I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked in. The layout and variety of unique items are fantastic!. There is a wide array of outdoor tools, supplies, and novelty items to choose from. The customer service and staff were very courteous and helpful as well. The prices are comparable to tractor supply. I do believe this store offers more variety on specialty items. Great store overall!

The highlight is definitely the staff. Extremely friendly!Prices are also good, The ACE brand is definitely priced accordingly and of great quality! Will definitely be returning.I was quite pleased with the selection of patio furniture and grills/ fire Pitts, etc.

I purchased a Weber flat top grill from Lori’s. It was a great purchase experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. It all cumulated today with the delivery. The driver was an ACE employee wearing their shirt so I felt safe. He helped me set it up and was delightful throughout the experience. Highly recommend!

Updated to add another star. They were already at 4 (above average). Today the guys there did me a solid on a chainsaw return that was off the hook. Lowes would have told me to blow it out my butt. Will never shop anywhere else for hardware or tools.Original review ...Excellent little place. Unlike Lowes, the staff actually knows their stuff and there are enough of them that you don't have to wait forever to get help. We had a mom-n-pop Ace just down the road from my house and i never went anywhere else, but they shut down last year. So now I drive all the way across town to spend my money at Ace when there is a Lowes and Home Depot close to my house. The customer service is worth the gas.I should have also mentioned that their prices on Stilh equipment are exceptional. Very surprising.

We had a fantastic experience at Lori’s ACE Hardware—Such a wonderful layout, inventory, and above all, staff. I don’t want to have to go to another home or hardware store as long as I live here! So many big stores are just too bright and too big, and a quick errand feels like it will take half an hour—not here!Also, my dog was nervous about wearing his very first hat in public and the employees made him feel so confident and stylish. Great experience.

Great location, can avoid the craziness of Skibo, good variety of products, staff is friendly and very helpful. This last g0-round Bridgette helped me find exactly what I needed. She even inspected the inside of the item to double-check its integrity. Highly recommend.

When this Ace opened up down the street from my house, we were really excited to have a hardwood store near us. Upon entering, the place was very clean and set up nicely. The staff all greeted us and I had a kind man come up and try to help us with the grills. We had a situation happen, which I put in a previous review, but the owner, Lori, reached out and asked me to call her. Upon talking with her, I found out this is a locally owned store and they take their customer service very seriously. I appreciate Lori taking the time out of her schedule to talk to me. She gave me confirmation on my concerns and addressed them directly. However, the reason I am docking 2 stars is the prices are absolutely obnoxious. Local business franchise or not, the prices are sometimes triple a normal price. Honestly, it's so high that you would better off going to Lowes or Home Depot. Inflation is rough enough. Local or not, the prices are almost gouging.

I've never been more satisfied to not find what I was looking for. I was on a mission to find a weird combination of fittings and although I didn't find them, the gentleman that was helping me went above and beyond trying to find me a solution. He understood exactly what I was trying to do and spent plenty of time trying to help accomplish it. I'll be back for sure.

I went into the store on November 18 to check on the price of a hot water heater. Two employees saw me looking and never attempted to help me. As I started to walk towards the front of the store I made a comment to my friend that no one was attempting to us. This employee was standing next to me. He then asked the white man next to me if he needed any help.The man said no . I said to my friend that I was leaving. This guy walked behind me and as and as I got closer to the door he went around me to ask this white woman that was walking in did she need any help. I try to support small business but if this is what I have to put up with I will stick to going to Lowe's. I am not saying that this is the practice of this store but the people that you have working for you can drive customers away.

The staff was great on the phone and in person..I was looking at 2 chainsaw. The salesman explain the difference between the 2..GOT my reward and warranty set up..Will go back...Best Place in town to buy a Stihl Chainsaw..Now all we got to do is see how good the saw works..

We have been working on refinishing some old furniture for a while. It's time to paint them, but we heard it can be hard to get the paint to stick on this type of wood. We went to Lori's Ace, and Bridget asked us if we needed help. She walked us through what primer, paint, and brushes to use. She was extremely helpful and friendly. My wife and I will be sure to return if we need anything else

Ordered paint, bought some things I didn't expect to buy and flashed back to 1982 and playing Wiffle Ball with my grandfather. Everything from paint to Wiffle ball bats! Just found a great place to kill an hour on a Saturday morning.
