We shop at this Big Lots each time we visit the Carolinas. We have been in a bunch these past couple weeks and Stacie is phenomenal!!! She is the main reason we keep coming back. Her customer service is excellent and she is so kind and caring. Got us in and out pretty quickly. A good selection and usually well priced. UPDATE: Went today and everything is still well priced! They even updated the store to make it easier to shop/finals items.

I love this store. You can always find nice quick decor for your home at a reasonable price. We bought a book case and a storage shelf. I only took the one pic but it turned out nice

It has been a while since I've been in Big Lots, I was pleasantly surprised. Their merchandise looks like a higher quality than I remember but the prices are reasonable. The cashier was friendly and that alone would cause me to shop there again, in a day when companies seem to be hiring people with poor people skills.

BigLots on 401, Fayetteville NC. Huge parking lot, well kept store in my experience, shelves have many empty spots almost every time I've visited, but I've seen this is any Big lots. Maybe to do with their shipments or season. Bathroom usually very neat, two visits there was an out of order sign on door. Pretty small rest room. I dont know if it's just me, but I finds there are difficult areas in any BigLots where it's hard to get the cart through or pass someone.Cashier usually very pleasant, two occasions the cashier didn't seem "user friendly", otherwise they've been pleasant. Prices are good.

So I am an frequent shopper at Big lots. I do say that I would tend to spend more than I should when I come at least once a week. I do try to go for the deals and I like to use my coupons. They've always been helpful and friendly in the past. Today I went in to buy some things and came across a nice set of cutlery from broyhill that I really liked and it was 50% off. So at the register they rang it up and it was like $6 off which clearly was not 50% because the total price of the cutlery was $30. I told them it was 50% off and there was a sign right underneath it that stated that she said sorry but that's not what it's ringing up as and that was that so I told her I did not want it and she took it off my transaction. After I was done checking out I went back to the cutlery section and took a picture of the sign because it became effective as of today for the sale and took it back up to the register to show them that it was 50% off and they just told me thanks appreciate you so I would say that was extremely rude and honestly I don't think I'll be going back to this Big lots. In fact the girl at the register that sees me there so often said to me while there was customers in line checking out said I know when you come in anyways meaning like I caused trouble or I'm not person that will put up a fight just to try to save some money. Well if you have a sign that says something yes I think you should abide by it otherwise take your signs down. One star for me!

This location is pretty decent. They have a large selection of furniture and home decor. Most of which are unique and priced well. Some of the body care items are a bit overpriced; however, you can find some good deals on makeup.The highlight for me was the garden/outdoor section. There were so many cute items to pick from. Along with a nice sized variety of bulbs/seeds. Overall, it was a good experience.

Building's old...parking lot too...place needs to be reorganized and renovated. But, the staff are friendlier, polite, helpful, and kind. They were restocking delivered supplies, but the staff made it possible for me to get what I needed. Sue, the Cashier, was super, super nice. Checking out was a breeze. Just wished they update this store...but please keep your wonderful employees!!

This location is awesome. Great team. Very friendly and helpful. And there's a young gentleman named Chris Hunter there he is awesome he cares about his customers and his store. Because of him I will drive over an hour and twenty minutes just to shop there. Now that says alot. I highly recommend this store.

Online order for pick up, wasn't my nearest store but nearest that had item. Upon arrival I was 2nd in line. When I arrived at counter and gave my name to the cashier (guy) he stopped looking in system and walked away to assist a customer that asked a question about stock and then talked to him about next trucks. Finally he came back over to me to actually assist his original customer. Has to repeat all my info and then he had to go look for item which of course he walked off so no idea where he went, maybe to help another customer. Will buy some where else next time. Very annoyed. As I could have shopped for item and checked out quicker

Employees are nice, but alot of the employees are not sure where specialty items are, they will walk and help you find it though so I more than appreciated the service. Parking is easy, but since on raeford rd it's a little hard to pull out, but otherwise prices are great and everything else looks great, clean store as well. Right now masks are optional.

They have a grest furniture section. But I planned to purchase some pretty picture frames and other gift items. Unfortunately all the inventory has changed, and I was very disappointed. The cashier deserves 10 stars. She was so very friendly.

Went in just to pick up a few cleaning items. Needed some assistance looking for something and one of the sales associates was glad to show me where the item was as opposed to point to me and the direction of or telling me which aisle it was on. I was able to get in and out within 20 minutes. I like going to Big lots because they always have really cool and interesting things that you don't see each week.
