The location is remote but well worth the drive. the attention to detail and the level of quality provided for the reasonable price is A+. Very affordable and great owner. Best groomer on the eastern seaboard hands down. Over 30 years experience.

Called to book an appointment and i was repeatedly interrupted and ignored. I was informed that they were backed up which is understandable but i did not appreciate how flat out disrespectfully i was treated over the phone. You may work with dogs but people skills are still important &i hope whoever was on the phone today improves on that.

Great work and always done when she says just be ready to get them when called cuz it's a small shop and there very busy.Update: thea had a fire over night and could use support from any willing to help them thea are great to my dogs and I will go to were ever thea move to.

This lady has been awesome for the years that ive been going to her, but recently its been really hard to get an appointment after trying three times to schedule an appointment for a small dog and diffrent times of the month the same response is I'm booked till next week call I'm booked again this time until July 27 if you don't want my buisness just say so

I’ve had my Pomeranian Groomed here several times never had an issue younger lady always so polite I call today to see if they had an available appointment today but older lady was extremely rude said they didn’t have nothing till next week so when I asked what days next week she stated “what day and time do you want” when I choice a day she said “we don’t have afternoon available that day” I get that they are busy but why ask me to choose a day and time “I want” and not have it available smh she sounded as if she didn’t want to be bothered ! If she’s rude thru the phone I can’t imagine having her near my Pomeranian they need to fire her ! I won’t be doing business there any more !
