The butcher alone makes this store a gem. He helped me with a purchase of mahi, which I don't eat. Great info and assistance. One of the best customer service experience I've had, as other Ingles in the area just don't seem to care.

I like this location, has everything I need, it's clean, and people are friendly, but I think I'm finally done shopping here. It just doesn't make sense money wise. Some of the things I buy often, even when it's buy one get one free at Ingles, is still more than Walmart's regular price. Absolutely everything from bread and crackers, to produce; is 50 cents to $2 more than Publix. Only if something is a manager special or about to expire do they drop the price to compete or occasionally some big deal they're running on one single item. I'm not mad, and I like to support our local store, but the bottom line is the bottom line.

This is one of the best, cleanest, most reliably operated Ingles grocers locations in the entire WNC area. Every time I step in here I am treated like family, with dignity and respect. Employees are helpful and friendly, management is on point. Although the prices at Ingles can be a bit steep, I don't mind paying them because of the positive, excellent experience I have each and every time I set foot in this particular location. Definitely give this Ingles a solid 5 stars. 👍👍 Keep it up!!! 🎉🏅

Ingles is a great place to shop for groceries. Large selection and good prices. Love the high quality meats. Live near Hickory NC and we are not close to an Ingles market.

Got some flowers for my wife for our Anniversary and they were the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Got them on a Wednesday and a week later they still look great! Thanks Ingles Floral Department! Only place I will go for flowers!

Clean grocery store, which carries all the usual groceries. They have a good basket and a deli also. The main grocery store in the area unless you are looking for those specialty brands. There is also an aisle of good beer available, not everything, but you may be surprised to find something unusual of the beaten path.

Is the Ingles near my home it's always nice and friendly people there it's a little small and doesn't have all the items on the bigger ones do but it's a good nice store

I was on vacation/FerryFamily2022Reunion. We went to Ingles Market for some snacks. Prices were high without a loyalty card. Produce was excellent. Milk was delicious. And at the check out, we signed up for the loyalty card and received the discount. Save us $3.45.

Great store, friendly staff! I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I usually get a flower arrangement for my mom but the store now is lacking arrangements . Nothing to choose from. The case used to be packed with inventory. Unless things change I'll take my floral business elsewhere!!!!

This store is the worse for people that smoke. The employee's will smoke outside even though they might be away from the door the area just stinks. Its amazing how much one smoker can stink up the area. They generally hang out right at the door. I go in to get something to eat but now I plan around not going there because of the smokers. People there are generally very nice and the place clean.

One of the more "calmer" stores due to the location. Always like to visit this store when I'm in the area, never crowded, staff is supper friendly, and laid out like the older stores used to be with the produce section in the far back corner. Only draw back is since it is a smaller store there's not quite the selection you're used to in the larger locations, it's lacking a large deli section, hot bar, and "ready to go/pre-cut" fruits and veggies.

I have been shopping here for the past 37 years (Skyland #30 Store). Great selection of foods, and meats. Fresh ready made food from the deli & bakery. Produce dept has a great selection of veggies and fruits, plus precut veggies and fruits for convenience. I started working here part-time 2½ years ago after retiring in 2015 from a full time job. Great people to work with & I strive to give my customers a great shopping experience when checking out.
