First, I believe in treating people the way that I want to be treatedSecond, customer service is everything. My experience today with a young man by the name of Mark, that worked in the Pharmacy lacked good customer service. I told him why I was there and asked if he could look up my account to confirm what my Physician notated in the system. He asked 2x, "what am I looking for."I did not want to waste anymore of my time with him. Thank God for the young man that was filling prescriptions. I asked him if he could look up my account.He asked for my d.o.b and completed my appointment. After this experience, I have removed CVS from my Pharmacy of choice. I wish that I had the name for the young that made the difference today. He deserves to be commended for a job well done.I do know that he was just helping out today at the Ramsey location. His demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. I applaud this young for exhibiting an interest in helping all customers. He was very busy but still took an interest in helping everyone.

Amber working in the Pharmacy Dept is a Kindness Ambassador! My husband lost his meds that he picked up earlier this month and she provided assistance in replacement with the insurance company and this was with no cost to us. This act touched me deeply and brought tears of happiness 😂😂😂. I always look forward to seeing Amber when picking up meds from this store. It is always service with a smile, positive energy, information to expand our understanding about our prescription plan.

This is a sorry Pharmacy. The short fat lady name Denise and the short bright skinned lady worrying why I was there shaking my head instead of getting prescriptions filled. Then fat Denise talking about going to Walmart Pharmacy, might as well because they are probably more professional than these pharmacist at this CVS. Then Denise took my ID for what reason I don't know and told me to come back at 6 for the prescriptions but when I went back then she tells me it is out of stock. She could have told me that when I was there earlier. Now if that is not unprofessional I don't know what is.

The cashier was very helpful and even left the counter where she was ringing up my items to go back to the vitamin section and find another bottle of vitamin C so that I would have the 2 for 1 special; and she brought it all the way to the front counter for me. I am sure other people saw her too and thought highly of her. And she did it so cheerfully.

Can confirm reviews mentioning the fact that the pharmacy never picks up. I’ve tried calling them at different hours, I’ve tried calling the front desk and getting them to transfer me over, the pharmacy never.picks.up. I’m lucky my medication isn’t life saving.

I've tried to give them many chances over the years. They still make mistakes (unmixed kids antibiotics) to billing errors (tried to charge $4000 for a med) the customer service is lacking. And they never answer the phone.

The store are very friendly, especially their pharmacy are super professional, kind, and caring! We love Ms. Denise Huggins, the Pharmacist, she is experienced, funny, and pretty, she always showers her customers with her sunshine smile and humor. She is efficient, precise, and knowledgeable. Also, when we went to get our flu shots, her skills are amazing-- we didn't even feel any pain, she already finished. We strongly recommend this location without any hesitation.

This pharmacy will have u on hold for hours if u don't hang up and drive there. I do not know what they problem is as far as help it's always a new strange person over worked inside. It takes a week for me to get my medicine after it's been in already from my doctor. They need to get it together or I am switching. It's getting bad. Every time I need my medicine.

The pharmacy is allergic to doing their job and picking up the phone. Multiple instances of hour long holds, or shorter holds that are only short due to the fact that they end your call.

The Pharmacy have horrible customer service. Most of them are rude, and they don't bother to answer calls. Last time I was there and sat at the waiting section, the phone rang for over 30 mins straight and I've watched the staffs talking and gossiping about a customer and another staff member while the phone kept ringing. Also, on another occasion my doctor sent my prescription to them electronically, I walked in to check the status and claimed they never received it The nurse from my doctors office tried to reach out to them several times through their call line to rectify the issue but she said no one was answering. Needless to say, I ended up not getting my prescription at CVS that day because no one ever answer their calls. I requested the nurse to send the prescription to the Food lion Pharmacy the next day and was able to pickup my prescription within half an hour with no issue.

My 80-year-old grandmother had an appointment for the COVID-19 shot at 5 p.m. today. She went there and the pharmacy was closed and it had been closed all day without notice. There was no phone call or sign explaining anything. She went up to the cashier to ask why it was closed and all she got was a "That's not my job" response. She also asked what she was supposed to do about her appointment and she yet again got the same response followed by "If you got a problem you can call corporate." response. I am not satisfied with how my grandmother was treated and this cashier was very disrespectful.

This is the worse store ever they don’t help they don’t care and they love telling you to just wait for hours days weeks. All the employees are rude not just some of them all of them. They are going to get sued because they are going to trigger someone. And the manager there will lie on you. Please find anywhere to go but here. The worse service ever. I mean ever. Law Suit is headed there way

This has been our pharmacy for years but I don't know what's going on with them. I called the pharmacy when they opened and requested refills on my son's medicine. I've worked and 8 hour day and his medicine is still not ready. Unacceptable. Now I have to wait an additional 20 min. I'm tired and he has missed his medication for the day.

Been coming to this pharmacy for 20years and after recent encounters I'm transferring ALL my scripts to Walgreens. They never fill prescriptions on time, they barely have the meds available, always out of stock, I've stayed on hold for almost an hour and still haven't transferred my children's scripts which was supposed to be done twice today at 11am and again at 345pm but they never did. Completely done with CVS!

My experience at the CVS on Ramsey street is not good. The first time I went there and there was after lunch and I waited For them to open up at 2 o'clock. They never showed up. So I went back the next day at 3:30. And the line was SO Long. I left again. The line was so Long I don't know if they slow. I don't don't have enough people. But the Storeon Ramsey street needs some help.

The staff is overwhelmed by not having enough help for the volume of people that they deal with. CVS needs to pay better and staff their stores. I was on hold for over an hour and a half before my call was dropped. If you think of having CVS as your pharmacy you better just go to the local mom and pop stores. Every CVS that I have gone to has the same problems. Avoid CVS at all costs.

I have been using this store for 30 years. The Staff is usually great. But today I had to speak up about the changes to the Manager. The manager, Mrs. Morgan Johnson would not seat still and was rude and very dismissive. She told me too much personal information about herself to deflect the complaint. GOODBYE CVS!

I have always used this pharmacy but lately it has been AWFUL!!! Prescriptions are never filled on time, my child went an entire weekend in pain because they didn’t fill her medicine until days after it was sent, NO one ever answers the phone…. 😡😡😡

Does not help customers in order of line at counter. Also Dr sent several scripts and they stated not received and I confirmed with Dr office they were sent prior day and they still stated not received. Then they sent my to drop off window to look it up and waited 30 minutes longer while they waited on several other customers in line behind me.

My mom at 93 years old has been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and they placed her on hold for over an hour. Myself included am on hold as I am writing this review. I have been on hold for well over an hour!

The absolute worst pharmacy and furthermore the worst pharmacist in all of North Carolina! My wife and I recently moved to Fayetteville and she had a prescription that needed to be filled from her NJ doctor. After calling and confirming the day before the pharmacist then called the next day and said that she would not fill. All though the doctor offered to confirm the prescription, the pharmacist just refused to fill or help out. So as my wife continues to suffer she hung up! Fayetteville is the greatest place I’ve been to, but this CVS and this pharmacist is a stain on the city. Minus 1 star!

Been coming here for a year. They take weeks to fill prescriptions. They don’t answer their phone. Drive-thru line is always extremely long. Luckily the staff is nice.

My husband and I have called up there to check on a prescription for 2 days. Was put on hold FOREVER and finally when someone answered, they hung up on him. Very frustrating when we are trying to save gas and now we're having to go up there to CHECK if it's ready. Hopefully, and I pray when we get there it is ready. CVS needs to step their game up on Customer Service. Especially with everything going on right now with the covid-19.
