Just returned from Emerald Dream 9931 Louise Howard Circle Emerald Isle NC right on the beach! The home was perfect for us it accommodated our families very well, had everything we needed, & everything worked well. Nice quiet neighborhood this home is also located in a cul de sac and across from neighborhood pool which also has guest parking so it literally is perfect. It has the best of all worlds even its own pool. Did I mention it’s ocean front too!!

Spinnakers Reach is one of our families favorite vacation destinations. The houses are immaculate and the office will assist with anything you need. We al aye have an amazing time and hate to leave. Can’t wait to come again.

My family and I have been staying at Spinnakers Reach for our yearly vacations for more than 10 years and will definitely keep on going! The staff there are incredibly friendly, the beach houses are very well maintained and you have easy access to the beach since it’s all within a large private plan. It’s also a quiet place to be which is very relaxing. Every house we’ve stayed at has a golf cart included which makes it super convenient to not only haul people down to the beach but also all of your beach gear, so another big plus! All in all, I highly recommend checking them out for a vacation!

As always, our vacation was excellent. Isle Getaway Our house was awesome. They came readily when we had an issue. Lol..they need to stay on top of the smoke detector batteries though..geeze..after just getting back to sleep after HUGE thunder storm lasting from 2 a to 0330.. chirping of smoke detector batteries... Was unpleasant surprise at 0630.Pool was great! Curtains in room that had street light shining in was a nice touch. Kitchen very well appointed. Thank you so much for sharing this house.

A great experience! We rented the home at the last minute and Spinnaker's Realty went out of their way to be sure everything was accommodated for us, even on short notice. We had 1 issue with the water heater and it was fixed within a couple of hours! We loved having a golf cart (they even provided a spare when the original one had a flat without us even asking!) and the very quiet neighborhood was full of beautiful nature and cute wildlife! Thank you for a fun vacation even in the off season!

We rented a house in Spinnaker’s in June. The house was good and so was the location. However, the wind flipped the golf cart window up and cracked it. We immediately called to let them know. The lady at the rental office was incredibly rude and said “oh great” I will make a note of it. 6 weeks later I called about the deposit and I was told it takes two weeks. Come to find out they were keeping it to pay for the golf cart, it had already been fixed (130 dollars by the way) and they had been too busy to call us to discuss it or give us our money back. And they said there was no note and didn’t matter anyway as it was our fault. Great neighborhood but will not rent through them again!!

My family and I traveled from Northern New Jersey to Emerald Isle for an family vacation. When I arrived my parents - who rented the property for the week - there were problems with the HVAC unit. The downstairs was ice cold, while the upstairs was easily in the mid 80s. When they arrived, the house was already at 84 degrees.The first night was hot and humid. Not what you'd expect to pay for a few thousand dollars for a week long rental. Everyone was uncomfortable - from a 94 year old woman to a 1 year old boy. Waking up humid from sweating because the AC isn’t working isn’t a good start to a vacation.What made it worse, is that we called and left messages for management on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Maintenance had come over to try to fix the problem and had told us that this was now the second time in as many weeks that there was a problem with their air-conditioning unit. So it was clear that this was a problem last week but that it wasn’t resolved properly. When we spoke to someone from management on Tuesday, they had told us that this was the first time that they ever heard of this problem. That response lack integrity and was insulting to our intelligence. They then tried to let us know that getting approval from the owner to pay for necessary repairs could take time. It would’ve been great to know that had they return the call within the first 24 hours of us letting them know that there was an issue. The fact that we had to escalate this was a problem.I cannot in good conscience recommend doing business with Spinnaker’s Reach Realty. Ultimately the lack of consideration combined with the lack of integrity is why I won’t do business with them again. There are lots of choices on Emerald Isle, in terms of where to do business.

I have been vacationing on Emerald Isle for 20 years from when my kids were babies to now grown! I love Emerald Isle-no traffic-no high rise hotels-no boardwalks-no crowds. Just a beautiful place to relax. Sound sunset and beach sunrises.Spinnakers Realty is absolutely hands down the best realty office on the island! Again, no crowds-no traffic-very easy access to your keys-no waiting in line in your hot car to get your key-you get personalized face to face service! All rentals are top notch and the island location is by far the best location on the island. You can't go wrong!

Care and maintenance of the homes has really fallen off. While they try to be responsive to issues that arise, they obviously can't keep up with all of the issues these older.homes are displaying.Beautiful beachfront area though.

Favorite spot on the Isle! Beautiful homes and beach community. We have stayed at several spots on Emerald Isle over the years (since 1998) and Spinnaker's Reach is by far the nicest collection of beach houses we have seen.

A last minute decision to spend an additional week at Emerald Isle, and we happened by the folks at Spinnaker's Reach. Nikki and Kyle went out of their way to find a rental within our budget and even managed to get us in before official check-in time. Couldn't be more pleased with the friendliness and service. My wife and I will be talking to these folks for our next visit.

Terrible experience at Emerald Isle. Rented the Barracuda I and the HVAC unit upstairs was broken upon arrival. It was 82 degrees for 3 nights and 4 days. Despite renting for a week, I decided to leave after 3 nights of sleeping in over 80 degree temperatures. My wife (we are expecting, my 1 year old and 2 other sons slept in uncomfortable temperatures each night. We informed the realty company after the first night and after the 2nd night they finally sent a HVAC repairman out to the unit. After waiting a few hours for his arrival, he told me his partner was out at our unit a few days before and told them the unit was not working. I guess the realty company and the owner decided to not do anything about it. After finally “fixing” the unit - he did tell me he was going to the realty office and recommend it be replaced. That evening it did not work, and again we slept in 82 degree heat. Each day we informed the office about the issue. After 3 nights into a weeklong stay, I think it’s about time to pack it up. I am an attorney and own rental property. If my realty company responded in this manner to my renters, I would definitely look at replacing them. I will not be staying in any of their properties moving forward, and I am recommending to those that I know to move forward with other options.

If you're staying here, trek down the beach for 100 yards to get away from the other beachgoers. Lots of golf carts scurry around. Beautiful houses with reverse floorplans.
