I've tried to have multiple prescriptions filled from different doctors offices at this location. Every time a script is sent I get told multiple times by the pharmacy they have not received it - I have watched the doctor click send only for CVS to tell me they have not received it. I've given them plenty of time for a script to arrive also, sometimes multiple days. Funny enough when I had it sent to another pharmacy CVS miraculously received the script and filled it. The staff is rude and obviously does not want to be there. I don't know if they have chains shackled to their feet and are being held hostage or what - please go into a different specialty.

I love this store !! It's always clean and fully stocked. The staff are so nice . I came here to talk about one person in particular . I hope the name is correct . He's the pharmacist. L. Lassiter . He is the kindest, sweetest man I've ever come across. He truly cares about his job and the people he helps . Cvs did good when they hired this man . I'm always relieved to see he's at the window/counter. I hope he knows what a blessing he is . 5 star store and customer service.

If you are unfortunate enough to have to use this pharmacy, then please COUNT YOUR PILLS!!! My brother came home from the hospital today following a very serious surgery. This pharmacy gave him 30 oxycodone on a script written for 50. A family friend suggested we count the pills because she had been shorted at this pharmacy before. Sure enough, the other non-narcotic scripts were dispensed as written. But the oxy, strangely, was nearly half missing. Odd, right? BEWARE!!!

I've reviewed over 100 places, but I don't thin I've ever reviews a CVS before.I stopped by this CVS to pick up a few boxes of procedure masks. I've never been here before. The place was nice. The lady working the checkout counter was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. This CVS earns a 5-star review from me.

If I could I would give them a zero. The 1st time I needed flu medication for my daughter they were out. Claiming it will take a week. Okay the medicine is needed for a reason. Then yesterday I went to pick up a prescription called in by my doctor. The first thing the lady say was we don't have needles. Then she said she needed approval from the doctor. When I told her the doctor called the prescription in and it wasn't a drop off, she then changed her story to tyey needed approval from my insurance (Blue cross blue shield). Then I advised her that my doctor called the insurance company and it was approved before I left her office. Running out of excuses she going to say to me that they sent a approval letter to my doctor and they are waiting to hear back from her. So with a confused expression on my face I asked her why would she need to sign a approval letter if she's the one who called in the medication, which definitely means she approved it. She going to say you just need to call your doctor. No I need to find a new Pharmacy. Evidently they didn't have the medicine and just think someone is supposed to wait for them to get it in. Nope I'll go else where. I suggest you do to.

Went to the CVS pharmacy to have a COVID test done through the drive-thru. The emails and texts were helpful as reminders and the signs at the pharmacy were easy enough to spot and read so that I knew to use the left lane at the drive-thru to receive a test. The young lady who was working today was very polite, nice, and helpful during the entire process. Even though it was not a fun experience to swab the back of my nose, she made the whole process painless and easy.

The pharmacy just can’t get it together. I’m so upset about having to go back there b/c they take tri-care again. The Farmville Pharmacy on main was awesome and I’m upset they no longer are a tri-care participant. One star is one too many.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Dropped my daughter prescription off at 10:00am this morning. Called at 6:10p said will be ready in an hour. Went at 8:00p just find out they are out of stock until Monday. WHY TELL ME TO COME IN AN HOUR????? My child is sick and needed to start that medication today. I am done with CVS

This would be a zero star review if i could have done that. After a crippling accident that left a family member immobile i had to get a prescription for their pain transferred. I was told this would take 1 hr. An hour and a half later they have lost the prescription and ilI am listening to my crippled husband scream in pain. They are failling their customers. Do NOT go here or any other CVS.

Just drove all the way to FarmVille for no other reason than to pick up my rx that has been ready for 2 weeks. Waited in line over 30 minutes. Received 2 messages over a 2 week span stating my rx was ready for pickup. When finally get to window, guy states rx not ready yet and had to be ordered. He stated he didn’t know why I was getting messages. Either way does it take 2 weeks for an ordered rx to come in? No, it doesn’t. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I frequently have trouble with this pharmacy.

This is the worset pharmacy. Slow, long lines, terrible customer service. They need more than one pharmacist and additional staff. Currently waiting and there are 15 people waiting with me for prescriptions. There have been numerous complaints regarding this store and they have not been addressed.

The worst pharmacy ever! They are closed right now 11/22/22 at 3:00 and I have to plan ahead for my scripts!!! Ridiculousness!! And the store clerks won’t give you the district manager phone number??? Crazy!!!

The staff is nice, but they're routinely out of vital and common psychiatric medications. They make it difficult for foster parents to follow the orders for medicine management for their foster children.

Went to pick up medicine, guy tells me over 300.00. Oh no no no. He says blue cross and blue shield. I haven't had that insurance in over 2 years. He says well its been paying. Lord help me . I told him just forget it. I'm going somewhere else.

This place has gotten way better use to you go to buy an item the tag would say 13.84 but it would ring up for 18.99 and they would stand there looking at you like you were crazy if you tell them to check their tag price but recently it's been very good. Way to go go from 1 star to 5 guys.
