomfortable. and after trying to pet the bunnies we just left. i don’t think i’ll go back simply just because how am i going to want to buy a bunny if i can’t see how they behave or if i like their personality. i’d be upset if i bought a bunny and it didn’t like to be pet or have hands near them.

Great dog treat option, collars are on the high side. The customer service is great. Lack of domestic animal options. More specifically rabbit options are low. They do not do pet trimming here. Store was cleaned

Picked up a fiddler crab, crawdad, 2 fire mouths, and a snail... tanks are clean and neat. Prices are really reasonable. Staff is great, even with picky kids... cause ya know not every crawdad looks the same... A variety of spieces. I would recommend this as my go to place for aquarium stuff. Although I do wish they had more air pump equipment and connections...

I've been going here for about a year now. And the people there are so nice and helpful. They really work hard to make sure that your animal has everything they need! I have bought multiple animals from them and they are all healthy. All sweet . They always give me ideas on what else I can feed my ferret. And advice if needed

The Petsupermarket is well stocked, organized, easy to locate the items I go to purchase, and very clean. Cash, credit/debit, check and coupons are accepted. Easy access to Petsupermarket🐕🐈

Nick was very engaging today. He knew a lot about the brand I was buying, without knowing that I’m a former member of management with the company. It’s nice to know there are passionate people at the store. Greeted us with a smile when we walked in and chatted with my kiddo about the animals. This is our go to spot as we have our 4 dogs on performatrin ultra. Do wish they brought back the 10th bag free on premium brands, buying at least 4 bags a month, it would be awesome. None the less we enjoy this location, clean, well stocked and friendly associates.

Even if some ppl have their differences about pet stores I say this place is a nice Gem. The workers there have no problem holding a conversation as they work about life and about animals. It's great, plus they have remembered me from prior visits. Good job everyone. 👍

When going to look for a new hamster, the only one in the cage was super sick. We did tell one of the managers, she shoved the hamster around and pushed him and said how much she hated hamsters. Then when asking when the animal had recovered if we could be noticed they said the hamster would never recover. This left us not wanting to go to this place again for a new animal, they don't treat animals right here, or give proper care to the animals, and won't be shopping here again. Michele is the worst!!!

The staff goes above and beyond. They have done so much to make me feel so welcome and even went in the back to dig around for something that wasn’t out on shelves for me! My pups love everyone there and I’ve always left with a smile! Friendly and extremely helpful staff, clean and organized store, and always happy to give treats and belly rubs to my babies!

They used to greet you when you came in and were very kind. The last few times I’ve been in it hasn’t been that way. Prices have also gone up almost $20 on dog food in the last month. I’ve found better prices and customer service elsewhere.

I had an emergency with my kitty the day before I was set to go on vacation. I came in and was quickly steered towards some options by the very friendly staff. The person who helped me out spent quite a bit of time with me, making sure they understood my situation and what my kitty might need. Super-friendly staff on a return visit to buy kitty toys after my vacation ended. Big Selection, Great Staff, Great store!!

The girl who helped me get fish was very nice, but the woman at the register was sooo rude. I bought 4 fish 1 died the next day then the next 3 continued to die until they were all dead. I returned the first one and asked the lady to test the water even though I know it's ok because it's well water and we have our water tested. She said she couldn't return the first because I had to put it in different water. I didn't even bother returning the rest. I will not shop there again
