Employee told me that my insurance said they would not cover my medication. So I called my insurance. All the pharmacy needed to do was lower the Qty from 50 to 30. Then they said they were out. Come back next day at 4 pm. The next day at 6 pm is not ready. They closed at 7 & weekend. So I will be with out medications for 3 days. This is not the only unsatisfactory time with this CVS.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. You try to call here, no one answers, then you go into the store and over the intercom every 5 seconds it says loudly, "ONE PHARMACY CALL" and they just neglect to answer it ever as well as tend to the customers in the line. They just sit and stare at the computer without actually helping customers. My prescription has been "in process" for 3 days and every time I have to refill it, it's always an issue. If you can avoid this particular CVS save yourself the head aches.

This has to be the worse pharmacy in the world. They don't answer phones. They take forever to fill a script. They said they are a week behind. I picked up new meds today and I was not advised anything about the meds like Walmart or Walgreens. I wish I could switch back to Walmart, but new insurance says I have to go to CVS for a cheaper cost.

Worst pharmacy EVERRRR! Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Script are put into processing for days. Can't get anyone on the phone to find out what's going. Website has little to no answers for you. One word discribes this pharmacy HORRIBLE!!!!!

Horrible service. Wont answer the phone. Asked me to come back later because they wanted to go to lunch. Did not help me get the prescription i needed, just told me they didn't have it. Calling to complain is useless.

Nathan was very rude. Told me that I was having some type of anxiety attack. My best friend just pasted away. When I called back to the store he said that they weren't in.

2 lady's have bad attitude and they will not give me my prescription medicine for my spider bite my doctor called him twice and fax them I'm not sure if they trying to play me or try to kill me but if I die it's on their f****** hand
