Just from walking inside, everything looked clean and well organized. Beyond that, EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS...SMILING! I cannot express how rare that is to see and how amazing it is know places actually have happy employees. I don't know who this manager is, but hats off to you!

It's about as good as Walmart gets. We got in and found what we needed plus a few things... it was not overly crowded. We used the self checkout without any troubles or wait. It was a rather large Walmart, bigger than some others we go to usually. The electronics section always seems to be the busiest.

Terrible service time and time again... online it says the deli closes at 9. I walk up to the deli at 7:20 and wait 12 minutes until 7:32 to be assisted. First think walmart employee says is "sorry deli is closed" I say "it says you close the deli online at 9" she says nope 7:30. So fix your online hours and tell your employees not to socialize for 12 minutes before asking a customer if they need help. Or better said wait until after closing to acknowledge a customer... not ver happy with this location yet again

Absolutely the most ridiculous store to try to shop at every time. Line backed halfway down store with 1 register open and no one acted like they gave a rip. Couldn't even find a manager to complain to. It's like this every time. I worked all day and had a cart full. I refuse to use self checkout and do that job for you, too! Do better or close the doors!

During a national epidemic, the facility is surprisingly quite clean and continues to function. The staff did seem to be a bit unprofessional in front of customers during restocking but nonetheless, did their jobs.

The restrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I was just in there at 9am this Saturday morning and there was feces and urine all over the toilet seat lids! The floors were disgusting and sticky! And ABSOLUTELY NO TOILET PAPER IN THE STALLS! The baby changing station was unsanitary as well.

I don't know why so many complain about self checkout. I accidentally scanned a item twice & had to ask for employees help to remove one. Employee was there within mere seconds & helped. Great staff & service

***revised 5/11/24. Had a return. Man and woman working at customer service desk, both continued to talk to each other as I stood there needing help, not to mention waiting to be acknowledged! Not good customer service at all! ***Walmart seems to be out of stock often of regular name brand products. It appears they are stocking more of their name brand products. I want a choice. Will not be forced into buying any store's name brand products. Some are good, but we need a choice! I used to drive out of my way to go to Walmart. No more! If I am near a Walmart I may shop there.

This particular store I could literally spend hours in browsing. Their staff here are curtious and so helpful. On this particular visit I wasn't feeling well and needed a motorized shopping cart to get around. I got the last one just inside the entrance and started my shopping but didn't get far before it kicked up it's wheels and gave up. Kindly, the associate nearby saw my delema and told me he would retrieve one for me from outside. I know it's a part of his job but this day was cold and he didn't have a jacket on. They have so much too choose from in there, it's like a wonderland for me! 😊😊😊😊😊

Bought a mini fridge. Checked the box and everything looked okay but when I get it out of the box it was dented in the front. It still works but from now on I'll have checked at the store before I buy any more appliances. But the pharmacy is great.

The kids who brought me my groceries out were very nice. Couldn't much bag my groceries in my bags for me but very polite and interacted with my kids and dog. Other than that I was charged for and given things I Didn't order not things I was given as substitutes but competent different items. Somethings I was given extra quantities of I didn't want or order.

They are really getting prepared early with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. They are extra helpful in the self checkout, incase of void or bagging error. Also, otherwise speedy checkout process considering the line length. Store is organized well for the holidays as well and present ideas in the middle of the isles. Closing early on Xmas eve at 6pm & closed 4 Xmas Day!

Generally better to here than the one in Mt Airy. Only issue is there's aren't enough registers open. They need more than just the tobacco aisle register open. The self check is are great but sometimes a customer isn't wanting to ring up their own after shopping through the store.

get rid of self-checkout. It is just an excuse for you to make money off of peoples mistakes trying to do something that they weren't trained to do. You should show leniency for at the least first time offensives, and for heavens sake pay your people more or give them the hours so they can get insurance. Give them a reason to feel pride to come to work.

Was clean and well stocked...All employees were alert and hard at work and didnt see one without a mask on unfortunately I had forgotten mine but was politely asked if my son and I wanted one when entering the building. ELKIN walmart has this covid procedure in the bag. This is the location to observe if you want a clean and well staffed place to shop now its just up to the community to be observant and not pack the store with unnecessary family members all we need is one person to shop for the household not the whole family.
