I went into the store today , got cash back an the cashier was extremely rude , telling me why don’t I go to my own bank an threw my money on the belt. She is very unprofessional and always has a nasty attitude . I was just having a conversation an being nice to her.

I was in this beautiful afternoon to pick up a few things when little did I know I would be profiled as a criminal and this is my regular food store that I know most of employees and management. If not by first name bases differently by sight. Anyway my last purchase for the day was a pack of Eagle20 menthol cigarettes at the customer service booth. I sat down outside to smoke a cigarette before my walk home since I don't have a car. After the cigarette I realized I wouldn't make it home without going to the bathroom first. So I went back in with my bag of purchases from earlier and walked straight to the bathroom. As I was going through the bathroom door I was stopped by the blonde haired white female manager and told I would have to leave my bag outside if I was going to use the bathroom. I complied as asked, but here's the thing if she already followed me to the bathroom she could've waited for me to use the restroom and followed me back out the store. I am clueless as to what I was being accused of maybe doing with a couple bags of sugar, pack of cigarettes, and a pack of cigars that I had previously purchased and was all in one small bag. Maybe one of you can comment what law I could've been planning to commit with a purse, bag of groceries, and my person.

This is our Favorite Food Lion in Fayetteville! Friendly well trained staff, clean, well stocked store, excellent front customer services. Quick to open new check out lanes. Short wait times at checkout. Great meat deals and excellent savings throughout the store. The team of employees who work in this store seem happy and this energy is positive shopping experience. My wife and I Highly recommend this Food Lion. The Best Food Lion In Fayetteville!

Do not put your ego behind shopping at a "budget store" like Food Lion. There is no excuse to pay full price for groceries, even if you make over half a million a year. Thanks Food Lion!

The most racist service I ever had. Customer service Lisa was so rude and made me wait for 20 minutes at the customer service while ringing up everybody else. So frustrated and the most rude person ever!!!!

So during my shopping my son “the reckless daredevil” decided to put his finger on the wheels of the carts, causing a burn on the finger, as soon as he started crying the Cashier Kayla quickly jumped into action to provide assistance, offering ice and other help, she did her best to help calm and distract him from the pain, she even offered to get him a lollipop and juice, and honestly that kinda of customer service and help blew me away, thank you Kayla, food lion is lucky to have you on their team.

The store had stated multiple times you need only 24 hour notice for a child's birthday cake. They did NOT have it ready and would NOT write happy birthday and a name on another cake. Extremely disappointed for my child's 5th birthday

This Food Lion is clean with friendly staff. They have a wide variety of foods, including gluten free, ethnic, and more. They also stock Fresh Pet dog food.

I love their produce. It is always so fresh. It lasts for awhile unlike Walmart's. The people there are willing to help you if you have a question. At Walmart it seems if you have a question, the workers disappear. The meat is always fresh and tender as well. Lastly, they have cut deli meat in packages and labeled baskets and it is always fresh. If you want a different deli meat than what they have cut then you just ask and the deli personnel will cut it and weight it for you. Good experience at Food Lion!

I am so tired of the attitudes that I get when I go to this store. It's not all of the employees but a select few who apparently have no knowledge of customer service. I think I would rather drive further to a different store all together than to once again have my good mood ruined by rude employees!

Lock your car door when you come anywhere in this parking lot; people always looking for a come up. Just another run of the mill foodlion. Business must be booming with all the military condominiums being built rather close to this area. The store is always clean 👌

I went in, I was greeted with friendly faces, and kind staff! All of the food looked fresh, and the seasonal stuff is right at the entrance where I wanted it! Ha ha. Thanks Food Lion for being a neighborhood grocery store I can depend on!!

I highly don't recommend this store.... I get my fruits and vegetables usually from Walmart or iga but if I am around this store I have made the unfortunate mistake of getting groceries here. A week.... after I got my vegetables and fruit... they went bad... like rotten mold bad... the staff is nice but that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Get your veggies and fruits elsewhere ... you will thank me later

Very rude employee today, listen i get people have bad days i do. However when working with the public you gotta leave your issues and attitude at the door. I just needed milk no need to encounter mean employees when paying for it. Food lion is already overpriced
