Store is always well kept. I'm very happy to see a gluten free area on the wall by the produce section. I've never had any issue with anything I've purchased. Always a pleasure to shop there .

Very clean store, knowledgeable staff, and if you are ready to check out they will open a register if you are behind somebody in line. Morgan goes out of her way to help if you can't find something to make sure you get everything you wanted. Produce section is always very well stocked, meat and deli are organized and neat, but the bakery department should have a little more variety in the way of breakfast items, along with better rolls. Always a pleasure to shop there!

Also have even much better pricing publicly in general to compare with wholesale Aldi that never provide their own grocery bags of how much bananas cost per pound. Aside from same Sheet gasoline station keeps on rising especially during holidays always lower than around Mt. Airy

Not as happy with them as I used to be. There is only one thing g that I would complain about still. That is the fact that I always liked buying their 2lb loaves of Food Lion brand bread. They were always very soft and fresh. However in the last few months, I haven't been able to find a single loaf of their 2lb loaves, and the smaller loaves have so far all been less than fresh. I hate switching brands after finding something I like but I guess I have no choice.

Prices are far & the store is kept clean. Staff are friendly for the most part but not fully able to assist if looking for a certain item due to understaffed shifts. The younger generation has now moved in so the few older ladies that work at this location are a tad grumpy but I would be to after listening to 6 plus hours of non stop jabber regarding personal & questionable behavior for the workplace & public😂

It is nicer since remodeled. Nice service and clean. It has well stocked produce. Nice meat section. Great bakery with good sales. Usually low wait time at checkout. Will help with groceries to car if requested.

Went to desk because cashier wouldn't accept my coupon from DG 5 off $25 (they take other stores coupons it's in there policy I didn't write it). The assistant manager was on the phone with employess chatting about work schedulas for more than 5 minutes, hung up huffed at me and said what do you want.I told her I have a coupon the cashier wouldn't take could she do anything. She proceeds to tell me that it's just $5 belitting me in front of other customers. I asked to speak to manager she said that he wasn't availble I called back 2hrs later he's at lunch. They made it clear I wasn't going to speak to him. I called FL corporate to file a formal complaint, saying yes the coupon should have been acceped it's the stores policy and that they shouldn't have argued with me or tried to shame me for wanting to save $5. That I would get a call back. Well that never happened. So I'll not be shopping at this store again. All products can be found elsewhere.

The produce dept.is terrible . I've never been to a food lion with more rotten molding produce . Molded tomatoes, rotten potatoes, the herbs are unusable they are always brown or molded if you buy bags of salad mix your taking a chance on having to trash it before you can use it because it is usually bad within a day or two. I showed the rotten molding tomatoes to the man working produce he look at them and then put them back down the next day they were still there .Very disappointed long time foodlion customer .

I only shop at this food lion because it is convenient. I always have to sift through the produce to fine anything remotely not rotting. The dry good are just fine they usually have most everything in stock so no problem there. The front end is where I have the biggest issue... I have had to tell multiple cashiers that SANDWICH MEATS DO NOT GO WITH RAW UNCOOKED MEAT!! Produce doesn’t go with cans or meat in general. Yes I know you are supposed to be meeting a quota of 9 items per bag but make it up some where else. Also chicken DOES NOT go with beef or pork OR any meats mixed. A while back I even received a Catalina coupon for a specific item. I tired using that coupon for the EXACT item stated and the office assistant couldn’t seem to make it work. Sorry hunny I could have done it for you. Oh any kids/ Adults running the registers as well as superiors smile a little you all look like you hate your job. I have previously worked in the business So I know how it all works. What happened to THIS stores Fresh at Home, Count On Me and Fast and Friendly??

The sales. Thank God for the sales. It's your classic food store. There's a good selection in the fish section, and the meats are reasonably priced. Head over to the sausages and try some Spicy Lumberjack Sausage. You won't be disappointed.

My biggest complaint is that there is ALWAYS expired food on the shelves. I'll get drinks and not notice they're expired until I get home and they taste weird. So lately I've been paying attention to the exp dates before putting the items in my cart, and I'm disgusted by how many expired items they have in their store. Today for example, the broccoli was rotten and mushy. It's nasty. I'm about to stop shopping at food lion.
