This has been my Food Lion for 20 years, as of today I will no longer shop in this store unless it is an absolute emergency. They have changed the store about a month now and in that month I have witnessed Thug-ghetto mentality and Buffoonery from the young childish employees. There are also at least two rude, loud, and obnoxious females that appear to have no home training, I have witnessed this on more than one occasion.This used to be a very nice family orientated store, the faces of the staff was familiar when you walked in and I stayed an extra 10 min just to listen to the music.Enjoy the low-life Food Lion with the new and improved Gen Z!!!

I will choose Food Lion over any other grocery store. Can't beat the rewards program and savings. The store is always changing, but usually for the better. Ways where it makes sense and is easier on the customers.

Please show employees how to bag groceries. They just throw stuff in bags. Cold with hot foods....frozen food thrown in with can goods or with my fresh fruit. Common sense doesn't exist these days.....

I don't normally go to this food lion. But the one closest to me didn't have what I needed. Though I think that's my first time experiencing that in three plus years. I had to get it tonight so I went to this food lion. The staff was great super friendly professional and they didn't seem to mind me engaging them in a little conversation. Fortunately they had what I needed and they made me feel like I was at home in my regular store. I recommend this food lion for shopping.

I like food lion, not too big of a store, good name brands, even the off-brand stuff tastes good. Can be a little packed sometimes though, but I'm not complaining, employee's are always cool.

Very clean and organized store. Excellent product selections and the small takeout hot bar is a value add. They've recently added flower seeds and bulbs for the garden lovers which is a plus.

Quiet, clean store, well kept and stocked. Most store employees are courteous but the cashiers some of them can care less and are better off being a self check out, no matter how well stocked or priced or clean a store is if you run into a cashier who treats you as an inconvenience, no greeting, thanks or even as simple as telling you the total it leaves you feeling like your money is better spent elsewhere. Its a shame because the department employees are on point, deli, meat, produce they represent Food Lion well.

I love this store the staff is friendly and quick at the registers. And I do not go anywhere else for my fresh fruits or vegetables. They get daily deliveries on all their fresh produce and their dairy milk cheese and stuff like that so you know you're getting a good quality products.

Now I see why there is always only a handful of people at this perticular location. The shopping part, being able to find the basics and regulars is fine. Going to checkout is another thing. Sadly this isn't the first time and I see it was never corrected from before. From saying hello to the cashier and getting no response to not interupting their conversations to not bagging groceries, all are why they need to go ahead and shut this place down. I asked the cashier "Do you not bag groceries?" She says "Only if the customer asks me to." When did this come up because I have never heard of this? So I bagged my own groceries while several employees just stood around. Even the next lady was waiting for the same cashier to finish checking her out. It's like that only want you to buy three items and be on your way. If I have to bag my own groceries, then put in self checkouts. So Food Lion on Good Middling is a terrible place as far as customer service goes.

I've been shopping here for over 20 years but I am done and will shop elsewhere. Customer service, especially at checkout is rude (complaining about breaks, texting, no interaction, or a thank you) Employees blocking aisles and making no effort to let shoppers pass. I would understand if this only happened occasionally but it has become the norm.

Kudos to Food Lion Associate Mackenzie! She went above and beyond to help me today. Coke product I wanted was out on shelf. In all 3 places they stock it. She told me vendor was there and it wouldn't take long for him to put out. She also said she would ask him to stock it first. I went to car, waited 30 minutes, then went back in. Still not stocked. Found Mackenzie, coke person said he had to stock in a certain order. She then went back to stockroom and got what I wanted. And, when she returned, she checked me out herself!!! Outstanding job Mackenzie!! If it wasn't for her, food lion would have lost the sale.

Had to return a chicken salad and tuna salad because the packages where open. Sam gave me a refund but didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Thats bad customer service. Also seemed like I was a bother just for asking for my money back. Make sure you check the packaging when buying from this food lion.

One of the nicer Food Lions in the area, this one usually has a much better produce selection than others. They also keep the store a lot cleaner. The meat selection is mediocre in keeping with standard Food Lion meats

I like that the Food Lion stores are located in various places throughout Fayetteville and in Raeford North Carolina. The stores are kept clean they have current items and the pricing and discounts are very fair top quality food.

Food lion has a huge selection of food. I bought some dog bones, heavy whipping creme and chicken cutlets. I will return. The store is well taken care of because its neat and clean.

I like food lion but not all are equal. The one close to me hold the fruits in the back too long and then they put them out, l like fresh fruits, check your fruits out better at food lion on Reilly Road.

Yesterday my experience here was beyond terrible. My cashier Shakira cheated me out of my WIC. I had everything separated accordingly and she rung up everything altogether despite of me telling her more than once I had more than one wic paper. This resulted in me paying for things that WIC was supposed to be covering, in addition she did not make sure I had all of the right things on my WIC and a person that was with me asked her about one item than she realized she didn't charge it towards my WIC. This cashier was completely lazy, reckless, and rude. I have never had this experience before. I mean I was literally the only person in line, I have no idea what the rush and recklessness was about on her end. Than to make things worst after reviewing my receipt because it did not make sense, I went back in the store and showed her that it said the WIC only took off 64 cents, she gave an explanation that made no sense at all. And I caught her asking another worker to check over her WIC to make sure it's right. I feel like if she didn't know what she was doing she should have just been honest about it. I took her explanation and gave up and left. I truly regret going here, I should have just went directly to a manager.

The produce section had spoiled vegetables and fruit. I brought it up to the representative and his answer was this is what's available. Next time I'll show photos. The rest of the store was clean and well stocked.

Stop in to get Hamburget meat meatloaf mix corn and several other items for dinner. They only had 2 pjs. Of HB meat with 1 pound in each. I cook for 2 grown men and 2 children I had to stretch it. Added extra bread crumbs. What is happening to Food Lion?

Its okay the Produce area is very well stocked organized everything I've visited.The shelves are kind of bare but what place isn't these days.The cashiers are friendly no complaints here.
