Anderson at Churchwell’s did an amazing job helping me create my perfect engagement ring! He listened to me describe exactly how I wanted it to look, drew a picture, created a virtual template and then a mold to try on, offered me multiple stones to pick from, and then finally crafted my ring. He took me through each step of the process and helped my dream become reality. He truly understood what I wanted and I am extremely grateful! Pictures for reference, my engagement ring on my left hand, but also check out the “love” ring on my right hand, another of his creations, as I had asked for an additional ring with my fiancée’s handwriting, which he also made a ring out of. Great service, overall great business, I would recommend Churchwell’s to anyone who wants something special and unique!

Churchwell’s Jewelers has amazing customer service! They repaired my wedding ring which was cut off my finger in an urgent care after a door shut on my hand. They gave me many options and after a few weeks, presented the ring to me fully repaired, cleaned, and brighter than I could have imagined. They also helped me appraise and insure it! Trish, Angie and Anderson all worked with me and even resized my husbands ring that he hasn’t worn for 10 years. So thankful and blessed to have worked with Churchwells Jewelers in Emerald Isle!

I have been a customer of Churchwell’s Jewelers for years and plan to frequent them in the future. In the past six months I have been in the store at least four times and thoroughly enjoyed each interaction. It always appears the staff treat every patron as if they are the only customer in the store. Trish, Cherie and Analise, as well as others during previous visits, provided a wonderful shopping experience yesterday even in light of the ongoing epidemic concerns. After I left with my wife’s ring, Trish ran out to my car and gave me my credit card - I had left it in the counter. That is customer service.My most recent purchases include customizing earrings for my daughter’s wedding and a repair to my wife’s anniversary ring which we bought twenty years ago in another jewelry store. Both my daughter and wife are extremely pleased! They look awesome and the pricing was exactly what we agreed upon.It is a pleasure to recommend Churchwell’s Jewelers to anyone who lives in the Crystal Coast or visits Emerald Isle. I can’t say enough about this product and this service. Anderson created an absolutely stunning custom-made lapel pin for my fiancé in the style of a beautiful horseshoe. He took the time to send various styles and pictures so he got it was just right! Additionally, it was beautifully engraved as a gift to us! When my ring was stuck on my finger after a day in the ocean, the people of Churchwell’s graciously and quickly cut the ring off of my finger in collaboration with the MedFirsr next door, free of charge.
