Everytime I come here at 5:30 pm on wends and Thursday they are closed !!! Like why are y’all even open as a buissness if u have no workers to work and just plain out close the store at 5pm

Oh my goodness!!!! No AC and total disregard for customers and staff! The heat is disabling! I couldn't even make a purchase. It just wasn't worth putting myself through the torture to shop. This place should be closed down! My heart genuinely goes out to the staff! What a miserable environment for them to work in!

The air conditioner is NOT WORKING!! This is ridiculous the store workers are so sweet and attentive to the customers but NO AIR Conditioning… it’s simply impossible to have a good shopping experience. This is ridiculous it is not proper for the employees to work like that and not good for the customers either. Upper management has to do something ASAP. I have been shopping at this store for a while now and nothing has been done for MONTHS!! NOT GOOD!!

NO AC!! NO AC!! It is middle of summer and employees and shoppers are miserable. Hours have been closing at random times of the day has become very inconvenient, poor girl is at least 6-7 months pregnant if not further along working in those types of conditions to make a living. It has been at least 2 months without AC. Please do better for your location. Also, please take the melted items off the shelves.

Ac is broken, store is smouldering hot, employees sweating! This is a hazard to their health. I have asthma and the heat hit me hard the entire visit. Candy on shelves had melted, and still let's stay open to the public and sell our melted items. How bout the elderly who have no closer store to go to, going to have them folks haven heat strokes! GET UR AC FIXED BEFORE OSHA IS CALLED! Let your employees go home!

really friendly staff. had everything i was looking for. only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is like all Dollar General's they always have carts full of stuff everywhere. not the store level employees fault since dollar general is to cheap to staff the stores with enough people

I think Dollar General should rotate their managers from store to store do you have the same manager at the same store all the time it’s Carol been there for so many years and she just too comfortable as well as Miss Faye when you come there often they at right they choose and pick who they like and who they don’t like also the young man named Keith who is the manager there who been working there right about a year at the most he is very very rude and at very racist towards different people of different race other than he is I think the manager need to come in and check out the store district manager need to come around these local Dollar General in Fayetteville and see how they really rant have people to come in and shop

Nice store as they've recently remodeled it, but why didn't they replace the junky front doors with new electric ones? Hard to get carts in and out. The lot right in front of store has a flooding problem as well, so don't go there when it's raining.

Mrs carol and Bonnie were amazing as always, they always say hey when I walk in and bye when I walk out.They always call me by my first name. Anytime I need help they stop what there doing and come to help me in a flash. They make my day so much better when I go to dollar general.

I love DG. Know me by name. And the service is great. It's a small store and they get a little backed up some times. It's great to go somewhere that they know you and welcome you. Even did a little work for them. But always friendly.

Always a great place to shop at. Service is always great and with smiles. Been going here for years and I love that the same people work there so it has a homely feel. Can't say that about many stores anymore

Kieth the manager or assistance manager is the rudest person ever!! Need to fire him. No customer service, not friendly or polite. Has bad attitude. This is at the Dollar General by the post office in Elizabethtown Nc. Seems he is this way with alot of people. We complain but nothing gets done. Bad buisness when you reward someone for bad customer service constantly.

It was clean and the staff were pleasant. My issue was their stock. They were out of an item I went there for. Now I know it be because of this covid-19 thing and they get what they get so no need to be too hard on them😄

Very convenient location. Good prices especially with me $5 off 25 coupons when they come up. I go there about once a week or more it's better than a convenience store.

I like the digital coupons and the clerks are usually friendly. But I really hate it when they leave big stock carts everywhere and it's so hard to get around them. It seems perpetually messy behind the registers too.

Except for venders and associates stacking their stuff in the isles where you can't get your buggy thru, it was really good, clean and had some things in there we don't have in the one around home. Overall, I liked this Dollar General

Plain rude employees and manager. Enter at ur own risk. I went to return an item with a receipt and the 1st time in my life have i heard u can only return to the one u bought said item from. I came to return it after corporate TOLD ME i can return it at any DG. And they told me they cant do returns!? Pshhh okayy

Didn't get loyalty card used. Wasn't asked and app wasn't working!!! Could have used my 5$ off 25$ purchase but app didn't want to work..Did attach q to my account but like I said I wasn't asked to use or put number in. Plus I forget myself cause I'm not used to shopping there. Got home app works again!!!!!

Dollar General on Hopemills Rd!!It has been in this condition since Friday!!They should have closed their doors until the situation is rectified!! All items on the bottom two shelves need to be thrown out and unable to be sold!!! A hazmat cleaning crew also needs to come in to clean the ENTIRE store!!
