Absolutely terrible customer support and communication. I had scheduled for a pick up of material from my house on Tuesday. They no showed. Called and they said someone came. A lie, I was home All day. Rescheduled for Wednesday. No show. and when I called they said I wasn't scheduled until Thursday. Another lie. I have an automated voicemail saying otherwise. I declined another reschedule on the phone with Crystal and she still scheduled me anyways. Crystal also left me on hold for 30 minutes just to check the schedule. Also received no call back from her when I left a message with customer service to fix her mistake.They will try to gaslight you and just keep pushing the schedule back. Do not order installations, deliveries, or house pick ups from this store.Edit: Rescheduled again and was again no showed. And this is right before installation date. Called corporate to make a complaint and corporate got with the store to ensure a delivery the morning of my install. The store scheduled me for the afternoon. Called the store and was hung up on after 6 minutes of hold. Again. Do not do installations through this store.

This store doesn't pick up the phone when you call. I've asked to speak with a manager about a schedule change and it's like pulling teeth. After a while the associates just pick up the phone to put it back on hold because they are tired of hearing it ring on their end. I don't mind being on hold, but I've accumulated over 45 minutes of being on hold. This isn't a call center, it's a brick-and-mortar store. Either they need more employees or better management.

I've spent many hours and days in Lowes with DIY projects and building repairs. They have everything you need and if not you can order it online. The customer service is good, I've had to look for a red jacket at times depending on time of day however, once you find help, they go above and beyond to assist, it's a busy place.

The Best Lowes Home Improvement Store in the Fayetteville area. Always has products. Easy pick order online pick up. Great Customer Service. Always nice and clean and organized especially compared to the Skibo store. Luckily I live closer to this store because even if I lived closer to the other stores I’d probably make a special trip to this location just for the experience.

My wife and I went in with measurements looking for a wire shelf. Everything was super easy to find. Found the shelf at the price I would expect for instant gratification, but I knew what I was going to pay. All of the boxes were damaged a little. I picked the one with the least and was still disappointed when I got home and found one of the pieces bent. I was able to save a trip back by hammering the part back to shape I guarantee the rest of the shelving units that I didn't pick are in worse shape than the one I bought. I think the store needs to do a better job of inspecting the products that are on the shelves.

They usually have what you're looking for, just try to find where it's at on your app first due to shortage of employees available to help. But if you pay a head to have a order ready for pickup, it's never actually ready for pickup until you show up and walk around a bunch and get everybody calling each other to find where your order is. So plan enough time if you're picking up a large order to give them a chance to find it all last minute

The incompetence of the employees at this store cost me a $6,500.00 dollar job! Omar made empty promises that he denied even making when the time came to pay up! Madeline was able to partially save the day. Thank you Madeline! Shame on you lowes!

Recently rented a truck from Lowe’s to deliver a kitchen table to my daughter. Yes. Lowes rents trucks. Who knew?! Anyway, there is a required $150 deposit refundable deposit as long as you return it on full and no damage and they don’t charge for miles. Again, who knew. Well my deposit wasn’t returned. But this is not a negative review because things happen. We’re human. I was told it wasn’t processed in error and to come in first thing the next morning and they would straighten everything out. And thats just what happened. Thank you to Ms. Maria in customer service. I received my credit immediately and was able to pick up a few things while I was there. Great job.

Staff at the Lowes off of Ramsey were more than helpful today on a busy bustling Saturday. I went knowing I had to buy replacement vertical blinds,and so Thankful lowes sells them in parts as I needed only 12. (the blinds are easy to break, but a box only costs $35.) Front cashier, Tammy informed my of all the upcoming sales, and super excited to go back for some mulch and maybe look at fireplaces, as mine is quite old. So glad this place is 5 mins away.

My Son is taking Electrician Apprentice trade at FTCC and was given a list of tools that we needed to purchase. I was so lost walking into Lowes until I walked into Jonathan in the tools department. I explained our needs and without hesitation he was willing to help. He took me through the entire list not only hand picking each and every tool with me but also explaining the benefits of a good warranty as well as helping me save money by explaining that some tools are 2 in 1. He also got us signed up for Mvp and premium status and a great line of credit. The knowledge and passion he had was impeccable and he is the standard of what it means to go above and beyond for the customer. As I have shopped Lowes in the past for other items never ever has anyone ever executed that type of customer service. Without a doubt he should be training others on how to go above and beyond and have integrity while doing it. Not just try to sell the most expensive tool. Again thank you deeply Jonathan and I hope this reaches the higher ups and they celebrate your great work.

Customer service is better then other stores I've been to. Very helpful staff. Tina, Lisa, and Ryan were very helpful today! Dog day Saturday at Lowes. My Luke was overwhelmed with all the dogs there today.

I bought a char dual grill from Skibo on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times the grills arrived damaged. However, when I visited Ramsey's Lowes to return the last one, Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she facilitate the exchange for a new grill, but she also provided me with a discount and even offered to have the replacement loaded into my vehicle. The Ramsey store will probably be the one I’ll shop at for now on. If you see Vanessa give her a hey and buy her an ice cold Frappuccino!

I purchased 4 boxes of special returned flooring that just happened to be what I was a box and a half short on, Laura managed to avoid me having to drive all the way to Rockingham. She discounted them 10% off and I ended up purchasing the 2 additional boxes to have spares for any future touch up areas. When I was checking out, I was slightly questioning the side drill bit I was going to purchase, and Marquis came over straight away and made sure I had the correct size. When I was trying to check out, the discount wasn’t clearing at self checkout so Keisha contacted the manager and had my discount cleared and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes with all of that. They are all great associates and definitely deserve more for the service they provided me! Thank you guys.

I called ahead to see if there was a truck for rental to which they replied yes. It would have been fantastic if they told me then what would be required to rent the truck.When I arrived said I was here to rent a truck. They then asked me for my license, which was expected, and registration, which okay? Never had that asked for when renting a vehicle. Had to go back out to my car to get my registration. I come back in. Then I'm told that I need my insurance card as well. I come from a state that doesn't require paper proof and digital proof can be used for insurance. I offered to show her this, she says no we need it printed out. Okay. I see a printer directly behind her and I asked her if I can email it to her to print out, to which the supervisor states "the printer doesn't have email abilities." Okay, but it's connected to the computer that's right in front of you that is connected to the internet, yeah? The supervisor again states "we can't do that. we need to have a paper copy. You can go to the UPS store and get it printed out."Terrible customer service and quite frankly a lack of critical thinking skills that you're losing business over printing one piece of paper. I later went to the Home Depot on skibo and all they needed was for me to show them my insurance on my insurance app on my phone and give them my driver's license. A much better experience.

Ordered a Samsung refrigerator in in May. Confirmation of delivery was 18 Jun (Not) Wasted all Day Father's day 19th and no delivery. 3rd party delivery people are their excuse. Lack of communication and supervision of Their employees is the problem. Finally brought refrigerator on Tuesday 21 June and I stopped them upon seeing a dent in the Front door as they were taking off the truck. Sent it back after being told that I would receive a new one Thursday from another store ( another lie because it's not policy) . Went to store on Ramsey Street on Wednesday to make sure about Thursday and spent 45 minutes trying to get money back. Canceled everything on order and ended up at Best Buy. Believe me should have gone there first, better service and less money. I would stay away from Lowe's until they fix the delivery Problem.

Have a $50.00 gift card. For some reason it would not work. The lady working help said I must call the number on the card. I called the number on the card. It connected me to a computer which was no help. Not happy with Lowes customer service, again.

Lowe’s customer service team is terrible, so is the delivery company they work with. If you order anything try not to get deliveries. They’ll hang up on you!! they won’t show up for your delivery times and then claim that you were not home. Just 100% laziness all around weak effort. If you can shop in the store you really should do that! I myself have been waiting for my order worth $1,172 dollar it now 4 days late and Lowe’s keeps promising to deliver it as the delivery date is consistently changing!! If you shop at Lowe’s good luck this is definitely my last time ordering from this company!

Poor customer service, they refused to accept a return because they said it was not purchased in that same Lowe’s. I showed them the return policies and still refused to take the returned item. They made me wait for their manager for two hours and kept being disrespectful. Their head cashier said she was the manager and told me she could help. They need to be better trained and it’s a manager that actually be at work and help their lost employees.

Placed an order online for the RamseyLocation at 10:30am on a Monday, received a text at 5 PM saying that the order was ready and although I am not the most computer friendly person, I decided to stop by the location while I was in my work vehicle Tuesday at around 10:30 AM to confirm the order and make sure everything was ready for pick up before I showed up with my personal vehicle to pick up all the items. I was told everything was ready to go except they were missing the metal roofing and was told according to their app the Hope Mills location had the items so I asked if my whole order could be transferred to that location because I do not feel like taking my personal vehicle and driving from Ramsey to Hope Mills back to my home to pick up items that I purchased. I was told they did not want to transfer the order because they could not guarantee that the Hope Mills location would have everything on my list, so I asked if there was a way for them to transfer the metal roofing that I needed to their location and they said they do not do that. granted my order was only $700 so I just asked to cancel the order as I feel if they are going to allow Online orders with curbside pick up that they should probably have some sort of system where they can transfer in items from other stores. I understand if people want their items that same day and if they want it bad enough yes they can drive around to five different stores if needed and get what they need for that day but when it’s advertised as curbside pick up, then maybe somebody who is a little more customer service oriented will have an Epiphany, and make that recommendation to corporate. I also understand not every store can always stock and carry. Every item or all the quantities that a particular customer wants. It just seems kind of silly when the order is pre-paid that they can’t figure out how to have better customer service. I personally had it been offered to me, although I would not have been happy about it. And if it was offered, I probably would’ve paid any worse from $10-$20 transfer fee as my time my gas and the aggravation would have been worth the additional money for a transfer fee.

*In store fraud charges on debit card* -Multiple attempts to resolve the matter via phone calls to store with proof of purchase as we traveled out of state shortly after. -Store does not answer phone often, and if they do so, there is no resolve, no call backs. -When finally in store to resolve the issue, was presented with an extremely unprofessional manner. Customer service employees chose to approach one another with laughter, and "manager" who was called to resolve issue was the one whom displayed such manner when approaching customer service counter. (Please abserve customer return cameras 6/28/23 between 5:30-6:30est, Hispanic man, Native female with child)-all employees conducting business to resolve matters assured us that "it's not possible"-2 receipts were presented by us, 1 of which was our original receipt, and 1 of which was a copy of a receipt obtained by calling customer service toll free number, as we provided our debit info. They were able to disclose all transactions and provide receipts of all transactions on said day of dispute.*our honest claim is that we were in store and purchased $65.78 in merchandise, and was also charged a fraudulent charge of $77.85 on the same day. We have one original receipt and both copies of original and fraud receipt obtained buy customer service corporate toll free number after providing our debit info. Please note on both receipts that a different name is displayed. Manager who spoke to us and promised to resolve issue by contacting area manager, name tag was Gerry. He told us Kevin was the area manager. We ask that cameras on date of transaction are viewed.Receipts will gladly be provided as they are already obtainable via in store or corporate. I will not give up until this matter is resolved. I will exaust all avenues and will never use a manner of which that is not fair or unprofessional.

Phillip is the BEST store manager I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. He has continuously made sure I am taken care of as a customer, something other stores quickly over look. He also does a great job of keeping his employees motivated and working hard! I'm so thrilled to see great leadership at a retail store! men restroom very dirty with wet floor, trash can overflowing also. tried to report to customer service but was ignored.found latex coated gloves in 2 different areas both without pricing, carried them to the register for pricing, when i didn't purchase because of price the cashier seemed aggravated, i purchased my other items but now wish i had just left them there and went elsewhere. this was 25 Mar. 2020 about 1345 hrs.
