I have had the pleasure of stopping by this great little place a few times (with family, on our way home from vacationing in Myrtle Beach). Always loved their ice cream, and then last year I bought a jar of their Stamey's Salty Dill Pickles to take home...and absolutely got hooked! Have been ordering these amazing pickles from the Berry Patch website ever since (also getting some for coworkers and friends who tried mine and loved them as well), and have been very impressed with the excellent customer service. I actually have been saving the empty jars to use for some kind of craft, and then my daughter got pregnant with my first grandchild and suddenly turned into a pickle lover like me. So recently I threw her gender reveal party and incorporated her new love of pickles into the overall theme...and found a use for my empty Stamey's Salty Pickle jars! 😊

A neat place to visit. It's nice to go have some ice cream.However I don't believe the ice cream is that special. Don't get me wrong it's pretty good but not wonderful.Prices for some dishes of ice cream are high but maybe more than other ice cream shops.The produce store has a lot of nice things as well as some produce. A good supply of pickles items, seed, produce and if course strawberries. I believe most of which are also on the high side. However the strawberries look mighty good and are grown locally.

Love love this little place. It is a must to stop by every time you go by it. It is like a huge produce, Fruit, Old fashioned Candy, Canned jams, jelly's Pickles, handmade crafts.. and so much more...The ice cream is the best. The cashiers and the people that work there are awesome. It's just a nice place to stop and get you a little something and use the restroom.

We bought strawberries, fruit dip, pecans, fried peanut, and gummy fruit slices. Those were the freshest pecans and gummy fruit slices we'd ever had. The fried peanuts were shockingly delicious. We never experienced that before. The strawberries were pretty normal off-season type. Decent flavor. The ice cream looked good, but it was really early so we didn't partake.

Fun stop! I needed to take a break from driving & use the restroom, so I stopped here. The bathrooms had really long lines, but they were clean. They had ice cream and food for sale, along with picnic tables.I’m glad I stopped here, but I wouldn’t stop here just for the restroom because the lines were long. But this is a great stop if you’re looking to break up the drive and do something fun and different.

Great relaxing atmosphere. The kids enjoy taking off their shoes and putting their toes in the sand, while they eat great treats! We go for the homemade ice-cream, fresh fruit and the boiled peanuts! I also love their candles

Local favorite and secret. This place had a little bit of everything. Fresh produce, canned and bagged items, tee shirts, ice cream, and hard candy by the pound. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Very helpful staff. Ice cream was delicious (waffle cone with pistachio ice cream) and you get a generous amount. Play area for the kiddos and a designated pet area. Fruits and veggies, jams, jellies, clothing, jewelry, handmade crafts. Very easy to get to on/off the highway. Definitely will be back. :)

Great stop right off the highway. Clean restroom, fresh produce and homemade ice cream. We stopped on our way home from vacation and it was a great alternative to a travel plaza or rest area. They had a BBQ truck that Saturday which we enjoyed grabbing a bite from.

The family and I love place. Great service and great ice cream! They have strawberries, homemade jam, homemade fudge, any kind of produce that you want and a souvenir to take home if you're just passing threw,Parking: There is a huge parking lot so the parking should should be plentiful.Kid-friendliness: There is games on the side for the kids while they wait for their ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps anywhere

We stop here every year on our way home from Myrtle Beach. The bathrooms are clean, the service is wonderful! We get the home made ice cream and a basket of locally grown strawberries!Parking: Huge free parking lot

Stopped by today and sampled mighty tasty homemade ice cream - made by the Berry family in multiple flavors. 2 windows to order & pickup in the middle window.Restrooms clean & overflow port-a-John’s also on premise.Handicap accessible - all one one level. Fresh produce & fruits readily available too.Worth the trip just for the ice cream.

Awesome little find off the road! Lots of excellent local produce and other odds and ends like canned food and pimento cheese. They also have an amazing selection of homemade ice cream and were kind enough to put some in a milkshake cup so I could make a root beer float and it was one of the best floats I've ever had, mostly on account of the unique taste of the homemade vanilla. Seriously, the best. They have a little playground area and plenty of outdoor seating, which makes this a great place to unwind and relax, especially if you have kids and are fatigued from your drive.

Right off the exit, this is a popular stop and they do indeed have great strawberries as well as other fruits, veggies and ice cream to die for. Very creamy and reasonably priced. When we stopped there a band was setting up for a free concert. Lots of folks setting up lawn chairs.

What an awesome place!! I went for the ice cream but it has so much more. Fresh produce of every kind, mater pie & chicken pie to cook at home, a beach scene with sand & chairs to enjoy the ambiance. And yes, so many flavors of homemade ice cream as well as a big selection of ice cream made by premium labels. The prices are very affordable and they have coolers & ice to take your selections with you. I tried the homemade peach ice cream and it was delicious. I'm so glad I stopped by. And yes, I will go again😊

This is my second time here on a road trip from North Carolina to South Carolina, and I found it just as charming! Very good strawberry shortcake at a very fair price, lots of wonderful fresh produce and very tasty, juicy strawberries. If you're looking for a place to get out and stretch your legs, sit out at a picnic table, walk your pet, this is the ideal place to stop by. They do take cards, as well as Google pay, Apple pay, and cash of course. ;)

Berry sweet stop! This roadside attraction is worth the stop just for building alone. Programmatic Architecture....The Strawberry Patch! Built in 2003 by the owner, Lee Berry. It is sure to catch your eye! Stop inside!

Ran by a family with the actual last name Berry, The Berry Patch is a perfect spot to pick up fresh produce and other yummy treats, including ice cream. It's right off the highway and makes for a good stopping point if you're headed towards the beach. We always stop here on our way home from vacations and pick up a cone of ice cream and whatever fruit is in season at the time. Clean restrooms also.

A nice surprise stop off the highway, with great fresh fruit, produce and ice cream. We had to get the blueberries, golden delicious apples and the extra large strawberries! They were so sweet and juicy!
