I frequently shop here and have noticed that by using the VIC card, prices of items tend to be much less than other grocery shops. I love that there is a wide variety of organic and natural items that aren't triple the price of regular items, which is a rarity. The customer service has always been great, and the food options plentiful and fresh!! To top it off, they made the greatest custom cakes!

I love this Harris Teeter's meat department variety. The workers are also readily available to help you. There's a hot bar and salad bar as well. The food looks delicious and the presentation is wonderful.

Service here is pretty good, decent supply of high-quality groceries. The bakery, deli, and floral center are fabulous. My daughter wanted donuts for her class birthday celebration instead of cupcakes and they were able to make them and add “custom requested decor” (chocolate frosting and pink sprinkles 😆). Man, they were pricey but HUGE! (See picture)The price of a beautiful bouquet of flowers is much more affordable than going to a florist, but on par with the same quality.Our family LOVES the HT pizzas available quite frequently for a really low cost for Vic members and we jazz them up at home (tastier and more affordable than most take out pizzas).The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the bathroom. I don’t know if that’s silly, but dirty run-down bathrooms gross me out. If you’re charging as much as you are for products, wouldn’t you want to put the money back into your facility for the sake of your employees and customers? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just my two cents.

Great shopping experience, so many options available on every isle. Staff is super friendly. Self checkout is so easy. Harris teeter is a bit pricey, however if you shop smart, you can come out with some great deals. On this visit I went particularly for the baby back ribs. They had plenty in stock and the price was right for July 4th.

FYI: to whom I believe up & coming employees going though the hiring process. Try your hardest not to apply at store 025 on RAEFORD Road. Their management is poor, I dealt with a woman by the name of Cynthia, very disrespectful, judging me the whole time I’m there. Don’t know how to formally handshake, made an unnecessary comment on my previous job duration. Somehow my next statement rubs her the wrong & she decides to stop my hiring process. Call back up the next day for clarity from the day before. She claims she had to talk to her manager but her manager also wants to speak with me about conduct. Only reason he wants to speak with me due to the fact I told Cynthia previous day “I’m not gonna be disrespected” I told Cynthia “ I do not want continue to with the hiring process” asked for her store number & she refused several times before hanging up on me. I had to call back & she answer trying to plea with me. I continue to ask for the store number til she pass the phone to a male store manager. I asked him for the store number & he refused several times. He was trying to fix a issue/situation & I ensure him there was no problem I just want your store number. He gets smart tells me the store number & the address.

Went to get some pizza, this employee named Sophia was so rude, like i was standing infront and shes not entertaining me up until i said excuse me mam can i have some..and when she heard it she had a deep sigh and rolling her eyes approaching me, she accuses me of reaching my hands to the pizza but i was just pointing right outside the glass what i want to have like you dont need to shout on me like a kid..even threathening me to throw out to the garbage the pizza that i dont want to buy anymore bcoz shes rude..if you dont want your job then leave the company, when i confronted her with the manager Sophia cant take the heat and she left us like her face is still heavily mad and irritated..i think she doesnt want the job anymore like this lady is tired and dont need to be on the customer service..she cant even look into my eyes when i confronted her...I just hope and pray for her soul..very rude and irritated..send her home..

RACIST SECURITY/LOSS PREVENTION! If you are white and dress down I suggest you record from the moment you enter the store. 3x we have been stopped for no reason. He only stops white and Asian people and will literally follow you around the store sometimes less than a foot away. Sad they allow his when there's 70+ cameras, they target individuals and then always accuse them of sinister dealings, even when they just enter the store. They should be ashamed to have people like this working there!

If you want to be treated wkth dignity and respect after spending a large amount of money. Just go to Publix. I wish I could understand how black workers at the cash register treat black customers poorly. Shoppers that look just like them. Yet, they quickly change their demeanor when assisting customers who are non-black. They go from having a bad attitude to people who look like them to being jovial and extra mile for white shoppers. I was minding my business ringing up my items, not saying anything, and still caught a bad attitude from the black employee at self checkout. I'll go to Publix.

I literally shop here almost daily I love that they instead of throwing out the produce they wrap it and give it at a discount price it's great for seniors and those who live that vegan and vegetarian lifestyle who find it kind of hard and expensive to afford they weren't High as far as customer service I rarely ever and when I say rarely I haven't to my recollection saw anyone act in The Unbecoming way or rude to a customer. The manager Robert was especially helpful today, and encouraging. For great value, and GREATER PEOPLE, I GO TO HARRIS TEETER. .

The florist is very rude she swept trash at me the other day and did not even apologize when I said something to her about it. I come in the store day before last and a mess is what I observed by florist! Rest of the store is really good just the florist needs training, the woman with blonde hair and middle age looking. She’s so rude.

A close friend of mine loss a family member unexpectedly. I was not able to be there for her sooner. Once I came intown I went to Harris Teeter yesterday. An employee name Brian was working in the flourist section. Brian was kind to put the flowers arrangement together and make them beautiful. He checked me out and made sure my flowers and candy vase look great. He gave me great customer service and took his time. Brian is a great employee at Harris Teeter!!!!

I love this HT, the selection, the price, the savings, the layout, the parfaits, all of it. Great job. The only cons are the kids who work the checkout or the baggers. After 3 bad interactions, I just scan and bag my own groceries.

I spend a LOT of money at Harris Teeter every week. I work from home so every afternoon I think of a reason to go there, just to get out of the house. I am very disappointed with the Pizza station. Most of the time, it's pleasant and the guy who works there, don't know his name, is phenomenal! But yesterday I went to get a slice for my husband and there were NO slices, of any kind, AT ALL! I asked if some pepperoni slices were coming up soon and I was told, "unfortunately not, we're working on orders now". Why, at supper time, do you not have some slices available BEFORE you start the orders. I do realize you make more money off of whole pies, but the single slice buyers are just as important.On a good note, I LOVE Francesca "Frankie". She's the best!

I shop here on a whim because their prices seem a bit high. Yes you pay for better quality here but for normal everyday items, they can be on the pricey side.Now, let's talk prepared food .....Sushi.....to die for. It's Delicious!Pizza....fabulous. Monday pizza deals are the best!!!Prime Rib night.....try it!! You won't be disappointed.The whole store layout is wonky, and it reeks like fish all the time. Checkout lanes are in a very tight area, so I think the store could do better there, but overall I love H.T.

I have meant to do this review for a while. The bakery at this location is amazing!!!! My daughter loves Bluey the new Disney cartoon. But there isn’t much out yet in the form of decor or birthday items. I told them if they couldn’t do anything than they could just put blue flowers or something on the cake. I was shocked when I saw the cake how good of a job they did! I could not stop smiling. The cake was a hit and my daughter screamed “it’s Bluey!” When she saw it. Best birthday cake ever!!!

Mike, Harris Teeter has standards, they specifically hire kind and cordial respectful people I don't get to go often because they're so far but yes you can tell a difference in their employees as to other supermarkets and also all the people that work behind the counters and on the floor are absolutely a different breed, they are the best of the best

we drive scross town to get fresh breads , we get here they have a full rsck of fresh bread ready to be put out next to the bread area yet they gentleman directs my husband to 2 day old bread. The gentleman then speaks to the woman putting out baked goods she seemed to care less and went back to putting out frozen baked goods. We will not come back here

I’m not sure who is in charge of making cakes but my cake looks TERRIBLE. The cakes on display looked better than my cake I ordered days in advance. Not to mention the Happy Birthday lettering was so small that the letters just meshed together. Very sloppy. I should’ve known as the workers were complaining about a lady wanting a refund for a cake she was displeased with while I was waiting for pick up…
