I came in at 9:43 because they don’t close till 10 and I just needed one thing. I was told by the employee they close in 5 minutes. I asked her if they close at 9:48 and she said that is when we lock the doors. Google and the signs on the doors need to be changed or the employees need to not kick the customer out till it’s time to close

It ok. But there is one I would not go to because of loitering outside of the business. It on the corner of Cumberland Rd and Island Drive. The management really needs to do something about it.

Yes it’s very messy in the store very organized can’t keep staff the manager who’s been there for several years I assume approximately 3 to 4 years she’s very rude when you walk in the store she doesn’t greet you she looks at everyone as they there to steal or take something when I come shopping at the location I don’t feel very comfortable and I’ve been coming to that location for several years at least 10 years at that location off and on and now I’m putting in my request about my overview outlook I believe they need newThey need a new manager new staff family Dollar need to come in and get a overview of how the manager tree in the workers and her staff and the customers pertaining the store you get a negative vibe in a negative spirit when you enter the store you don’t feel as in a welcome home to Shop store

Staff is the worst, I can't believe these people have jobs. There down right rude and disrespectful. No smiles no greetings your meet with frowns like u did something to them.The whole staff needs to be replaced with people who want to work around the public. I live near here so I'm there often and almost every time I come in there is a customer is having a conflict with the staff. Clean house and start over.

not the worst one ive been too but far from the best one . found what i needed and was able to get in and out quickly. the girl ringing me out wasn't really that friendly and bearly even said two words too be cause she was busy talking on her phone thru her airpods. will i be back im not sure.....

They offer a smaller selection than a larger store but have everything you need for home, health, cleaning, family, clothing and other needs. Great location and very nice staff. Much better than other nearby Family Dollar stores. If the two of Cumberland Rd, choose this one for a better experience.

I was just at the store with my family when one of the Employees made the statement that my Brother and niece were stealing out of the store when my brother and niece both open their bags and purses, and showed that they didn't have anything she tried to make excuses and when my brother asked for the number to Corporate she told him to make a purchase and leave. I put back the Items I was going to buy and we left the store.

Felt crowded and unclean. Helium balloons were half filled. I was told at the register after purchase that she could have blown them up more for me. I was in a hurry. So I declined.

This store is HORRIBLE.worst store Ive been in.tried twice ..need new managers bad.place is always a wreck and service is just down right rude..Please Replace the whole lot and get people in thier that appreciate having a job and being around and being of service to the public.

This place is dirty and service sucked!
