Ben & Jerry’s in Emerald Isle has delicious ice cream and a colorful tee shirt collection. I wish the Kids Scoop had a double scoop option (would be great to have two scoops in a small portion). It’d also be helpful to have regular spoons (they only have wooden spoons that are uncomfortable to eat with). The ice cream is so good, and they also have some non-dairy options. The ingredients are top knot on the island! 😊

Its Ben & Jerry's! Hard to beat! Where else can you sample a bunch of different Ben & Jerry's at once? Definitely try the sorbet for a little treat. It's rare that I see their sorbet in store so that was nice. This particular store was very clean and the gentlemen behind the counter was super helpful as far as assistance in my journey for the perfect treat after date night! They also have swag, cakes, packed pints and coffee here!Fun fact: Marshmellow Sky has no artificial food coloring in it. They use natural algae to turn it blue!

Omnivore partner loved his ice-cream that was stuffed with andes thin mints.Vegans - they had 2 options available. Cannot comment on either, as we did not order.A few tables with chairs inside. A couple benches outside.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options (as long as you consume milk). Two vegan options.Dietary restrictions: (2) vegan ice-cream options availableParking: Small lot in front of the shop. Plenty of parking when we visited.Kid-friendliness: Kids. Love. This store is amazing! The ice cream is great, and the employees are just the sweetest. My sister has a strong allergy to dairy and these girls went so far as to get a new blender out of the washer and get a new tub of non dairy ice cream out of the freezer so there would be no cross contamination in her shake. 10/10

We went twice during our Emerald Isle trip. The first time, the two men working were so friendly & were even asking us questions about where we are from and how our trip was going (9/13/22 around 8pm). The second time, the two girls working were super rude! One of them asked my sister what flavor milkshake she wanted and then walked away into the back right before she answered and never came back to help. The other girl was rolling her eyes and it seemed like she didn’t want to make any milkshakes or smoothies for us. My husband told her he wanted something as a shake and she said “oh, great” with a major attitude. It was really strange. (9/14/22 around 8pm) But overall, the ice cream was so yummy. Your customer service experience will just depend on who’s working, but I guess you’ll find that anywhere!

Great ice cream and homemade cones. My only issue is how over priced it is. The cost of a scoop of ice cream was more than a tub of ice cream from the store. For 5 people to get ice cream on cones, we spent $40 bucks. That’s insane for ice cream!!!

Honestly one of the worst experiences. The ice cream was wonderful! My whole family went inside to order together, I understand it was a large group of individuals to prepare an order for, but the service we received from the three ladies working at the counter tonight were ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. They were rushing and rolling their eyes at everyone when we ordered something. Granted we all had our orders in 10 minutes. One of my little sisters asked for something and they rolled their eyes and walked away from her. When asked about a specific flavor we were looked at like we were stupid. Hopefully they weren’t rude to anyone else tonight. June 4, 2022 & 7pm.

6/10/22 - Ben & Jerry's is one of those stores you tend to past by at the (strip) mall. You know you want it, but the prices break the bank. They seem to get most busy after 6pm, before they close daily. The staff was kind and very fast to serve when they had a line today.They have two competing ice cream shops that are a bit more affordable: Sweet Shop right across the street & Dairy Queen corner of Fairview Dr.. Both of which are run by kids so expect mistakes at the other locations.

We ordered smoothies which were amazing! But apparently they are very hard to make because the girls at the front were very sarcastic and rude. They acted as if making our smoothie was the hardest task in the world. I know there are some things that suck while working, speaking from someone in the food industry myself, but these girls made my family and I feel belittled and un-welcomed. They were very clear to each other about whose turn it was to take on this insurmountable task of making our smoothies. We left quickly.

Haven't been to Ben & Jerry's in years. We were pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of flavors. The quality and flavor was really good. My only complaint was the price. We spent over $40 for seven people. I would give 5 stars, but giving 4 based on the value.

We have enjoyed coming to this Ben & Jerry's for many years. The ice cream is always nice and cold, not soft serve like across the street. Tonight I got a milkshake for the first time and I can say I wasn't disappointed. The employees are always very nice and are very effectient. I do think the prices are getting high though. This particular store had two high chairs and the straps on both were broken. This was an invconvenience because we had to constantly watch our granddaughter do she didn't fall out.

Wow 1st time I have ever been to a Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Store. I have purchased their Ice Cream at a grocery store and it's good. This location is very clean and the staff was great and they moved the customers very fast and they were very friendly. This location was very busy. I got Chunky Monkey it was delicious.

Just came into this location with my three nieces, one of which has a very strong Gluten allergy, the store owner/manager opened a new class of the ice cream she chose to avoid cross contamination! Very over and above! I was very impressed and made sure to leave a generous tip!

Make sure you’re a millionaire before you come here. One measly scoop of ice cream is 7 dollars. I think you can buy almost 2 tubs of the same ice cream at the grocery store for that

The girl was very sweet & patient as we decided on our order. No samples due to covid. Everything was fine but I think I'm just not a been & Jerry's person. The chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles was good but my 2 choices of ice cream were too similar I guess, I couldn't really tell the difference in flavors. The smoothies aren't the kind of smoothie I really like, just ok.

Great Ben & Jerry's! Stopped in with my family for a nice treat.Originally thought that I couldn't have anything because I'm lactose intolerant, but.. THEY HAVE DAIRY-FREE / VEGAN OPTIONS! I was really pleased and surprised! The flavour I chose was the peanut butter and cookies. It was amazing, and became my new favourite dairy-free ice cream.

First time visiting with my family to Emerald Isle. I was so hyped for this spot. Place was busy because it was nearing the evening, so it was hard to hear. I ordered a brownie sundae and when I said my topping instead of my ice cream flavor, the group of girls proceeded with eye rolling and laughs. I’m around the same age, I get it. Totally ruined my mood because the snottiness was unnecessary, and it didn’t just happen to me, but my sister as well (who works at an ice cream shop). Do better.

Great staff, very friendly. This store takes great COVID procedures with all employees wearing masks, curbside is pickup available for orders made by phone, and there no indoor seating. We were very pleased with the speed of service and were enjoying ice cream from the comfort of our car within minutes.

A very nice ice cream shop and a great place to stop on a hot day. The staff was kind and went great lengths to avoid cross contamination (I have a peanut allergy). The ice cream wasn't anything special for the price, though.

We loved this place for lots of reason. Delicious ice cream flavors with lots of variety. Kid and family friendly environment with focus on ethical business practices AND having a good time. Great location right near the beach and a center for social activity with the beach crowd. Fun to people watch while enjoying a cone.

Went to ben and Jerry’s today(9/12/20) with a group of 6 of us. The girl proceeded to wave us in at 9:50. While we were ordering we were being rushed but only one employee was helping us while the other was just standing around. The employee helping us was very rude when we asked for milkshakes she rolled her eyes and acted like we were bothering her. I am very disappointed and hope the employee will be talked to about how to treat customers. I do not recommend going here. Go to the sweet spot or sweeter things instead, the service is always amazing there.
