Shoutout to team member Amber working in the Ramsey Street pharmacy! My husband lost his medication and she provided assistance in checking with the insurance company to determine if they would replace his medication. This was achieved with no cost to us. We are very thankful because the cost of the medication was expensive for us. 🙏🏽

I understand stores are short-staffed, but that shouldn't mean staff is rude. I have been to the pharmacy four times in the last 5 days and rudeness and sarcasm are the only constant at the pharmacy. I will change my Rx's to another (different) pharmacy. It is not worth the effort.

My prescription was called in by my Dr.s office on 3/7 at 1pm. It was not ready to be picked up until 3/17. I asked the pharmacy cashier person why it took so long. She immediately got an attitude and threw my bag with the prescription in it at me. It has taken a lot longer to get prescriptions lately and I would like to know why. I am VERY disappointed with CVS and will be changing pharmacies.

They do not want to use your insurance, they will try to charge you full price. Get your insurance on the phone and ready.

Just called this pharmacy, the first time someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, the second time I called I held for 30 minutes and got no answer, I understand being busy but a 30 minute hold is unacceptable even during a pandemic.
