They take forever to fill prescriptions and do not answer the phone in the pharmacy. Even after letting the manager know, the customer service continues to be terrible.

Being told two different things. I've been told for a good 2-3 months that they do not have liquid allergy medicine prescribed for my child that the insurance usually pays for. Then I was told by another worker that she doesn't know who gave me that information because they've been getting it and will have another order of it coming Friday. So I checked that day and was told they still don't have any and don't know when they will. The over the counter doesn't work well for my child, so we are still waiting months. I just want honesty.

As a 911 World Trade Center, Certified Survivor, the World Trade Center, has a Health Program that assist , in the health issues of Survivors, which is excellent. I have been receiving my medications, from this CVS, for years, due to their constant employee turnover in the Pharmacy Department, there is always issues, with lack of knowledge in correctly processing billing . As a result customers, are not getting medications, because they are asking money, holding the customers medication as hostage, due to their ignorance, in correctly handling the coordination of benefits input. The pharmacy manager Sabrina, is a poor example for the staff, apparently lacking the knowledge, and is shameful in her lack of empathy to the CVS customers, who medically need their medications, she is arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending. I had to call the WTC pharmacy, and prove to her, they incorrectly was sending misinformation regarding the coordination of benefits, which is why the World Trade Center, pharmacy Dept, was denying payment for the medication, she did not offer any apology, other then saying, I am always a problem, she demanded , I leave the drive thru line, because I was holding up ‘’ HER CUSTOMERS. HOW TOTALLY OBSCURED. As a registered nurse this behavior, is totally unacceptable,and dangerous for the patients.

This CVS has become our pharmacy of choice. They are convenient, staff is very helpful and friendly.Only issue is wait times can be very long, I feel they might be understaffed sometimes. Management issue not anything to do with the working staff. You can tell they are doing their best.

I just had the most amazing experience at the CVS at 100 Law Road store #5504. Today, I walked into the pharmacy knowing that I had a few issues with my medical insurance and was hoping that someone would be able to help me so that I could get my prescription. Just getting into line I was immediately greeted with the biggest smile from William. Once it was my turn, I explained my situation and he began to help me through it. He was so so incredibly patient with me. We ended up making small talk and I had told him my horrible experiences with my previous CVS pharmacy, where I am from, what brought me to Fayetteville, NC, and I told him how I recently got engaged. To say that he went over and beyond to make up for my past experiences at CVS would be an understatement. Mr.William was by far the most kind-hearted, friendly, generous, and most genuine person I have ever met. In fact, the rest of the pharmacists behind the counter were also very very nice. Although I was very sick, meeting Mr.William was the highlight and brightened my whole day. I left with a bigger smile on my face then when I left. I will be back again, and I feel so fortunate to be able to call store 5504 my pharmacy.

Staffing shortages. Does not carry generic medication causing cost of over 100.00 instead of 10.00 after I have asked for over a year.Staff is always courteous in store and on phone.

For three days straight I have called CVS on Law Rd and sat on hold for over twenty minutes with NO ONE in the pharmacy answering. Part of working in a pharmacy is answering the phone. Either CVS has to hire more people to run that pharmacy or fire everyone there and hire competent people. This is absolutely ridiculous, don't waste your time and find a pharmacy that will actually care about their patients. I am done with this place.

I have been using Law Rd CVS Pharmacy services for many years. Currently, I am very disappointed in the customer service provided by pharmacy after dropping of a prescription for eye drops. I was told the prescription would be ready in 10 minutes but then was asked to return by 2p. I returned at 4; however the prescription was not ready. The staff said the Pharmacy opens at 8a.m and promised that the prescription would be ready by 10.a.m. I arrived at 11:40. The prescription was not ready. Please consider the time that it takes to make multiple trips to the pharmacy. If the medication is promised at at a certain time perhaps a phone call will prevent an unnecessary trip: otherwise I would expect that the medications is packaged and available as promised.

I do not recommend this cvs at all. I have been a cvs client for over 15 years and have never encountered such a lazy and arrogant unprofessional employee as .Jacqueline. in the pharmacy. I went to collect 2 medicines for my children as always. but by mistake the doctor sent another pharmacy cvs very far away. I asked her please for a transfer of one non-narcotic medication but she was very aggravating she said to go to another pharmacy but the medication I wanted is not narcotic. another person helped me

If you decide to call due to your prescriptions or any important issues I would recommend that you go into the stores. They never answer their phones.

Pharmacy staff here does not know how to run the drive thru. If your medicine isn't ready they let you stay at the window till it is .... Have people loop thru so it doesn't take an hour to pick up meds.

Went to pick a prescription today, I had to repeat my name 5 times and spell it 3 times. I spelled my name 1 letter at a time and the tech still got it wrong. Really bad customer service. Also on the website it states that a particular arthritis cream is on hand. I looked for it and was told they haven't received it yet. The employee stated dont believe everything you see on the internet. Another example of really bad customer service. Wow!

I have been on the phone waiting for 15 minutes to find out why my wifes medication was put back on the shelf, when she was told today that all her medicine would be ready today at 6pm. Their automotive system and the staff need to get on the sheet of music.

I was feeling poorly when I went to the pharmacy to get medication I have to take daily. The young lady that assisted me was so kind, patient and professional, that I had to comment. Her name is Ja"Net Victor and she is a wonderful asset to any pharmacy.

I'm always pleased shopping at CVS (since 1989 from their old location to this new location). Friendly & helpful employees. Accepts coupons. With your CVS card, scan it at their coupon center to get more deals. Make sure at checkout to have your CVS card scanned to build up more coupon deals. Well stocked with items.

If you like attitude coupled with long waits and people not answering phones when you call then this location is the place for you. Otherwise stay far away. Go to a real pharmacy like Cape Fear Discount Drugs. Much better service, people answer the phones when you call and the staff is actually nice.

Waited on hold with the pharmacy for 16.5 minutes before I gave up on them. At one point someone answered the phone and had me on “hold” where I could hear them talking to another patient then the said “hello” to me and then immediately put me back on hold with no explanation.

Most rudest spec for people in the world I would never go back to Cvs she put me on hold I’ll because I said a bad word it’s my mouth I’m more than welcome to say what I please as far as I’m concerned it’s a free world and I told her I need to refill my insulin and she was like well you can call back now I need my insulin now like what kind of sense does that make they don’t give a damn about their people are their well-being of their health so I would no longer be using their services and I hope y’all get sued

Horrible, had prescriptions transferred and they refuse to add discount card as if they do not know what they are doing. Prescription $316 with discount $65, go figure
