Eric and Charlotte were AMAZING! Our family broke down when traveling from NYS to Myrtle Beach. We ended up at AutoZone in Enfield and cannot believe what the employees did for us. The store was the cleanest retail store we've ever been in and they were welcoming and accommodating as we were stranded there for FOUR hours and they stayed beyond their shift. Eric called numerous friends to help get our vehicle repaired. He loaned us his car to get to a local garage, came back in the middle of the night to check on us as the vehicle was getting worked on and followed up with us multiple times the next to day to make sure things worked out. This is service that goes above and beyond any reasonable expectation!!!!! These two employees are a tremendous asset to your company!!!!!!

My husband and I were on a road trip from Florida to Massachusetts with our brand new RV when our check engine light came on. We took it to Auto Zone in Enfield and were assisted with greatness by Willie R. He helped us with diagnostics and spent time explaining the codes. He also assisted with finding the correct gas cap and diagnostic tool for us to use. He followed us out and showed us how to use it. He was a gentleman and a professional! Thank you Willie! Because of you we had a successful trip!

Today, I had a remarkable experience here at the AutoZone in Enfield North Carolina. I went in looking for license plate screws because I've just bought a BMW, however, I was unable to fasten it on to my car, the guys here at AutoZone went the extra mile to find the correct part and then installed it for me at no extra charge. I tip my hat to the guys at AutoZone here in Enfield North Carolina.

the staff @ auto zone in enfield,nc were very helpful.they gave me good advice when I was seeking to buy the right floor mats for my2018 mitsubishi outlander.I bought weather tech brand.I like those floor mats better than the ones that came with my suv , when I purchased it from the dealer back in june.I would shop @ autozone again.
