They fail to treat you like a human being here.I purchased an item that was defective. In less than 10 hours I wanted to return it.On the phone they said, “bring it in, no receipt required.” I arrive 1 hour later. To my demise, the assistant manager tells me I need a receipt. It’s 30 degrees outside and my 2 year old will freeze tonight because I cannot afford to get a new heater.I should’ve saved the receipt instead of relying on the goodness of humans, assuming I’d treated like a human and not just a customer. I’m very upset now…Side note: It’s 25% cheaper to buy online, they markup their in store purchases, I’ve verified this.

I will just have to say. I called before we went to Elkin about a Kayak. I spoke with someone and gave them the information of the one I wanted.They said yes we have two. Got there and they had none… well Keisha (the manager) really done us right. She knocked off right much of another one and we purchased it. Tractor Supply in Elkin is great. Thank you Keisha for all your help! We will do our shopping there from now on.

I live fairly close and I love this place but almost weekly they have an alarm system going off from 9pm to 6-7 am and it’s absolute hell, it’s obnoxiously loud and non stop. I really don’t know who to contact about it but it’s getting to be too much. It’s frustrating because the houses near can’t get any sleep due to it

By far my favorite TS. Amy who works there is so nice and professional. She goes the extra mile to learn peoples name when they shop there. If I could give her a raise I definitely would.

Nice selection of products. In addition a good place to just look around at everything if you got time to kill. Employees are kind and helpful. First time I went there since I moved to North Carolina from Texas. My only regret is that I didn't have an unlimited budget to by a bunch of new toys :)

Nice clean store! They do have a small pet food section compared to others and the clothes section wasn't as good as some others I have been in. They did have a good hat section and the shelves in general were all stocked good. They had a good selection of trees and plants. The employees were friendly.

They had some good clearance items on tables outside. I got 2 t-shirts for only $4.75 each. The woman named Amanda was busting her butt running around letting the customers know as we came up about the sales & trying to keep stuff nice & straight. She was really nice, friendly, & helpful.

The dock is not designed to accommodate full size semi's. A little backed up today. It is made worse by the short dock. The tops of pallets have to be unloaded manually or they will be torn off by the top of the dock door.

Although it is a small store I find it to be often well enough stocked for my needs. I went in looking to purchase a new cub cadet XT1 & was immediately taken care of despite the very busy circumstances I saw when walking in. The staff were very friendly, easy to talk with and a common sense level of professionalism was greatly appreciated. It's great to have a person knowledgeable about their products based off experience & not memorized on just the selling points drilled into them.

Great place to get supplies for pets of any size. Prices are usually good. We like to go and just look sometimes. Sometimes the check out lines get long but they usually try to keep the lines moving.

Great place to pop in to get things you may need... smaller size store, but not all the traffic like a bigger box. Lately, I have noticed not as many staff- to help with questions. But the ones they do have are very friendly and attentive.

This Tractor Supply Store has a wide variety of products, and is well stocked. It is clean and well organized.The cashier we had check us out was the most polite, and pleasant cashier we have encountered since moving to the area. Well done TSC.

We were looking to purchase a Champion 2000 generator. We found online that this Tractor Supply location had them in stock.When we arrived, we found one display, sitting with none on the shelves.The store associate tells us they are out of stock but will sell us the display. . . . at full price."Do you still have the box and manual?", we ask while she tries to rub the dirt off of the unit."No. We don't keep those things from displays", she replies.She then copies the SKU number and leaves to find out if the manager will cut the price on a dirty, incomplete product.Thanks, but no thanks Elkin NC Tractor Supply.

Not quite the same feeling as my farm supply shop but it has better hours. The Elkin store has staff that has some knowledge about farming. That is a nice change.
