you can find a few good things there but a lot of the stuff is overpriced and is either the same or more than the retail price they also throw away a lot of donated items that nothing is wrong with sometimes they don't even look at the items they will put damaged and useless items on their shelves like boots that are falling apart and I found what looks to be used underwear before and that's just gross

I’ve been in many Goodwill stores, this is a good one, you can find good deals here, store is very clean and organized and the prices are not that high as other stores I’ve been.

This Goodwill Used to be Great However 1 Bad Apple is Spoiling the bunch. I personally have been the victim of an assault by an employee who often brags about "getting high" and have witnessed this same employee being EXTREMELY rude to Several Elderly shoppers. Cory HAS GOT TO GO !!!

I'm moving from Texas to Elkin, NC, I called the store about furniture ie: sofas as I sold mine before I moved. The girl that answered the phone wa so sweet and helpful she also told about the dishes and dressers that they have. She went out of her way to help me. Outstanding customer service. Can't wait to get there.🙂Norrine

The staff and retail store are wonderful. What l strongly object to is being hit up for a cash donation every time l shop there. It would be far less offensive to just post a large sign by each register stating CASH DONATIONS WELCOME. I usually donate thousands in material donations EVERY YEAR. I also purchase between $100 -200 EVERY MONTH. I am officially boycotting and am encouraging others to do same until this policy changes.

I like the store BUT they are really getting more expensive than going to Walmart. This stuff is donated. But I have talked to numerous people and they say they have stopped giving to goodwill because of this.

Goodwill is getting disappointing across the board. Prices are getting high and they don't seem to care what quality of item they put out on the shelves. The round up question is a insult. Stick to the locally owned Thrift Stores in stead of the corporation.

Store was clean. We didn't stay but a few minutes because someone was following us around in the store. Made us nervous. So we took the 4 children and my daughter and I just left.

Impressed that they have clothing organized by size. Many GCFs organize by color of clothing which means you have to shop ALL sizes. Friendly people.

It's a Goodwill. You never know what you can find, but I have noticed some things, like Playstations or other out of date electronics that were marked a bit too high for my taste. So, it never hurts to look at other Goodwills to see what prices you can find on the same thing.
