The iced coffee and açaí bowls are always so good! I believe Sol Bowls is the reason my dog loves the beach so much. He loves walking to them in the early morning. It’s dog friendly so he’s allowed inside which is great when I walk him alone so I don’t have to tie him up outside. They are always quick to offer him a pup cup when we’re in there! I could not love this place more!

Sol Bowls is an amazing place and experience. I could eat their delicious food any day. I love the atmosphere with the beachy music playing and fun vibes. Great outdoor area for eating and sitting outside with friends. The employees were enthusiastic, kind, and always smiling. Food was quality and made fresh with many different options for everyone. I love how you can build your own bowl or make changes to anything on the menu to fit your wants or needs. Perfect for locals or anyone visiting on vacation.

I discovered Sol Bowls from an Emerald Isle community page on Facebook. We vacation every year here. The pictures on their page looked so appetizing and I couldn’t wait to try it this year on our trip. I told my coworker about this place and they tried on their vacation back in August and absolutely loved it. I have now had a bowl almost every day on our 7 day vacation!!! Great atmosphere and delicious bowls! You can’t go wrong with your choice. We will miss this place when we head home but look so forward to making it a new part our trip in the future!

If I could give Sol Bowls 100 stars, I would! Hands down the best restaurant on Emerald Isle. Each bowl is crafted to perfection with fresh fruit and a deliciously blended base. Everything tastes so fresh!! The thing that really makes them stand out is the friendly service. I was greeted with a smile from the minute I walked through the door. Stellar in every single way! Can’t wait to come back!!

Very nice!Local place - local owners.I love it. I had a smoothie for my first trip in - the Feelin Swell - I recommend it. My wife enjoyed the Locals Only bowl.The 8oz bowl is snack size. If you’re a little hungry go with the 16.Nice relaxing atmosphere. A few tables, a bar overlooking 58, some outdoor seatings, and a couple of couches and lounging areas.Some nice music in the background.This is the perfect beach hangout - good vibes and simple clean foods.Great job guys! Keep it up - I’ll be back!!

This was my first time ever having one of these bowls or açaí in general. The ladies working were very sweet and gave me their recommendations. I was not disappointed! It was so good! Pictured is the “sol bowl” (with coconut flakes added). Small bowls are $9 large ones are $13 which is very reasonable if you have seen fast food prices lately 😏. All of their ingredients were fresh. Their space is decorated perfectly and their little bit of merchandise is very coastal but unlike what the rest of the beach shops carry. 10/10 would recommend. (Dog in the picture for attention, he did not eat any of the bowl 😉)I went on a Thursday at about 8:45am in April it was quiet with very little wait. Locals get in there and try it before the “season” starts 🤪

This is an absolute must-stop every time we are in EI. The service is always great, the owners are usually there and are very friendly and engaging. All of the bowls I’ve had are excellent, though usually I go with the Sol bowl with Nutella. The bowls have a ton of fresh fruit and they don’t skimp on Nutella 😅. Both the outdoor and indoor seating are great. The inside is very nicely decorated and has a boho, calm vibe. This is our top spot in NC for a “sol bowl”!!

The best Açaí bowl I have ever eaten!! The staff was so friendly and the environment was so clean. The staff were all super hardworking and it didn’t take long to get three bowls! So yummy and a must visit if you are near the area ! 😊😊

This place is AMAZING. My family and I are here on vacation and stopped in to try this place and we were not disappointed! The açaí bowl we had was absolutely 20/10 incredible!! The staff were so sweet and the atmosphere was inviting and clean. I am gluten free and was pleased to see they have GF granola! :). Will definitely be returning before we leave!
