Tonight, at this Family Dollar I met the rudest employee. I've ever met in my entire life. And I'm 55 years old. The lady named Britney was so disrespectful. Will not spend another dime in this store.

So I went in the store I don’t have my car since I carpool with my father we go in and grab our stuff the ladies where chatting up instead of opening the other line while we where waiting listening to there random chats even more amazing is that I own my own place but got Denied hand sanitizer and 1 disinfecting wipe cuz I was with my father ... like I don’t need it to disinfect my own stuff or my table at work so great job cuz you assumed I was gonna give it to him or whatever have a great day or not .

The 1 employee there, was a manager from another store & the ONLY employee. They had a truck out back,and the poor lady was trying to unload the truck & wait on 8 customers. She explained the situation, worked as best she could to accommodate customers, and had a great attitude,but she was stretched to the max. Maybe they should distribute the surrounding stores staff & offer overtime to have at least 1 Manager & 1 staff to keep things going. Suprisingly,the store wasn't terribly under stocked or in much disarray. A little TLC, and another employee would go a long way at this location. Great employee though, doing her best!♡

Very disorganized location. Messes everywhere, carts full of products blocking the aisles. Boxes all over the floor. The reason I gave 2 stars is the cashier was great, quirky, but great.

As a Retail Executive, this location by far is the WORST ran store I've ever shopped! As a Resident of the Lancaster community directly behind this location, convience is what attracts me. However, the Staffing at this location has proven time and time again to be unprofessional, disorganized, poorly trained, and completely uncommitted to the upkeep of this store. Fixtures and freight is consistently in the aisles posing a safety hazard for shoppers. Hand written signs, name tags, and unkempt employees tarnish the image of this store! Upper Leadership please step your game up and get this place cleaned up! Next time I'll post my experience on Social media as evidence!

This is a Family Dollar inside the Westin shopping center near the large Walmart and Lowes. It's in western Cumberland County near the Hoke county line. It's great for a quick in and out shopping visit. Look for it in the strip center. See photos.

Store is a complete mess. Corporate needs to increase hours so there's enough staff to get it back in shape. When a store looks like this it's because corporate is failing, not the store staff.
