Got “Banned” from the store because the store manager was talking rude to my brother and he walked out and quit. Monique was sitting there in front of not just his family but CUSTOMERS yelling at him and then LIED infront of the whole store talking about “you know they watching you because your money funny” but how his money only be funny when you’re the manager on duty ? Make it make sense ! All the other managers have no complaints but as soon as she working it’s a problem ?! I only rated it one star because i wanted to leave a review and it makes you select a star. I don’t recommend anybody working at this location. Shes rude , always has an attitude && always doing the most. But it’s okay tho. Plenty more family dollars in Fayetteville ! Yall go shop at the one on ramsey st! Never had an issue and they are so sweet and willing to help there.

You got 3 employees with ALL the shopping carts and one dude on the register, that won’t give customers a shopping cart. I had a 12 lb dog bag and had to go back and forth to the register to still shop. Very much ghetto, and I’ve worked retail, there no way that should ever be allowed. I will be contacting corporate too. DO BETTER AND GET MORE SHOPPING CARTS OR TAKE YOUR BOXES TO THE TRASH

If it weren’t for 2 or 3 employees, I’d have been stopped going to this one. It’s right up the street from me, i just moved here a year ago and within this past year alone that store has been closed at least once every week, I’ve only seen one employee other than the manager last this whole time… and the manager is a real piece of work. Rude, judgmental and unprofessional which is why she can’t keep anyone there longer than a month or so. Also, calculate your items as you go; I’ve been doing that for years (to prevent embarrassment) and this is the only store where my total is off by $10-$15, and she says it’s because they’re not able to update pricing to keep up with inflation so the prices are all more than stipulated on the labels! I’m surprised this one is still open.

I just left this store a associate "Mera" was ringing up food ,medicine ,and clothing while eating and I mean in plain view a open can Vienna sausages and a bag ofchips the smell was bad how can that not be health issue with products that are edible got a picture send to county health inspector in the morning thats worst thing I have seen my whole life ......calling 1800number on receipt for survey

On September 23, 2022 I visited store 0840 to return a damaged f[d item. It was frozen food price $6.30. The employee looked at my receipt and just stood there frozen, I'm like I purchased this last night she interrupt me and said from another store. You have to go to that store. I said all you guys are labeled Family Dollar well she gets the Nasty mean spirit manager. The manager tell me you didn't buy this item from me I replied you right I purchased it from Family Dollar. She said I can't take it cause it's damaged you got to take it back where you bought it from and walked off. I vowed two years ago I wouldn't step my foot back into Her store since she so adamant At that time I had to return a spoiled item and I had to call Corporate they had the Dm intervene. But Family Dollar has lost my business. Please don't waste your time at this location especially if you have to do a return. Customer service is a joke here.

Very well stocked but it’s a complete mess. Buggies filled up with boxes/trash blocking the aisles. You can barely move around in there. It’s a safety hazard and should be reported. It’s very disgusting. At least straighten the place up. Please fix this issue.

Monique is disrespectful and confrontational. As the store manager she has poor customer service skills and needs to be reminded that customers are important to the company. The employees blast music off their personal cell phones that is offensive and inappropriate for the work place. I am trying to contact her immediate supervisor so that i can play the video recording of my last encounter. Someone should be made aware of this because she is not a good representative for the company. Please contact me. This discriminatory behavior has to stop.

I stopped at this store today and got two drinks which one said one price the other was less I told the lady at the register she puts her hands up and says I’m not the one you need to speak with I would assume the person beside me was the manager. She has a very nasty attitude and tells the lady that was running the register to just override it and had the nerve to say it’s just 15 cents Well is my money I’m paying and I want the price that it says it is not more . The manager was very unprofessional cussing about another person. I will not be returning to this store again there customer service is horrible.

Watch the pricing, the products don't line up with the prices on the shelves. The dog food that I picked up cost more than I expected because the tag on the shelf was under the cat litter next to it. Love how they have the $1 frozen food section, that's about all I need for supper after work.

I am honestly not shocked at the rating for this Family Dollar location but they should have a 0 start rating and some corrective training. I went to this location to return a iPhone charger that did not work on my iPhone XR. I paid cash and I had a valid receipt as well. When I entered the store, the cashier name Jessica did not greet me, which IS a Family Dollar policy and the other cashier name Daniel passed right by me, looked me in my eyes and did not speak either. Jessica appeared to have an attitude like she really didn't want to be there. Anyway, I approached the register after Jessica waved for me to come forward..I guess this is a policy of Family Dollar too..I thought you were suppose to say "Next in line, please"..I guess not. I told Jessica that I wanted to return the charger and that I have my receipt. She did not bother to look at the receipt to check it or the date or anything on it, which it was today's date, June 12, 2019. She told me that Daniel had to look at it and approve it. Daniel and Jessica both are LIARS!!!! If you have a valid receipt and the item is still in the packaging, then the item can be returned. Both cashiers stood in my face and lied and said that they could not take electronics back. Daniel then proceeded to tell me that I could exchange it. It's obvious that they both must be free obama phones android users.(There is nothing wrong with android..Prior Samsung user). BUT..Seriously, Why would I exchange the charger for the same charger that my XR did not recognized?!?! Jessica and Daniel were both such bad liars, when I asked where is the policy listed because it's not on the receipt? Jessica just stared at me with a nasty attitude and Daniel was fake looking around and then he said I could exchange it. I told them both.."Nevermind but I will get it returned and it will be today..At a location that does not have a fake return policy." I then walked out...My next action will be to call corporate office on this location because I did not appreciate Jessica coming outside not too long after I left out the store..Don't know what that was all about but I can't help to wonder what was her intentions? Or is that a fake policy too? I feel that I was not treated fairly at this location and I would suggest that veterans and civilians should not shop at this location until the employees get corrective training on their customer service skills. Oh by the way, I did get the charger returned at another location. Also if management decides to respond to me..Please be polite, nice and professional because I do have ties to Family Dollar..Thank you and have a wonderful awesome blessed day.

I don't know why this store has 2 register's they only use one , was there again today 13 people in line will not open the second register actually in my history of growing there they never have .I got frustrated with it for the last time just walked out left my stuff , won't happen again cause I'll never go back!
