First of all I would like to say that I walked into the Family Dollar as I walked in a lady looks at me up and down but isays welcome to Family Dollar as she was talking in a ugly mean voice to her employees I walk by and said oh you're scary then she says I'm only scary to the weak as I stood there for a second and replied back so I feel like you're calling me weak made me very uncomfortable and for someone to be a store director she should have no title no title what so ever to talk to any customers like that just because you got a higher title than your employees doesn't give you a right to degrade them or any of your customers now you know why when you wake up and wonders why your ugly God already knew you had an ugly heart so that's why you look like you and like I told you I'm going to pray for you but God doesn't like ugly

Lady had a full on attitude about me clipping my coupons. It took me like 2 mins and she was slamming her fingers on the register screen. Wow, great customer service!!. & I spent more than usual. & it’s only 12pm like your day can’t be that bad. & there’s literally nobody behind me in line. But it’s okay won’t be coming there again. 💁🏻‍♀️

Customer service was great. Problem you shop you pay. Very very unwelcome to carry your goods to the car. But clerk was very nice $71.00 spent she hope me get my good to the car. Want be shopping there anymore.

i used to like this family dollars.but now when i come here the cashier areslow.or their talking on the phone or talking to other people the lines are too long.. customer service sucks.this company will hire anyone i will not be back

Had a friend who was told she was making management nervous and she would have to put her purse behind the front counter or make her puchase and leave! Needless to say, she put her items up and left. Do not shop at this location! Treating innocent people like shoplifters!!!! I think the staff needs some major customer service training! If you are that worried about shoplifters maybe you need to close your doors or hire you some security. No way to treat innocent shoppers!!

I will not be returning to that Family Dollar again. The store manager made me very uncomfortable. She followed my friend and I around like we were going to steal or something. (Lysol) I went in to get some Clorox bleech.

Went in to buy a water paid with cash and the cashier told me he didnt have change. I was owned 75 cents he went on the argue about do I really need 75 cents. Never shopping here again.

I go to the door and it says be back in 15 minutes what kind of retail establishment that has a sign on the door that tells you to come back in 15 minutes where is all the people in this store.

There is no one working. There is a hand written sign on the door saying that the system is down. There is no one in the store and no one will answer the phone.

I like shopping at family dollars they have big stuff as the other stores but less cheaper me and my family, friends we all shop at since the stores first opened up and we will continue to shop at family dollars
