I simply love Big Lots!! I enjoy going there to shop or to just go and browse around looking at all they have in the store. The store, bathrooms and parking lot are well maintained. The employees always greet you when you walk in and always wishes you a good day/evening/night when you leave, as well as come back again. Big Lots also has a rewards club card, scan each time you shop, receive electronic coupons to use on other shopping times.

Big Lots has changed for the better since I moved to Fayetteville in 2013. The store is much more organized, bright and clean. The furniture sold there is comparable and has the quality of other brand-name furniture stores and you can get lost in the decorative isles. I bought the cutest jacket and matching (soft) joggers yesterday, they had a blue set as well but unfortunately, my size was not available. 🙁 On a positive note, I'm not sure who is running the store nowadays but they have given Big Lots a boost in my book and I will be comparing other BL's to this one! Kudos to management!👏🏽👍🏽👌🏾

My husband and I got a coffee table set from here about 3 years ago now and the lady who helped us was awesome. The tables are holding up very well too and we have small children who like to climb up on things and slam toys down. No chips or scratches which I'm extremely surprised about but definitely not complaining lol.

Friendly, helpful staff. The store was well kept and clean. Items were stocked correctly. Love the discount items I found there. I usually by pass this Big Lots alot. But I will be coming back more often. Found some interesting food items too, that are sometimes hard to find in your regular grocery stores. Love it!

Nice, clean store. Friendly staff. Honestly, this is one of the nicest Big Lots stores I've ever been in. The store is well-kept and merchandise is easy to find. Sometimes have to wait a little for assistance with furniture, but that's just the way it goes. Staff working in the furniture department is super helpful and will work out the best deal(s) for you.

The male clerk even had Contractors Bag ready for me at the checkout counter after I explained that I didn’t want to leave my pet in the car too long. 🐶Checkout was a breeze!Thank you so very much for the assistance and pleasant attitude.👍🏻👍🏾🙂One very seldom see that type of superb customer service these days!

We found a really nice piece of furniture but the sales lady was irritating. She was multi tasking but not giving us the attention we needed. It was weird that she wouldn't go with us to the furniture we wanted and just assumed she knew what we were talking about and started ringing us up... I grabbed another associate and took him to verify what furniture she was ringing up and sure enough, it was the wrong item.If she would have just taken a minute to listen instead of assume the issue could have been avoided.

I could write the fact that they had just what I was looming for at a great price first, but I really want to mention the customer service first. I was greater and welcomed when I entered the store. I was asked if I needed assistance finding what I needed in the outdoor furniture department right away, and the check-out was amazing. Called to get my item brought up right away, quickly got me hooked up with the bonus card, and brought my table out on the dolly. When I couldn't figure out how to put my seat down, she climbed right in and tried. She tried everything to see that I could bring it home with me, and when I couldn't, she helped me get it tagged for my husband to pick up later. She never got frustrated or was impatient. I don't where else I would receive that type of service. I really appreciated the awesome individuals who work at Big Lots on Ramsey. I always find that there by the way.

This place is clean! Bigger than other Big Lot stores so carts fit down isles more easily! Nice choice of items! Great deals! Love they sell items you will never find at a regular grocery store!

As I walked into the store I was greeted immediately and I felt welcomed, the store is very clean and neat and that is one of the first things that I look for. The only thing that I didn't like about it was the fact that they only had one cashier and she was a friendly cashier but they should have atleast two cashiers on any given day.

Big lots had everything I needed. In fact they had cream of potato and cream of rice soup made by bear creek. They also has my veggie straws and some electronics on sale. I will return. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly.

This is an excellent example of a closeout retailer. The building was constructed just for this store and there's always enough people in it to help you if you get lost believe it or not. It's well lit and there is plenty of parking. Don't hesitate to shop here if you are interested.

I love browsing in this store, they always have a lot of seasonal things to look at. Prices are very reasonable but it's a hit and miss on the quality. I've bought things here that have lasted anywhere from days to years. Just be sure to inspect the product before you buy it.

You can shop here every day! They have such a big variety of specialty food items. You will find great bargains here. They also have a great rewards program. As you shop you build points and before you know it a coupon is sent to your email box. Several times a year they offer a Family and Friends Day where everything is 20% off. During those times you will see the store packed out. So go early for the best selections. I have purchased quite a bit of furniture for the patio, kitchen, and my den also. I have been very happy with the items that I gave purchased!

I like to shop here often for household products and furnishing. I moved into the area from out of state a few years ago and left most of my things behind. Big Lots has had most everything I needed to furnish my home. They also have some grocery and pet needs. They have a rewards program that gives members occasional discounts, including a 20% off weekend most months.
