Amazing place and friendly employees! Never had an issue here before, and found beautiful jewelry and dresses on DISCOUNT. Jewelry has been changed away from Sephora. However, right now (8/7/22), there is discounted jewelry there and next to the purses area. Worth checking out for a really great price!! A 50 buck ring is about 9-12 dollars.

Well Kohls you have lost all my business. I have shopped there for years but no more. Self check out????? I say NO!!!! I will shop and spend my money with stores that appreciate my business with a smile and customer service. Next they will be asking us to stock their shelves too.. Small business here I come. We entered only to return an Amazon package. It appears Kohl’s reorganized! I remember it being sort of “piled” in some areas but not today. It appeared orderly and clean. The Sephora was huge and I don’t remember that being inside. There was no Amazon line so it was a quick in and out! The return staff appeared to be training but that didn’t slow down anything! They were fast and we were in and out! They did offer us the Kohl’s discount for the Amazon return but it didn’t tempt me today. Maybe next time?

I had an issue with my Kohl's cash. As soon as I walked in the store Lavonda greeted me. After hearing my problem, she quickly resolved my issue and found Kohl's cash I did not even know I had. Now that is great customer service! Thanks again Lavonda for a great customer experience.

Maleah has great customer service. She was very compassionate and caring when I was a having difficulty time at Kohl's. She stayed with me until my problem was resolved. She helped the manager to understand the plight I was having. We need more people like this young lady in the role of customer service. Thank you so much for the time and care!!!!

The Sephora employees that work here will lie to your face about store policies (and they assume you’ve never been in a Sephora in your life) and avoid doing any work, give help, etc. What they do get done in a work day is gossip. I know it’s a separate company, but this brings the entire Kohl’s store downhill. They’re losing sales, the store is often dirty, out of stock, and the employees seem to be constantly rotating like a revolving door. No one asks if you need help, ever. Being lied to though is a big no for me.

I shop for home decor and beauty products here. There always good deals. My only issue is management may give you a hard time honoring sales that are in the app so shop with a side of patience and you may still get your deal.

Went to do a very simple Amazon drop-off at 3:45 PM today. Two ladies were working behind the counter who were incredibly rude to me and the couple in front of me over having multiple return codes for multiple items. They lectured the couple in front of me much more but the other girl who helped me was giving me a nasty look for having two items to return with two different codes. I then proceeded to give her the two codes for my two items and upon pulling up the second code she said "Are you sure that's the right code?". "Yeah, I think so," I said. "Ugh let me scan it and I will see if it's right," she said while giving me a terrible glare as if I had inconvenienced her to the point she would perish. It was the right code. The only reason I am leaving a review is because my interaction took approximately 2 minutes and was ridiculous because of how rude the customer service counter was. I am just going to use UPS. Kohl's obviously cannot handle the strenuous task that it is scanning two different QR codes without throwing a fit for their customers. How absurd.

This is a standard Kohl’s store. That seems to be kept up well. You can do Amazon returns here and you get a 20% coupon that is not good for everything in the store but may be useful. Seems to have pleasant people working there.

I went to Kohl's to visit Sephora. I have found some products online and Sephora is the only place I could actually purchase them in town. They had everything I wanted and the gentleman working there was so helpful! He color matched me for the tinted moisturizer I was looking at and gave me great feedback regarding some cream blush and eyeliner I was looking at. His makeup was so glamorous and perfect.

The Christmas sales were phenomenal. No where else had deals to match Kohl’s. Employees were friendly and helpful. I love that the store is free of clutter and easy to maneuver for shopping. I highly recommend giving Kohl’s a try.

I was very disappointed with my shopping experience at Kohl’s. The selections were terrible. The associates were tired and unfriendly. And to add insult, they tell you that you are going to receive a 30% discount but then exclude everything. It isn’t worth my time or money so I will be shopping elsewhere.

Did this place change hands?! I remember when Simply Fashion changed suppliers in 2013. The clothes were of good quality before and very reasonable and then the clothes coming in got thinner and cheaper and noone was really buying there as much. The 2 Indian brothers that owned Simple Fashions finally went bankrupt and went out of business throughout the U.S. and closed all their locations in 2015. And now Kohl's looks like it is happening to them. Most if not all their clothes are on Clearence racks. WHAT??!! WHY??!! Kohl's, please explain why your clothes is just straight up garbage now? Are they following in the same steps as Simply Fashion? I walked in and was aghast I couldn't find ANYTHING nearly the same quality. OK, granted everything was TOO expensive but at least they had some really nice clothes. I left to go to Macy's and Belks.

Kohl's has a great selection of products. Any sizes including plus sizes for men, women & kids. Shoes, toys, accessories, home decor and so much more. They always have great sales and discounts, especially if you have their app. The wonderful addition to this Kohl's is that they have a Sephora inside for any beauty lovers out there. I have purchased brands at Kohl's for myself (41 y/o woman) that I was not familiar with, however I certainly am now and have been back several times for active wear, business casual & everyday wear. For my 5 year old, she has some super cute and stylish outfits along with Barbie Dolls. I have purchased sunglasses, jewelry, handbags and next will be a winter jacket for both me and my daughter. I always have Kohl's cash and coupons, so I'm paying Beer prices for Champagne products. I highly recommend Kohl's for anything you need or even just want🤷‍♀️ 💕

Be wary of the employee Lexine at the store in fayetteville nc. Store number 0813. She has a terrible attitude towards both her fellow employees and the customers.While I was shopping I walked down an isle she was working and she gave me the nastiest look for getting in her way.She made me very uncomfortable and I hope she doesn't cross my path again

I visited kohls to see if they had Nike socks and after finding them. Went to the register to check out I see they had self checkout but no lights were on and I’ve never been to this store so I don’t know the protocol. While waiting in line another associate was asking the cashier why they are at the register and she replied she had to help a customer then threw in there that no one wanna use the self checkout. After realizing she was referring to me I said I didn’t know if it worked and she replied well it always works . I just got off work and I have common sense but there is no need to be rude . That will be my first and last time coming to kohls in Fayetteville. Btw the lady name was Jackie so I suggest kohls talk to there associate about having common decency.

Why do they have two cashiers on black Friday?? Stood in line for over an hour. They clearly dont care. Only way to skip the line is to apply for their credit card. Walmart and Target were much faster for Black Friday. I'm going to put my stuff back and go elsewhere. ..
