If you know, you know. Lowe’s is THE best place to go for home improvement stuff. Some of that is down to the fact that it’s the closest home improvement store to my house but mainly because they have very decent employees and a military discount. They keep stuff in stock and are really easy to order with, so five out of five.

They promised delivery on Wednesday morning then outsourced an in stock item to another store not even notifying them until Wednesday. I received texts confirming that the item would arrive on Wednesday all day Tuesday. My contractor came Wednesday morning, Lowe's products never came. Now I am told that they will not come until at least Saturday. My bathroom is torn up and I am waiting now for how long. Don't believe any delivery promise -- the system is automated and the associates have no control. As a result they deceive customers.

This store has the absolute worst stocking. Check your product before you leave the store. More than likely youll make another trip to return it. I recently had to return a damaged toilet that had a crack in it. Had to go back two days later to pickup another one (same thing we had before, no stock on the shelves. However showed they had six) that i had to order on the app and go pick up. When i got there i noticed a familiar torn handle on one side of its box and fresh tape holding it closed…it was the same cracked toilet i returned damaged!!! They had taped it back up and put it back on the shelf! Then went back with a customer service agent to find the six they showed they had, they were on the top of the shelves isles over, and one had a hole in it from a forklift. I didnt make a fuss they got it taken care of an hour and a half later and i went on my way. Today, three days later im trying to finish our bathroom and install the vanity light we had purchased. When i started opening it i noticed it had too been retaped imside on several items. As i feared, got it all unpackaged and inspected and the main light housing had paint splattered all over it. Now another trip to try to get it exchanged! They put return items on the shelves damaged or not and try to sell them to the next person! Poor business if you ask me, and enough for me to take my business eslewhere from now on

This location "SUCK! I needed to find a crew for a mattress frame and out of I'm sure over 7000 screws in this store do you know not one out of 3 sales people couldn't find the screw! I asked Michelle and Omg she told me before she helped that she was sure they didn't have it and she would meet me on isle 16. Twenty minutes later I went to management and they gave me Bradley which let me know he was about to clock out, but the manager "convinced" him to help me "REALLY! Then Kikara came and Michelle never came back and between those to sales associates I left without nothing! Michelle attitude from me asking her was so Obvious that she didn't want to! I'm still in shock over the service and being a needle in a haystack where I was definitely not valued as a customer! Also trying to reach a corporate office was a smoke screen! I will NEVER' go back there again! Also word of mouth is the best advertisement! On that note I definitely have nothing good to say! But I must admit' I did get my exercise in that day from walking around lost and confused! So thank you lowes for a bad experience!

I love this business.Just a note: Two diff. visits I needed help, they call for me and no one showed. 20 minutes.I left each time, walking past the one who called, saying, " did anyone see you." Which is a no, and they said no more to assist me. I left.But the selections are awesome.

Customer service, does it even exist anymore?We drove 30mins to this location after being informed they had an item in stock I was looking for. I am legally blind and was looking for said item on their long wall of products and couldn't find it. The employee I asked for help asked for the item number after I should him a picture of the item and the employee very quickly stated it doesn't have a home bay so I don't think we have it.I asked him if it could be in the overstock and he said probably not. We are talking about 39 available stock not 1 or 5, so his answer was not satisfactory. So after being very frustrated and straining my eyes I found the nonexistent item on a display case in the herbicide area! No customer service at all. Why hire someone and train them to not even try to help locate an item? This wasn't the first time it's happened at this location and I often try not to speak on my disability but in this case I feel disrespected as this employee just blew off my inquiry and need for help ultimately finding it on my own after 20 mins of wandering around "looking".Do better Lowe's.Pictures for context.

I love this Lowes. Location and design inside. They always have items I need. Unfortunately, you have to know what you are looking for and find it yourself. Probably, you know more then the employee you are asking help for. If you really need help, ask one of the costumer. They will help you more. Most young workers there rans away from costumer because they don’t want to do work or help. Older people who work there are always trying to help costumers.There is one older guy who cuts glass and wires at electric section and I have to give him credit because he is always there and very smart about his sections.I want to work there to help people, but I don’t think I can do it with that many lazy workers who is there just for paycheck.

This Lowes is by far the best Lowes in the area. It is clean, organized, and has most products in stock. The employees are polite and helpful.

I am a lowes pro member & have been for many years. I called in my order 30 min head of time. I was told my order was ready got to lowes had to wait 30 more mins for someone to finally help with my order. This is Entirely unacceptable for a pro member.

This Lowe’s store is the example that all others should follow, particularly in customer service! Every time I visit this store the employees are nice, friendly and are helpful if the customer needs anything.After experiencing a one-star experience with a different local area Lowe’s, I decided to go to this store to purchase a zero turn lawnmower. I was greeted by the manager in-store and was enthusiastically helped with my purchase, 10 minutes and done. He also loaded the mower on my trailer. A great customer service experience!

Great found the yard care products I needed to complete my fall time yard activities at the rental property. Not too expensive and I was able to get my military discount. Score. Able to send my receipt to my email in case of later issues. Overall good experience, met my expectations.

My customer service representative was Courtney she was very very very very knowledgeable on everything I asked about. I had an issue with a grill she went over and above to help me out to make sure that I got the grill that I wanted and I actually saved money. she is the reason why I bought that Grill at Lowe's she deserves a raise!!!

Just picked up 50 bags of mulch. Lowe's did a price match for us. We asked for help loading and Mike, who I believe is a loading Pro because that's the vest he was wearing, came out shortly thereafter and loaded the pallet for us right into our pick up truck. He can really handle a forklift! Great attitude! Friendly! Courteous! Wished us a good day and even reminded us to stay out of the heat. Thanks Mike and also customer service.

David was so kind when I visited Lowe’s today. He’s friendly with the customers and relatable, professional yet makes you feel you’re right at home. I don’t know his last name but he was at self check out around 11AM today. Anything you ask of this employee he does not mind helping. Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and keeps his other co-workers motivated… definitely leadership material.

The staff at Lowe's has been very helpful in locating the things we need. They have many options available when it comes to tile. We are going to replace the tile in one of our bathrooms because it is terribly out dated. We found the tile option, trim, grout and tools. I also found mirrors, cabinetry, faucet, and a great shower combination. It looks like the project will start at about 3,000. We will do the job and save tons. Thanks to the DIY network, books and a little bit of ingenuity. Not a fan of the tile work around this mirror.Starting our next project. Off to Lowe's.

Customer service here was horrible. Stood in an aisle waiting on assistance for 30 minutes. To see the same associate walk around several times telling me he was helping someone else.Another was more engrossed with his phone and walked by avoiding making eye contact.Walked out with buying what I wanted. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Sucks I drove 40 minutes to this Lowe’s because the one near me didn’t have it in stock.
