My experience is usually great when I go there but this cashier today did not even open her mouth to greet us. I ended up asking how she was doing and she barely opened her mouth to say ok. She seemed a bit irritated and acted like she did not want to be there. I was disappointed because everyone is usually nice when I go there. Her customer service skills really was terrible this morning.

The store was clean. Some of the employees were very helpful. I asked one employee for help , but she couldn't help, so another employee overheard our conversation and jumped in to help. The cashier was young didn't smile no conversation or anything. I like my service with a smile.

Quite simply the best little supermarket in town. Piggly Wiggly has a friendly staff and stocked shelves. You can peruse the aisles and take your time. You can buy pickled eggs and okra and farm fresh pickles and fresh corn too! All the pork products you desire from chops to tenderloins. Whatever you need to put dinner on the table they have it for you at the Pig!!

This used to be a great supermarket where I would buy all my meats. The last time I went I was very disappointed in their selection of meats. They advertised Angus Beef Steaks on sale. They only had a small amount of pre-packaged steaks. They were all small and very thin. The sign said "Angus Beef" but there was no such label on them. I asked the butcher if they were Angus Beef and he said yes. They had no large Chuck Roast and the butcher said there were none in the back. I loved it when you could go in there and get the cut of meat you wanted and they would cut it like you wanted. Looks like those days are over. I tried one of those Angus Beef steaks and it was tough. Very Disappointed Customer!

I enjoy shopping at this store. The staff is friendly and the store has great produce,grocery items and houseplants.I have noticed a price increase in their houseplants but they usually have a nice assortment.

The best grocery store to shop in while visiting Farmville. They have just about everything you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a large assortment of plants, fruits and vegetables.

As i was in line with an armful of groceries an employee choses to say hello and step in front of me in line talking with a customer in front of me. I think nothing of it and assume hes talking to someone he knows. I then see him grab a drink from the frige and proceed to check out in line before me still holding an armful of groceries. I ask to speak with a manager confused as to how an employee is more important than the customers that support the store and am simply told..."well hes a manager too" as though he should b more important. Foodlion for me from now on. I will not be disrespected by a manager thinking he should act like i who helps pay his salary by my purchases am lesser than him. Hope you treat your customers with better respect foodlion as you are now my local grocer. Screw the pig!
