I was a little indecisive on what size storage I needed and asked to see several units that was available. The staff there name Latoya was very professional, patient,pleasant and helpful. A lot of time when dealing with workers they act like the customers are bothering them but not her..She rock!!! Definitely a plus for the company. Thank you Ms.Latoya.

I was helping a friend who has a unit here. The manager went out of her way to track my friend down so we can turn around and retrieve my phone and keys I left behind. I don't know the managers name but I want to say thank you to her! She is the definition of someone with integrity!! That is what great customer service is about. Well done.

I stopped in the office today just to get prices. The manager Latoya who was in the office today was very courteous. I would recommend anyone to use this facility because the employee on site knows her stuff.
