What's not to love about Dollar Tree. It has something for everyone at a price that even us little, struggling people of the world can fit into their budget. Careful though, that savings can also make you spend more than you realize. This particular store is ALWAYS clean, with isles easy to navigate with your cart and one approaching. A refreshing change from most. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I prefer going to this Dollar (and a Quarter) Tree over any of the other locations in the area because the selection is very abundant. Most of the stores that are connected to a strip mall near a Walmart or other chain stores, don't have a wide selection of items and most things you look for aren't carried in those stores. This Dollar (and a Quarter) Tree has so much to choose from and every single aisle is nearly overflowing with items to choose from. The products are neatly displayed and arranged and enticing to browse through. Most times I'll browse and something will catch my curiosity and I'll grab it and add it to my basket. I usually go to grab odds and ends stuff for the kitchen like canned goods, seasoning shakers, snacks I can pack for my lunches at work and so many other things. Always love that this store has everything you're looking for and sometimes stuff you didn't know you were looking for. Never had too much of an issue and I keep coming back to this location almost on a weekly basis.

You can always rely on Dollar Tree! They have reasonable prices, are always fully stocked, and they maintain a clean environment and a professional atmosphere.

There is a drug addicted person who harassed and follows people for money. Dollar tree manager stated she didn't care nor will the police do anything about it. She said unless you are injured we don't care. It's going to happen to someone it's a matter of time, obviously she doesn't care about elderly or children's safety nor does Dollat tree

Bought my children each a pair of flip flops, however they're made small and didn't fit them. I didn't keep the receipt but all remained in the original bag with tags and hangers. I go to exchange, and was told no because they need a receipt and they're is nothing they can do without it. Makes no sense being they still have the exact sandles and for the same price (like nearly everything else in the store). Even showed my online transaction, of course it didn't make a difference.

I shop here a lot. This place has a new look and the employees have a new attitude. So I'm standing in the line and one of the girls behind the counter yells out self check out is open. I replied I don't want to do self check out. The lady that was actually ringing up on the register whenever she was done with the customer before me turns and say. I'm only ringing up big orders. So I asked. What's a big order? She mumbles 20-25 dollars whatever. So I turned and say so you won't ring me up unless I'm spending $25 or more ? Nasty attitude and all she replies that's right. I'm very disappointed in the attitude of the employees at this place at this moment. I shop the dollar tree more than I need to. Most of the employees know my face in this store. This woman walked from behind the counter and refused to ring up the paying customers that didn't want to deal with the self check out. Normally the customer service is on point but lately they've been rude. I've been noticing this a lot from the employees here. They don't go out of their way to please and help the customers not even the elderly

Great Dollar Tree,lots of inventory,almost anything you need they have. I just wish that they had more of a Home Decor & Craft section.FYI all their registers have went to Self Check Out, I used to think that robots were gonna be the ones to take over jobs,but it looks like the self check out computer eat em' to it lol

I was very surprised when I went today and although I found what I needed without help. I was surprised when I said hello to the young lady at the cashier and she looked a if I gave her bad news. I figured she was deep in thought and didn't give it much thought myself. Then she growled the total due., and again I figured she must be having a bad day. I paid for my items and when I was done. I said "thank you very much,and wished her a good day. Again she looked at me as if I cursed her. I've never felt that way when visiting that store because the staff has always been helpful and friendly. This young lady was obviously not happy with her employment and in my opinion should look for something else, because she has a terrible personality for cashier. I don't expect her to kiss my rear, but I do expect common courtesy and customer service. Which the young lady had neither.Just because it's Dollar tree doesn't mean you get to mistreat customers.

I love going to the dollar tree. I have been going for years. I'm so glad that they carry more crafts now. I love the changes. Just wish the store was bigger like the ones I see on YouTube.

In my personal opinion this dollar tree has the best selection compared to the other locations in Fayetteville. It's big inside anf it doesn't feel like the shelves are on top of you. Nice selection and a variety of things to select from.

Only thing about dollar tree is there are few people running the register an the line can be to long . Have been in there for one or two items and only two people running the customers through. Reminds me of walmart on a couple days before Christmas and you have a back log of customers standing and waiting to check out.only bad thing is few people working and they raised their prices now its the buck twenty five store. The stuff in there isn't worth the extra quarter. And their 5 dollar and up is junk

My cashier Angerla was so sweet, fast check out,. It's refreshing to have such wonderful service. I drive an hour away to come to this DT. They have a great selection, clean, and friendly staff.

This is a great little store for finding a bit of everything and are more convenient than trudging through a large grocery store or paying the high prices of convenience stores. Sometimes I go with a list of needs, other times I can run in and out when I need something on the fly. The store employees are always helpful and stay busy at keeping the store stocked. I didn't used to be a patron of this store until I moved near the location on Lobelia Rd in Vass, but now I'm in there quite often.

I love the dollar tree and this location is tops. They have the best seasonal stuff and year round basics. Everything's a dollar and super cool items show up everyday. Candles batteries and things like that . The snack zone is epic too. My favorite store in the area

Too many ignorant slobs working at this location. They need better quality staff, cleanliness dealt with & stock put on the shelves rather than piling up in the rear of the building where no one can get to anything. Understandable that it’s a discount store with minimum wage staff quality, but this is just pathetic.

I love this dollar tree because it has a great selection on almost anything. I rarely get to shop here bc it’s on the opposite side of town from me. Well today I went in to look around. Found some stuff like usual. My cashier refused my services bc I wasn’t wearing a mask. Mind you we are NOT in a pandemic anymore. Other line was long so I went back to his line. He looked up at me bc I still didn’t put my mask on yet. Had to set my stuff down first. I called and spoke with the manager. Good thing she was nice, I asked if the cashiers were allowed to refuse my services. She said yes and that we could go to the manager line. I feel like no offense that the cashiers should not be given that authority. That’s management and or the owners right. The cashier had on these long rainbow nails and big antique women earrings. If anything he shouldn’t be allowed to dress like that for work! I don’t know wheat this worlds coming to but everyone’s got there morals and beliefs all back words. It’s sickening and sad.

Empty shelves everywhere. I hate that they have things for three and $5 and they're not even worth it. I bought a rug thinking it was a runner and when I got home I found out it was only 3 ft long waste of $5. Also paid for bread and for some reason that bag didn't make it into my cart it's not in my car it was not in the card I make sure that was empty and it didn't get home so they must have kept my bag but they charged me for it.

The dollar tree on Bragg Blvd it is the biggest store I like it because it is close by me. But when you go into any of the dollar tree stores they are short on workers, the stores look bad and never stocked up always saying its in the back we have not got it out or we don't have it. Today we went and you have to put a coin in the carts to use them. Its not just today its been like this for a long while. It would be great to see great stores you like to shop be clean and employee's be kind. Um speaking for all of them.
